I do four things: I do breathing exercises. I do push-ups and crunches, and I walk about a mile everyday on my way to work.
Take a bunch of vitamins and supplements! Presently taking Vit B-complex. Vit C, Vit E, codliver oil capsules, lutein and gingko. Also I take colloidal silver on a regular basis.
Interval powerwalk three miles every day. Every 3rd day, 3 lb wrist weights and punch as I walk. Every alternate 3rd day, 3 lb ankle weights and lunge as I walk.
No sodas, no coffee, no alcohol. (DO I even have to say no smoking?!)
I drink sparkling water with a splash of cranberry juice all day long.
VERY limited on any product that has processed sugar. I can't totally stay away from sweets, but I do my best.
Having read your profile, I must say that you are definitely a "can-do" woman. Not only that, you definitely follow a heatlhy life style--no sodas, coffee, alcohol, or smoking! I do the same thing but I'm not a purist. I will have a coke once in a while, and I will have champagne for New Years. However, I don't drink coffee and I definitely don't smoke.
At least one hour of aerobic exercise in the morning. About the same of yoga in the evening.
Five servings of both fruits and veggies. Eat whole grains. Lean meats.
I'm a life-long non-smoker and have maybe two to three drinks a month max.
Other than that not much else - no supplements or other stuff.
Take numberous supplements per my Naturopath. Recently finished a course of colloidal silver. Rarely have coffee since I retired from the USAF (before, wasn't safe to drive without it). Pretty much gave up alcohol. Drink plenty of filtered water. No more daily stress of day to day active duty military service- HUGE decrease in stress.
Fresh lemon and honey as a hot drink in the morning to cleanse the system. No exercise - can't find one i like. lol
I live in a pine forest where the oxygen is always renewed, hike up a hill two - four times a day, rough house, play ball and walk my five dogs, cook fresh vegetables when I have to, prefer them uncooked and really fresh! Drink lots of fresh water daily and keep my many pets clean, dander free and healthy. Also, dental hygiene, many people don't know they are sleepy all the time because their immune systems are fighting off bacterial infections in their mouths and teeth, doctors do not include that when searching for what's wrong with you.
sleep right....a good workout... regular sex...lots of salad....and endless time on hubpages!
Well after I overcame cancer back in 2007....
(That is a wake up call)
...I walk everyday, eat lots of anti-oxidant food and meditate and pray.
I also make those things part of everyday life and not look at them as a chore.
The walking is easy since we live close to Wal-mart, we walk there to get groceries.
The food is easy because you can add things to your daily meals like garlic, tomato, blueberry, ginger etc and not even notice it really.
Praying is easy, just give thanks for being alive.
i take vitamins, walk my neighborhood (or if too hot, ride my exercise bike while watching tv), avoid a lot of carbs and drink a lot of water. i mean, i walk around with that bottle of water everywhere i go. hmm do they make holsters for that?

No energy drinks. But something healthy that will pick up my energy. I work very hard at work and it drains me.

Today, while watching Worricker: Salting the Battlefield, I caught a turn of phrase that send me rolling on the floor laughing my keister off. The phrase was, "booze cruise." Is this phrase relevant to anyone at all? If you use this phrase or one similar, what is it and what does it mean?

How many cup of tea you drink every day?Tea is one of the drink people like and drink, once I used to drink 10 to 15 cups once a day, now hardly one glass. My choice is tea with milk, what about you.
