   (1) Creative -- in all aspects of hubbing: writing, illustrating, editing, layout, SEO.
   (2) Consistent -- true to yourself, your voice, your "brand".
   (3) Craftsman -- caring enough to by consistently creative in content and composition.

   Original  - this includes creativity
   Informative - so I may learn something
   Entertaining - so I remember what I read!

   I would say responsible, professional and informative. Responsible means that the hubber is careful to provide accurate information and cite sources. A hubber behaves professionally when he or she uses only the best in stylistic and grammatical elements. There is nothing that turns me off more than an article written in an amateurish manner. If an article is not informative there is no reason to even write it.

   I would say, persistent, creative, involved. You have to be motivated to hang in there (persistent), you have to create really great looking, one-of-a-kind hubs that appeal to the eye and mind (creative), and you have to part-take in the hubber community in order to learn, give, and get feedback (involved).
