Please take some time to read Rosina's interesting account of her part in a play during her childhood.

I enjoyed reading this, Rosina. Sometimes we think teachers are particularly tough on us at the time, but later we come to realise they saw our potential and were only trying to encourage it.

Thanks, Rosina, for this story. I also had many hard teachers, and I remember cursing them after every rebuke. But later iin life, I realized how vital their scolding was for my future and how it helped me to be more resilient and perfect with what I do. Thanks for bringing back some great memories

Thanks, John, for sharing Rosina's work.

Yes, Ravi, teachers usually have good intentions for us. By being hard, they want their lessons ingrained in us. Thank you for reading and your thoughtful comments.

I’m glad the play was a success and that you heard the people praising your performance. That must have been very gratifying. Did the teacher congratulate you? I think he should have, after all his criticism.

The teacher congratulated the whole class, nothing to me specially. But when I recall it, I am glad the play was a success, and I played my part well. It sure was gratifying to hear people praise me. Thank you, Linda for enjoying my childhood tale. Your comments are truly appreciated.

Pictures have a way of bringing out words for us to write.

I'm so glad this one sparked a short story.

We learn many lessons along our journey & it seems that your teacher was wise.

Somehow he knew just how to push you forward.

    Great article.
