Yikes! So many hubs and so little time. I find myself reading hubs when I should be doing my other job.

    It's addicting.

I try to read at least a couple a day.  Sometimes several, but I spend too much time playing in the forums lately.

I'd say 2 to 6 most days.  Most days I look through my daily email of favorite hubbers who have published.  Some days none, like the weeks of Healthcare and Toys HubMobs, where I wrote 7 and 8 hubs in a week.  Sometimes 10 or more, because sometimes I'll read all of the HubNuggets nominees in 1 day.  Sometimes I'll read because my brain does not want to settle down to write.

    Hello
Good question.  It varies but probably about 8 a day.  I am quite new so I'm still seeking lots of information and on a very steep learning curve.  I find it very addictive and so I might even be reading more than that.

I try to read 4 to 5 hubs a day. Sometimes I get to read more, sometimes I get to read less. Depends on my mood and how busy I am during the day smile

I think it depends really. When I am at my day job (work at a school) I just don't have the energy to write so I stick to reading and where I feel inspired to post a comment. During the school holidays I tend to want to pack in as much writing as I can so don't tend to read as much.

I have to say tho that there is a wealth of good info here that I suspect will make all the difference to my success here over time. As I read more about finding good keywords or promoting my hubs or whatever I am refining my talents and hopefully will avoid dud topics (at least for me dud topics, others may well be able to write on them better then me).

I just finished reading one that grabbed my eye and it was a very high scorer, 100. It was written as a reply to a question someone had asked, goes to show that using the question sections or the idea bank may just be a good resource for good topics to write on!

Not enough - it depends on what else is going on and whether I'm in the mood for reading.

About 100 per week. When I am not writing or painting  or reading a book. I wish I could read that many every day.

On the weekends I go through my email and at least browse through each Hub I've been emailed about, I try to comment when I have time, I always rate.

During the week I try to find one or two hubbers I haven't read before that I like smile

I faithfully read 3-4 hubs daily and then on Friday nights I read all the hubnuggets before voting.

    This is a great question.

I just joined last night, but read 3 before retiring.  I will read some more today as well as make another one or two.

usually 4-5 a day. sometimes more. I also try to comment on those I read. or if I see someone in the forums who has left a good message, I will go read the profile and one of the hubs.

It depends on what I have got on. I have to do other things online, so I pick up a few from all over my fan list and try to leave the time to really enjoy the subjects and writers that I like and leave a comment. I NEVER leave negative comments, after all nobody makes me keep reading if it is of little interest to me I'm gone.
    Probably 20 a week?

I never leave negative comments either, it's a waste of time and energy. my feelings are that someone took the time to write what they felt was worthy of writing.  I read some from my daily newsletter plus writers I have never heard of.

        Hello earnestshub and RebkahELLE
If I like a hub I try to leave comments.  I agree with you both and I only leave positive comments.  Those hubs I begin to read and don't like, I exit quickly and find something I do like to read.

Depends on the day and week, but I average between 4 - 8 a day.  I don't always leave a comment, though I try.

when I first started HP, I remember reading somewhere as suggested by Paul Edmonson, CEO of HP, to read and comment on 5- 10 hubs a day. I always try for at least 5. I think it's a great practice. I found the hub.
