    Pamela
Thank you so much for appreciating me.
    That makes it all worthwhile.

Your poem, "Strength"   shows us when you have strength you have the ability to achieve many tasks with integrity.
Your honesty will always be noticed just like
    weakness shows one's insecurities.

"A Lost Girl" - "Lost then Found"  depicts a girl whose father left when she was young.
She ends up running away from home & lives on the streets.

Her path crosses a preacher and she learns of the sacrifices Jesus made for us.

Sandy asks God for forgiveness and begins healing that very moment.

    I love these poems Pamela.

It takes strength to ask for forgiveness when you live on the streets ~ or for that matter, anytime one asks for forgiveness it takes inner strength.
It's fantastic that one can be found by God after being lost and alone.

When we are weak, we definitely show signs of insecurity.

But with honesty & integrity...our strength shines.

I'll post a link in the word prompt article

      Hello Pamela!
I loved your response to the word prompt, strength. Beautiful and insightful poems. We all have it in us—Strength. What we need is, to discover it, and sustain it.
      Thank you for sharing.

Pamela, I loved both your poems based on Brenda's word prompt, "Strength." But I enjoyed the second one even more about how a lost girl named Sandy finds faith in Jesus and God and starts to find life with vigor and strength. Beautiful indeed. Thank you for your awesome contribution.

    Hi Pamela,

Such a good and uplifting story to accompany your poem about strength.  Thanks to Brenda for sharing it.  I hope that your breathing problems have abated, and that you are back home from the hospital.

About Brenda: It is Brenda having breathing problems, not Pamela.  In reading my last response, it was unclear who was having the breathing problems.  Let's all pray for Brenda who was back in the hospital yesterday.

      Peggy
Thank you for the prayer request.

      I am back home again.
Hopefully this will get better soon and I will get some answers.

It isn't Covid related or the flu...they've tested me.

One day at a time and I'll get there.
I will keep up with my writing..or at least try.
