   I must say I'm impressed that you combined your Blitz poem with one of the word prompts.
   
   Way to challenge yourself!
   
   "Sand Your Grave" is a Blitz poem using "Sand" as a theme.
   
   Your words remind us of the saying Ashes to ashes, Dust to dust...how we return one day to be part of the earth while our soul reunites with Heaven.
   
   That we should prepare ourselves for this moment.   Amusement for the things of the Earth only last a short time, but Heaven is an eternity.
   
   We need to worship him & be humble as we await the coming of this day.
   
   Great writing.   You did a wonderful job with this Blitz poem & it fits the word prompt for Sand.
   
   We don't have graves quite like those ones, our cemetaries put you 6 ft below ground in a casket, unless you choose to be cremated.
   Then you have someone spread your ashes or remains, or bury them in the ground.
