He feels that his hands are tied and his emotions shackled because he doesn't have a smilie that shows sarcasm.
I'm looking for an appropriate one, in the meantime here is "HUH?"

This one I think goes straight past sarcasm and broadcasts ones indifference quite powefully.

In case the "rolls eyes" is a little too subtle for some.
They're inserted as images. So you'll have to bookmark the thread and either right click and grab the image URL and put it between two IMG tags or... quote it to see what it says and copy and paste.
Ideally it would be uploaded to the forum and if a person typed in :undecided: they'd get or type in :mark: they'd get
