Very predictable. It'll probably take about a dozen more losses before Newt realizes he doesn't have a chance. Santorum already knows it's over and will drop out soon. Ron Paul will go the whole way but get trounced by the GOP machine in every state.

Yep, Newt just said he will continue to contest every race.

I hope he hangs around awhile longer so I can keep saying... Newt! Newt! Newt!

Yes. He needs to extend his 15 minutes and sell his books. Plus, there is no guarantee that he won't beat Romney in this wild, wild goat rope that is the Republican Clown-mary.

As somebody said, "He who lives by the sword, dies by the sword." Good riddance. He's the last guy we need for President. Gridlock in Congress is bad enough already without Newt in the picture.

I wouldn't say Romney "won Florida", I would have to say he "bought the Florida win votes".

Believe me, I'm no fan of Newt. I wish they could do a voters do over. Erase all the results so far, pick a couple of new GOP candidates that people feel are sincere and can really do the job. And eliminate voting for the best of the two worst.

Mitt is just as nasty as Gingrich. He just hides it.

Wait...and then see what kind of person they choose to lead this country.

    Shame and a disgrace! IMO

Go Ron Paul!...he is the only TRUE person in the presidential race that comprehends the Constitutional reality of life...no political party, just all Americans working together to make things correct!

Gingrich and Romney are establishment patsies and/or elitists themselves

I think the Republicans should just concede this whole election, save their money, and get on with HELPING to solve this nations huge problems instead of silly debates and travelling around kissing babies and making blow hard speeches.  Don't you agree?  It would just be wiser, more efficient, they would look like heroes, and then maybe next election they'd have a chance because people would think they are wise!  of course we know no politician can possible do squat to really improve the world, why don't we just finally admit it and get on with our lives?

He'll stick around like someone else said because he's trying to sell books.  Everything that man has ever done is to make money.  But does it really surprise anyone that politicians are greedy.  Wouldn't Mitt Romney be the richest president ever.  I thought I saw something about that on Yahoo.

Anyway, it's pretty obvious Mitt Romney is going to be the next president.  The media, err. I mean, America has basically anointed him already.  Remember when Ron Paul was leading in Iowa and EVERY news outlet was claiming if he won it "wouldn't matter."  Then Santorum,Romney won and they wouldn't shut up about how great it was for them.  It's just awful...

Guys, talking about Newt is pointless. The media is just trying to act like it's a Newt v. Mitt battle when it really isn't.

    Newt. Can't. Win.

Ron Paul is tying Obama and Romney in national polls - he's the only real alternative to Romney.

I see many republicans doing just as Romney is doing, negative attacks against a fellow republican. What has happened to the republican party? Attack his policies, not his character. Same with non Romney supporters, attack his policies not his character. This is indeed a sad day for republicans.
