Hope is the human spirit. It's what drives us to live. Without hope we would likely just give up. As long as there is some hope, some new idea we can strive for, some small light to go to, we will go on.
Hope is a wonderful thing, no matter how hard life gets or how hard the situation were in Hope for change will keep us going no matter what
Hope is what you've got if all things fail.....then you will try again, it is free.
Beware false hope. Lotteries are a good example of that...
I hope my children choose a really good nursing home for me, when the time comes.
Hope is the only thing that keeps me happy nowadays.
If I didn't have it, I'd turn into a Ms. Scrooge and hate the world's guts.
Things will get better. Someday.
"I have formed an emotional connection to the flight of the thin crescent moon chasing the army of stars; I know that, returning to earth, they will find me much changed. I hope, in these moments, that I will remember the tinkling voices of the silver keys of heaven that guide me through the thrown room of god."
We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.
- Martin Luther King, Jr.
Bill Clinton is from Hope. Mike Huckabee is too. 8th Circuit associate justice Levinski Roy Smith is from Hope. Hope Watermelon Festival. Hope Migrant Worker Center. Hope is where they stored all those FEMA trailers from Huricane Katrina. Prez Obama promised hope. The Hope diamond. Hope Lange. A hope and a prayer. I hope that is enough.

Do you think mankind is doomed? With all the potential hazards and doomsday predictions facing mankind - climate change, over population etc, do you think we will sort it out and make it safely into the 22nd century and beyond? Are you an optimist or a pessimist when it comes to humanity?
