    Hey all,

This is the biggest single item commission on Amazon I have managed so far. Almost $200. I hope he likes it... lol

I'm glad the whole internet money-making thing is working for you, because you'd never make it as a secretary.  Your highlighter work leaves something to be desired.  wink

No, in all seriousness, that's AMAZING!  Congrats!

Niiiiiiiiice!  I need to find some big ticket items to feature.  Most of my product hubs are for average priced stuff.  This was a good Amazon month for me - 34 items sold so far and decent commission, better than tha last couple of months.

Mark - I'll be your secretary, how much do you pay??  wink

ryankettposted 13 years agoin reply to this

No, you just need to give 10% of that Amazon commission - and 10% of all other commissions - to your chosen religious corporation. Didn't you know that it is all about 'giving'? In return you get hope, lots of hopeless hope.

        2. ngureco profile image80
ngurecoposted 13 years agoin reply to this

Why not? This might be your month to harvest handsomely from the good seeds that you've planted. You do not have to sign for anything. God is very fair to everybody.

So you are seriously stating that Mark Knowles could sell $150,000,000 worth of watches next month if he found god?

            Where do I sign up?

            1. Mark Knowles profile image57
Mark Knowlesposted 13 years agoin reply to this

I will give 20% for that.

But - no - he is taking the piss. big_smile

ngurecoposted 13 years agoin reply to this

Where are you getting 20% from? Tithing is only 10% off your gross profit. This will translate to only a few dollars and in return you will make far much more..

And on a serious note, congratulation for the big sale that you have made.

    1. Mark Knowles profile image57
Mark Knowlesposted 13 years agoin reply to this

I had a cunning plan to sell lots of cheap items that sell well - then when I sell the odd big ticket - I get a higher commission. Not managed to get to 8.25% yet - that is a big hurdle.

Congrats! Do you mind if I ask what the item was?

I've sold a few laptops, but you only get $25 for them I think.

You've definitely gotten a great sale with that one. I've always focused on more lower priced items, thinking more people are like me wanting to get the best product for less buck, but dang I wish I had some crazy $200 revenue coming in from one item.

you don't remember the whole "I'm not the only one who dislikes you"- message? I'm not surprised, you have a lot of insipid things to say.

Anyway- Costa Rica is still considered "Central America" by all standards except those who don't own a map... or a globe, live in the US or who are just narrow minded. I'm sure you fit one of these four.

CR Literacy rate 98%, which makes "US"(emphasis on us) a third world country in that respect. So, yes- educating bright young minds about God- the creator of everything in a tropical paradise is going quite well- I wouldn't trade the corner of my property where the dog craps for a single plot in the beloved CA.

P.S. I'll send the tv back soon. haha

        1. Mark Knowles profile image57
Mark Knowlesposted 13 years agoin reply to this

No - never instigated a message to you - ever. I thought lying was a sin? No? Bet that is top of the list to teach the "bright young minds." Sadly - eventually they will learn the truth. "Lying about unbelievers is OK with Jeebus." lol

Narrow minded? Dear me. You mean running away from your birth country when the rate of people not believing in god got too much? Sure. See you when you need some urgent medical attention. lol

Sorry - thought you had gone to Argentina.

I know. I had to go to a tropical paradise to live out my days without angry people. I want to feel bad, I just can't. smile

but yes- CA will be one of the first places God rains brimstone I am sure.

Nope.  If prayer can move mountains and cause amputees to grow back limbs, it can certainly help you sell watches.
