A nice couple of days traffic for HubPages... Now if we could just avoid those pesky Tuesdays...
Some hubbers are trying to disavow. They all came in during the last sixty days. Practically everyone has numerous ones from crazyerrorland.com. I have over 1000 from that site. Some say forbidden when you look them up, some ads. I have 10000. Most have nothing in common with our hubs.
I've been with Hubpages for years also. My traffic has not been this low in years. My earnings have been cut in half as well, big deal for me. Very disappointing.
Well, HP's Q stats for Tuesday held up quite nicely for a change.
However, when I looked at my own HP stats, it was a disaster; and this is taking into account the delays, the rolling 24, and all that.
But I decided to check GA first before scheduling my heart attack.
Turned out the GA stats were perfectly fine. So, if your HP stats cause you some consternation, check GA first before going into panic mode.
Thanks for posting this. I've been noticing today my HP stats are even more abysmal than they'd been; well, in fact, they had started looking better until this morning. Definitely seems to be a glitch. I'll have to go check GA.
^that's true. Hubpages stats are kinda off now. GA stats are the most reliable ones as f now.
Hubpages stats are way off today. Don't get down from all the blue arrows — use Analytics for the real story.
Traffic was actually quite strong yesterday!
Mine was up slightly yesterday too. Not going to hold my breath, but it's better than seeing it go down even further.
Definitely use Analytics to check your stats. Analytics doesn't lie, it just gives you the facts from the traffic your hubs have received.
Just when I thought things were starting to settle down, all of the my scores are suddenly plunging after a couple of years of stability, which means they display lower on HP, drop in rank on Google because of less prominence, etc.
I have always tried to do everything according to the guidelines. It's getting discouraging.

Now that the transfer is finished and the HP site has been evaluated by both the new Google Panda and Penguin algorithms, the effects of the transferred content to HP can be dissected.1. In the week before the August 15th announcement, HP had 335,638 featured Hubs averaging 4 unique views per...

Hi,I've got several hubs which have suddenly become un-featured "due to lack of engagement".On the one hand, fair enough, in that they haven't had a lot of traffic, if any, since they were transferred from Squidoo. However, on the other hand, these are hubs I just haven't got round to...

I'm 100% on the side of doing a proper beta test and taking time to make sure every kind of lens transfers with ease - from the small simple ones to the big long complex ones - like mine! I'm less bothered by WHEN my lenses transfer to HubPages than I am about WHETHER they all transfer intact -...

I don't know about anyone else here on HubPages, but all of the these new hubs being moved over from Squidoo are inspiring me to write more hubs. Not sure why, but they are. Maybe I'm just a wee bit competitive and there are some really good hubs moving over.

There is a significant traffic increase for Hubpages - a 38% increase in one day! Was there an algorithm update? I happened black Friday - Squidoo did not see an increase.....http://www.quantcast.com/hubpages.com

I've just started going through the first lenses that got ported over as Hubs and here're a few things you can expect when you start reviewing your imported content.First of all, my lenses are still all showing on my Squidoo dashboard, so anything I might need if something is really wacky is still...
