wouldn't mind dating you at all, Lady_E. That is of course, if I'm not more than a year younger than you. Lol. Thanks for your input, though.

I do. My other half is a year younger than I am. My mother is two years older than my father, and OH's mother was two years older than his father, too.

I married a guy older than me--at first I thought it'd work because we're on the same maturity level.  Now I realize I'm still ahead.  So, it's pretty much like being with a younger man.

I finally realized that I like older men because of that - they've gotten old enough so they don't care and sometimes enjoy it.

Honey- where's my..... Have you seen.... do you know.....?

As long as he makes more money than me. Nah, j/k. I prefer the older ones. Don't know why, but I like the ones who are already settle and possibly a few years older than me.

My husband is 2 years older but I really dont think it matters.  its about what the both of you feel for one another.  I would not give a care about what anyone would say or do.

Bottom line its about what feels good

I would date a younger man depending on how much younger.  I already date a man who is 12 years older.  I think I would not go below five to six years younger than myself.  When you think about it most women don't like dating younger men because of the stigma that is associated with doing that.  I say if he turns you on and he happens to be younger then go ahead and do it as long as he is not underage and he makes you happy.  I think that most of the comments come from usually jealous females who uncomfortable with the idea of dating a younger man.

All three of my ex boyfriends were younger than me.  Many of the guys I date are also younger than me.

It really depends on the man. Some men are more mature younger, some are still immature at 50. It's more about having something in common than age in my opinion. I really don't think about age much at all.

I hope you dont think me cheeky, uninvited writer, but i think a real good looking young rich man, would do you the world of good, if you find one and he has an identical twin brother, send him to me....

This is a tough question. Even when I was 21 I found my class mates to be still couple of years less mature than my age. I prefer guys to be at least as mature as me(if not more) and that I have found in Indian guys to be around 27+ (now don't ask me how I came up with that number)...LOL big_smile

Older is fine - steady, established, lots of pluses. Younger can be very fine, stamina, often more open-minded. Depends on if you want the date to become more than a date...but either older or younger for partner is good.

I wouldn't personally. Although, I'm only 22. lol Maybe things will change when I'm older.

I've only dated one guy that was my age and I don't know if I could do that again. I definitely couldn't imagine dating someone younger. Guys are so immature as it is and I'm really mature for my age!

I really prefer older men that are established in their careers...I've always had better experiences dating them because they are (a little bit) more mature then guys my age.

Again, I'm only 22 so maybe when I'm older and still single at 35 or 40, I will change my mind...

Why not? If I would have been 'free' I would have dated a younger man. By the way, older men does not attract me in any way, even for friendship.

I don't think age is an important issue in love. The stamina matters:)

I have met some amazingly mature young men and some real dumb older men...I think one has to take it on an individual basis.
