Savory dishes. It is good to have some protein in the morning. In particular, I like eggs and may have some meats. I try to stay away from too much sugar, and away from gluten, and away from dairy. I do not eat cereal nor bread. So no muffin, croissants, etc. No milk nor yogurt either.
