What do fans expect?

   I have seen some posts wow,wow,wow, I have so many fans.
   
   What do fans expect. I have some fans, however I don't seem to have the time to send them something special.
   
   Please tell us what you expect as a fan. (please don't tell us you just need a plug to fit into the wall.)

      When I join someone's fan list - it's not because I have a specific request from them, but because something they wrote interested me - so keep on writing the way you do and I'd guess you're fans will be happy.....

      i have no expectations of my minions (oops, i mean fans). they can comment on my hubs or not...it is enough that they liked my hubs enough to fan me at all. besides, i know it is impossible to comment the hubs of anyone you are a fan of...i don't believe in posting some meaningless comment to their hub - i would rather take time to read it and give it the comment it deserves. and i will always fan anyone who fans me, just as a courtesy, although i don't expect anyone to fan me just because i fan them.

         I have no qualms at all, I am a fan whore, anyone that fans me I will fan them but as for reading all their hubs especially during the 30 hub challenge, do I look like a twat, hmmm don't answer that !

      I fan people who write good, interesting articles, I don't expect anything from those who fan me, I think it's just a way of saying, 'I like your work, keep it up'....
      
      although there are those who fan everyone in hopes they will fan them back....
      
      the guys pumping out all the hubs, they may have writers working for them if they have a number of blog sites.

   When I become someone's fan I don't expect that he or she will devote me time. I just want to know when this person publishes another hub I'll read with pleasure, cause I usually become a fan of those people whose style of writing I like or the topics he/she writes on. So, write interesting atricles and your fans will be happy!

   I don't expect anything from someone I've fanned.   With "your featured favorites" being there, it gives you a way to be directed to new stuff from writers you've found have appealing work.  Also, it's a way to "give acknowledgement" to writers of Hubs you've found good.  You can also get e.mails when someone writers (another way to be directed to stuff you're likely to like).

   I dont expect anything from those that I have fanned, just like those that I fan should not expect anything from me.
   
   I just like to keep an eye on how fast people are working. Seeing about 30 hubs published by Darkside in one day or something was particularly intriguing.
   
   Occassionally I click through an email and give something a read. I have no obligation to read their stuff, just like they have no obligation to read mine.
   
   Thats all really.

   Oh trust me hotness we will, maybe more than one ya know. So how has life been treating ya ?  Oh and in answer to the orginal question I try to both cheer up and encourage my fans, well I try ya know, some are so soddin miserable winning the Lottery wouldnt cheer em up !

      And yes Jane I was asking the same thing you were...I have 111 fans and Don't know why really? If it is my hubs? or was it my forum comments? Yea I'm with you on this one Jane don't know why I have so many fans really. I am glad I do but still don't understand...

    We get the emails letting us know that hubbers have written a new hub when we're their fans.  I like the writing; I enjoy so many interesting hubs this way that I'd never find if I wasn't the hubbers' fan.  It's basically to give you the heads-up email when someone you're a fan of has written something new.
    
    I think I missed the party, too.  But that's what happens with forums sometimes.  You even forget what the topic was.  It's still ok. When the people really get going, it can be a blast.
    
    The scotch...the evil overlord thang...I really should've brought balloons.
