Has anyone noticed that the stats page says "45 years ago and earlier" ??? Usually it reflects hours or minutes.  Odd.

Hi Flourish, Yes, crazy stuff! I saw this about a week ago on another forum. I think it is listed below in related forums. We sure are some old timers to have been around since we were young children! LOL ...well, in my case.

The date should update later today and our engineers are aware of the issue. It is a result of a date field being blank and the system interpreting that as a date in 1969.

I don't think your systems are of that old either. My computer shows 1st January 2005 on logging and then I correct it to today since some months. Your engineers have not fixed it even now. It is still "45 years ago and earlier".

When I saw that one of my hub was "Last updated: 45 years ago", I was afraid I was getting old without knowing.

I wanted to post this question just now and found it is already posted here. It is simply funny and amazing to see this remark on our statistics page. How does it happen, I can't think of such gross mistakes by computers. Perhaps it might be "45 hours ago or 45 minutes ago".

Ah! The whimsical message appears again! It certainly put a smile on MY face this morning!

P.S. I did not write on HP 45 years ago, just in case anyone was wondering.

Yes, I did.  It is happening the second time during one month. But it is strange that same kind of mistakes repeat here.

LOL!  I noticed this today, as well, after seeing the OP about the matter.

Funny, since HP itself was not around then, let alone any of us writing online.  lol

(Despite the update from Matt, and another blurb that states it is "fixed," it is not yet.  I just now went and checked, and it still says "...45 years...")
