tell me the reasons why active sex is good for health?

      well, I guess that the act of sex in relation to the rest of ones life it would be easy to assume that people are less likely to die during that act than the rest of ones life... lol!!!!

      An active sex life is necessary for a healthy mind and soul. Sex keeps your mind fresh and focused, and when sex life is minimal people get more and easily stressed out. This is my opinion.

      Seems like quite a few fellows go down doing the act.  But what a way to go?  And does self service count the same in regards to long life?  I'd say not or else 95% of all men would live to be 100!!!

   Sex produces oxytocin which is the feel-good chemical.  If you're feeling good, you're less stressed, which means you live longer.
   
   Regular exercise leads to longer life - sex is exercise.
   
   If you have an active sex life with a regular partner, that suggests your relationship is happy - people in a happy relationship live longer. 
   
   Of course if you have an active sex life with multiple partners, there's a chance you may not live long at all...

   I also read that women who have more sex like 3 times every week with their husbands,  actually look younger than they are.

    Proper sex is an exercise for our body. It works in every part including lungs, heart, muscles, etc, and make us healthy. With sex, young people become younger; without sex, old people become older.

    I agree with all of the things that everyone else has said about how sex is healthy for the body...and one might also live longer because they're less likely to be out smoking, drinking, pissing people off, or getting into automobile accidents. This is, of course, provided that your active sex life does not take place in a bar or in a moving vehicle.
