   Sorry everyone for being delayed with the new hubnugget picks but I'm at deaths door (maybe not quite but it sure feels like it)with a head cold turned into a bronchial inflammation.

      Feel Better SOON   Maybe put a pot of water on to a low boil to get some moisture in the air.  It always makes me feel better.  Peace, Katie

       Hi Patty, yeah I move slowly between the couch and the computer chair. If I move too fast I get coughing fits ... I have no patience with myself when I'm sick. I hate to waste time.
       My chickies and duckies are doing fine they're not getting any extra treats etc right now but they'll don't seem to mind too much.

       Hiya Beth, I'm not sure if I'm getting better but I'm not getting worse and  that might make it that my pain and aches have peaked.

    It was so informative to take a look at the talented and informative hubs I saw on the list of candidates. In my own work I'm dealing with two main issues, the first being inexperience and there's only one way through that and it's through it, the other is a very strong desire to stay true to my own creative tendencies while creating what I'm coming to think of as my hub empire in an economically viable fashion. I really thought (gonna get names and titles wrong here) Maddies one about pancake was everything I aspire to be with my own work. It was informative and entertaining, with relevant advertising and product lines available. I actually really liked the story about the origin of Pancake Day. That she then went on to give sweet and savory ideas for using pancakes was just awesome. So I thank her for that. While I probably can't hide my bias of wanting to see all things food related succeed, I absolutely thought that was best and most fun hub I've seen practically anywhere in here.

    Feel better! Being sick is awful. Having a 17 month old with H1N1 and RSV is even worse. Stay healthy.

          Dont be in a hurry  3-4 pounds a week seems a bit extreme to me.. (especialy if you are not extremely overweight).
          
          Remember the Tortise and the Hare?: "Slow and easy wins the race". Small changes over a period of time can have LASTING results.
          
          Also, according to this site's rules, you need to wait awhile to be a hubber. Keep writing in the meantime. Good Luck!
