I noticed that this Canadian forum hasn't been touched for a while, so I'd like to ask fellow Canadians where you are from, and where else you have lived in Canada(if anywhere)?
I live in Winnipeg now, but I've lived in Alberta (Calgary and area, Fort Vermilion, Red Deer, Edmonton), Cranbrook, B.C. and in the Yukon.
How about you guys?
I live in the Lower Mainland in BC now but I lived on Vancouver Island for about 20 years and in Kelowna, BC for 5, also in Manitoba for 12 years.
Live in Orillia , Ontario but am originally from Montreal Quebec.
When I was 16 I moved to California then to the Seattle area and camee back to Canada when I was 22
I live in Winnipeg now and love it here. Have lived in Edmonton, Montreal, Nova Scotia and Vancouver.
I'm not yet a Canadian, prairieprincess. Apparently I'm a landed immigrant - as opposed to a hovering or floating immigrant, I presume. My wife and I were both born in Scotland.
I’m not Canadian…but I have a cousin whos daddy-in-law lived closed to one fellow that knew someone that had visited Moosejaw once…does that count?
Ha ha!!! Sure, why not? I have a coworker who's husband aunt's son's girlfriend used to spend her summers in Moose Jaw. And I think she knows to the guy that you know ... kinda!
That's gotta be enough to make you an honorary Canadian!
Hey Cags - you, too!
I have lived in every province and territory except P.E.I. and Newfoundland-Labrador. Born in B.C., one sister born in Ontario.
Welcome to HubPages!
I live in St Raymond, Quebec, just outside of Quebec City. But I have lived in Atikokan, Chapleau,(birthplace of Shania Twain...a real hole), Rainy River, Nakina (an even bigger hole), and Ottawa Ontario. I have also lived in Winnipeg, Manitoba where I worked at Nicolino's Sorrentos and Rogers Video and got paid 5 dollars an hour
Nice to meet you, megs. Wow, five bucks an hour! I made that at my first job in 1987, too! Back then, it wasn't bad, at least I thought. Nice to meet a fellow Winnipegger ...
Welcome to HubPages!
I am not from Canada, but ancestors are from Canada. I was born in the US and lived here all of my life.
Hello to all Canadians also!
Just figured I'd drop in anyways.
Welcome Cagsil ... we're a friendly bunch here!
We have a friendly dictatorship in Canada; all in all it’s a balanced and happy place to live. I have a wasp background from London; now most of my time is specking Spanish and building an eco village on my own land in Belize.
Spend a lot of time working the art and entertainment in the USA also.
Enjoy your views on this forum.
I'm not Canadian but I lived at Fort Richardson for 2 years when I was a kid(dad was in the army>)" My husband was born in Stephenville, Newfoundland.

Hello fellow Canucks!
Well I was born in England but moved to canada in 1980 and lived for 30 years in Vancouver. Now I'm living in Costa Rica but I visit back for family, traditions and foods I miss like turkey, blueberries, giant muffins and - oh of course, my friends!
I was born in England but completed my last three years of high school in Fredericton, New Brunswick. I lived in Edmonton, Alberta for a short while and now live in Burnaby, British Columbia.
I was born in the Philippines but my family came to Canada more than forty years ago. Came to live in Toronto and never left. Oh I lived in Ajax for 2 years, and lived in Texas for about 6 months.. but came back to Toronto as there is no place like home.. Toronto is home for me.
Well, Canada is a comfortable country, and if you like comfort (even small one) and "things"- it's hard to leave. I would love to go to my old country, but I don't want to miss all that comfort of a stable civilised country. I don't like cold showers or no showers. I guess I am a very spoiled creature. But Toronto drives me crazy. Too many people.
Born in Sudbury, Ontario, and lived in Toronto, Orangeville, Guelph, and now Burlington....all Ontario. Great to see so many Canadian writers here!
I'm in Kitchener, ON. Was born in Scotland, moved to Toronto with my family in 1969, left Toronto in 2002....or was it 2003?
...canadian roots are quebec and s. ontario...oohhh what a mix....
...livin' in Great Gig on the Pacific now...have to swim to get to my place if the ferry isn't available....
..happy new year all you fellow Canucks!....

This unbelievable charge was reported to be made to Canada PM Trudeau on a phone call between Spanky and the PM. It seems Spanky has no more grasp on American history than the nitwit Sarah Palin.Any schoolchild knows the British burned down the WH in the war of 1812. Or perhaps this is...
