    Hi John,
I loved your poetry, and it carries a sense of humor to some extent, which made me smile. Lovely quotes too. All in all, throughly enjoyed your response to Bill's challenge. Thank you for sharing.

      Hello John!
Excellent and creative piece of writing! Nice imagination, which keeps the reader's attention, as if they are trapped in the Labyrinth themselves. Reference to the heart, is the icing on the cake.
      Thank you for sharing.

Hello Chitrangada. It is great to know that this poem succeeded in capturing the reader's attention and making them feel as though they are also trapped in the labyrinth. Glad the 'heart' ending fit in as well.

This is a very clever poem about being trapped in a labyrinth. It is an excellent response to Bill's challenge. I enjoyed the bit of humor and the ending:
"For if you enter my heart’s maze
You will be my captive Queen."
This poem is a very enjoyable read. I was just thinking this morning that you had not posted anything lately, so I am glad to read such a good poem.

Hi Pamela. I am pleased you enjoyed this poem “The Labyrinth” and I enjoyed reading your comment. You, were right that it had been too long since I published something new here, and my fingers were getting itchy lol.

You did a great job with your maze and labyrinth poetry, John.  I also enjoyed the video at the end.  I had never heard that song previous to this.  Thanks Rosina for featuring John's work.  For some reason, these notices are not going to my gmail account, so finding them here is good.

Thank you for reading this poem, Peggy. The song at the end is one of my favourites so even though it isn’t about a labyrinth, I had to share it. It is the name the singer goes by though so that’s my excuse smile There do seem to be problems with notifications lately so I am glad Rosina shared this

John, you certainly rose to the challenge. You said this wasn't your best work, but truly, nothing you write has ever disappointed. You are a gifted poet. I know Bill will be happy with this.
