Because Fish is so healthy (especially salmon, mackerel, and tuna which contains omega3) I would have to say fish, however, I would add all seafood to that equation as I love lobster and shrimp as well.♥

Sadly I am not a fan of fish although fresh fish is in abundance here in Guernsey. My choice would have to be chicken if I could only choose one meat (chicken and fillet steak if I could choose two). Fish I can only tolerate smoked in general.

If I had to keep it to just one type of meat, it would be beef--specifically BBQ'd steak!

That is a big favourite of mine too, only chicken would have the edge on it, and that would be because I would find it more versatile if it was all I could have for the rest of my life.

Turkey Fillets. There're just like chicken and are low in fat. You can serve them with anything and by adding a few herbs and spices when cooking them, you will add flavour to something that could otherwise be bland.

chicken! Our family had been eating chicken for 20 donkey years now. Rarely eat pork and don't eat mutton nor beef. Fish, once in a week. Chicken would be the everyday dish.

Fish would be number one because I love sushi, and the health factor, but that can get pretty expensive, I think chicken would be in the running!

I'd definitely have to go with chicken as there are simply so many things that you can do with it. You may think that eating chicken as your only source of meat would get pretty boring pretty quickly but by cooking it a different way each time, using different herbs and spices, and by combining it with other complimentary foods you'll be fine for a very long time. The trick is to keep trying something new each time and you'll never get bored.

As much as I love fish, I have to say chicken would have to been the one type of meat. You can cook it any way, shape, form, or fashion. Cost is low compared to the fish market and if need be you can raise them and get eggs off them along with the meat.

For me pork would be the easiest to give up (apart from the crackling and good quality sausages or bacon from a local butchers). Pork chops, roast pork, veal etc do absolutely nothing for me no matter who cooks them (Chef or family member).

Yeah, I suppose it has to do with the culture. We eat a lot of pork here in Puerto Rico.

I'd have to say chicken. I can get my McChicken from McDonalds or my fried chicken from KFC or just go to Chik-Fil-A for other chicken sandwiches.

Chicken. It is cheap, and goes will with so many things, as well as make anything you might want with it.

If I could only choose one type of meat to include in my diet I would most certainly pick venison. I absolutely love the taste of it, it can be made into sausages, added to stews, made into jerky and so much more! I personally adore venison sausage with mustard. Delicious!

Looks as though I am with many on this one! Chicken, because it is so versatile. I actually have enough chicken recipes that I could go for a year without cooking the same dish twice. So that wouldn't be boring, and it is economical and delicious.
