Chicken as BBQ at work are usually $10 but they have been on special a lot for $4,50 so I have some for luncth.
I break them up for chicken curry/ Chicken sweet & sour / chicken soup etc etc !!
It really is a good value meal but we have steak/lamb other days so we don't get fed up of it . Tonight we are having butter chicken on rice .

Greek yogurt. I go for long spans without eating yogurt, but lately I've found a brand I love, with fruit at the bottom. I've been eating it every day. It's so easy just to grab it when I crave a snack.

We eat an awful lot of chicken. We eat so much of it that I am really getting bored with it. I have fixed it about thirty different ways and it still is getting boring. My husband isn't supposed to eat much red meat and my daughter doesn't like pork. That leaves a lot of chicken. I am now craving meatloaf.

I think DreamerMeg's idea is a great one.  Satay chicken with a peanut butter dip is wonderful.   It is Thai.   Check it out, it's great.

LOL   and HAHAHAHAHAhahahahahahaah   Ithabise, I just completed reading all of the responses thus far and I am way off to the other side of the Universe with my response.  I'm more into the photo you've left in your question.

What one food have I consumed lately?  Oh, that would be my daily McDonald's Caramel Frappe-small, medium, or large depending on the time of day, my mood, my money, and my level of desire...

Healthy?  Naw, not at all. Tasty, sure is.  Fun-you bet!

I love your photo BTW, haha.

Seafood, any kind, from shrimp, fish, sardines, lobster, crabs, oysters, etc. I have been eating it like a bad habit since I was a kid.  I live in New Orleans so its typical for us to eat seafood on a daily basis.

Rainbow carrots (love the taste and color), hass avocado (great dairy/cheese substitue), parsley (I eat tons of this raw, straight from the bunch) Marmite on sprouted toast (British Food) and black tea with almond milk.

Other than the author, I can't believe one person has not said pizza yet. I must be the unhealthy eater in the group. Freschetta, Red barron, or Tomb Stone for lunch at least once a week along with a pizza from Papa Johns, Giovanni's, Little Ceazars ($5.00 pizza) or a homemade pizza for dinner once a week.

That is roughly 8 pizza's a month, the thought slightly disgusts me. But, it is cheap, easy, filling and taste great! Thanks for asking this question, it makes me realize I need to cut back.

Naw, you're not the 'unhealthy eater'...pizza actually is filled with great ingredients.  I think my answer meets the criteria for most unhealthy.  LOL
(obviously we are amidst some major health nuts here).

Yay! Another pizza eater! At one time I was overboard--like, more than eight a month. I agree, too, the thought is slightly disgusting. But Denise is right too about some of the ingredients.

I can cook steamed rice and the add small quantities of granola or yogurt. This makes a good breakfast! At lunch time, I can make more steamed rice without adding anything to it. To complete my lunch, I can eat some fruits; they can be apples, bananas, papaya, mangoes, depending on the season. For supper, I can make more rice, but this time just a little and mix it with a few ounces of milk.

I have tried rice for almost one year and a half, and it has resulted positive in my system. I can do push ups without strain , which I couldn´t when I ate other kinds of food. I also eat fish or chicken two or three times a week. I don´t drink sodas nor milkshakes, only pure water, and I don´t drink alcohol either.

Hope you saw the internet story about the man who won $7,000,000 compensation from the popcorn maker. The butter smell comes from a particular chemical that causes lung damage. Just don't breathe in when you're eating them!

I buy my groceries in bulk to save money, so that means I get a ton of Top Ramen, Rice, and canned vegitables. Oh and potatoes LOL

Most often I make Ramen noodles and mix with different vegetables,
Quick and easy Ramen noodle recipe is:

take one can of chicken stock, add a can of peas and carrots, bring to a boil for 5 minutes, add noodles (no flavor packet)
Turn off heat and cover pot let stand 5 minutes.
in a small saute pan, crack one egg mix and scramble, add egg to your ramen and vegetables.

Oh yeah! I love some Ramen noodles with scrambled eggs. I've had them in Japan. Awesome but totally different. You should find some at an Asian grocer (if you have them in Helena.)
