      Pamela...
It sounds like starting the day out with a healthy breakfast might really benefit us.
At least it says our (BMI) body mass index is lower.

Yout "Acrostic Poem" shows us how we can start the day out right with a nice breakfast.
Then smiling as we take a morning stroll since we gained energy from eating.

I enjoyed your video.  I learned where the word breakfast came from & that I should take the time to eat.

Your poem "Importance of Breakfast" tells us how a good attitude determines a successful day, so if we start it out right with breakfast we might reach our goals.

Coffee is one I don't reach for any longer. I gave that up years ago & although I'd love to try it now...I haven't.
I mean...when I quit drinking coffee there was no mocha or iced coffee.  No cappuccino...or flavorings.

Oh my...I think If I started back I would never Quit.

But a good breakfast can go  long way to making us have  better day.

You picked out some great videos.
I now know why I'm tired or grouchy in the morning.

Great write.  I'll post a link in the word prompt article.

I like the way in which Pamela has added health information to her poems. I like the quote from Ian Fleming as well. I think that was a great addition to the article and is good advice. There's good advice in the poems, too!
