What's one of your favorite fresh vegetables?

By fresh I mean you enjoy it without it having to be cooked, fried, baked, grilled, broiled or otherwise altered.

Most of them. I love fresh salads. My favorites would be the usual suspects: lettuce, tomato, carrots, even onions, particularly the red ones.

Radishes. I love to have a container of them in the fridge for snacking.

I grew up on tomatoes right out off the vine with a little salt and pepper but my mother loves them with a scoop of mayo on the side she is 90 years old so I guess it is a old school thing.

I like fresh tomatoes; but have never liked them right off the vine--I prefer the flavor when they are chilled.  Here's a New England trick for you:  eat sprinkled with sugar, not S&P..they ARE berries, after all!  ;-)

I have never tried sugar on a tomato. I do love them chilled and drizzled with a bit of olive oil and fresh basil though smile

If it's right from the ground to table I would have to say carrots.
If I get to cook them I would say asparagus.

I love carrots but I can eat them unless they are cooked because they make me break out in hives but if they are cooked they are great. ...and I also have a love for asparagus and I also have to blanch them a little bit but they are great.

I like all vegetables but I like carrot best as you can eat it raw or cooked and it is good for the eyes.

I would have to choose carrots! My answer would change if it could be cooked, but I really enjoy raw carrots dipped in hummus.
