It tells you all about digestion and elimination and gives you tips on how to shrink the size of your stomach in a natural way. Plus: Don't put anything into your mouth until you have "been" (for a number 2).
I have written a hub on this topic: Please go through the tips

I lost weight by spending the day at the beach because I was active. It was not that easy because I biked to the beach, walked, swam, etc. but it was simple and it was enjoyable. It was rapid weight loss because I burned a lot of calories. Assuming you want to lose the weight fairly quickly there is not a really easy way to lose it but there are simple fun ways.
My recommendation would be to avoid boredom. Stay active doing fun things. You could also include some fun workouts like shadow boxing or get a punching bag. I have an inflatable punching bag I got at Walmart. There are a lot of body weight exercises like push-ups and pull ups you could do. They are not that fun and they are not easy but you can make it more interesting by doing variations. To make it more interesting my goal is to do handstand push-ups.
For your diet the easiest way to consume fewer calories is to eat less junk. Reduce your portions of dessert and drink more water. Don't go hungry because it will slow down your metabolism and you will have less energy.
To lose weight without feeling hungry all the time, which is the easiest method, I found eating three small meals and two small snacks (like an apple, popcorn or handful of almonds) helped me healthfully drop weight. I also found having one daily single serving of a sweet (piece of pie, candy bar, etc) contributed to my body automatically slimming to my optimum weight that was right for my age and height. This way my body did not have cravings for I still in moderation ate what I liked.
Most overweight is caused by bad eating habits like eating more than a single serving of something; especially comfort foods like French Fries. I know people who found if they ate one single serving for each food item they ate in their meals this contributed to weight loss. Healthy eating habits and dining organically can also contribute to weight loss. Salads like a Chef Salad are a meal; less fattening than a hamburger meal.
Non-organic foods may have food additives like a chemical taste enhancement to make people want to eat the food product again (or more) - per 60 Minutes, aired beginning of September 2012. It is further recommend to discuss a weight loss program with your regular physician or a certified nutritionist to make certain the chosen diet is perfect for your health (advice from the official Mayo Clinic website).
If you’re looking for easy weight loss solutions (http://www.dukandiet.com/Dukan-Coaching … ng-Secrets) , I’d urge you to talk a look at the Dukan diet, a low-carb, high-protein diet. My mother lost 45 pounds on the diet. Throughout she spoke of how energetic she felt and how it never really seemed like she was on a diet, trying to lose weight. She ate 4-5 small meals a day and would take my dog out for long walks twice a day. She lost the weight in 5 months (last year) and has kept the weight off ever since. She’s happy and healthy and radiant and I am SO glad she went on this diet. Take a look.
Well I'm glad you asked, as I just published a hub on the subject.
Most people associate weight loss with being difficult and unpleasant, and therefore seek out the most difficult and unpleasant approach, assuming this will bring the best results. I like to compare this to trying to drive a nail into a piece of wood by banging on it with a screwdriver instead of a hammer. It's more difficult, so you'd expect it to produce better results, right? Wrong!
So, rather than making things difficult with overly restrictive diet plans, simply determine and then consume an amount that is appropriate to maintain your goal weight, long term. Begin with the end in mind!

There is a good old way to loose weight, it costs nothing and it works most of the time. All you have to do is eat less, slowly cut down on your intake of food, and watch the calorie count of what you eat. Doing some kind of exercise on a regular basis is a good idea too.
