Hillary just affirmed she wanted to give Obamacare to illegals.  How does that feel?

Obamacare exchanges are collapsing everywhere, people are paying too much, now Hillary wants to expand the program to illegal aliens.  How can anyone who wants to see America continue as a nation support the financial erosion we are seeing from the Democrats?

    Ralph
America used to be the land of opportunity, but today that opportunity is for unlimited handouts without any contributions to supporting the country. It is like the sample carts at Costco, anyone gets them regardless of whether they buy anything.

Obamacare has not adversely affected the government employees, who are public servants but treated like the master. Their  retirement FERS, and and healthcare FEHS are one of the best in the nation.

Meanwhile, in the private sector, many good insurance plans were deemed not up to Obamacare, and they were replaced by higher costs, higher deductibles, and poorer coverage.

Adding tens of millions of people to an already under performing system doesn't improve the quality of care.

Illegals have already been using hospital emergency rooms as their doctor for free.

In CA the illegals already have the right to get driver licenses, so now they will also get Obamacare.

The US is a great country, if you weren't born here.
BTW, a great picture of Hillary. That shows without saying a word, why she should not be president.

It's true Ralph, just Google [Obamacare exchanges are collapsing everywhere] and the hits  are amazing!

But how can anyone be surprised Hiliary has to promise illegals healthcare? She has to give them something for voting for her, which is her prime reason for promising anything, to get votes, especially from illegals. What the heck they are here illegally, do you think there is anything to stop them from fraudulently voting? Illegally? They are lawbreakers no matter how you look at it.

But then she knows Obamacare will go bust so what is she promising them? An empty promise for sure, her trademark behavior toward what she considers "the peasants", who she believes are too stupid to know better so she'll promise the pig in a poke, Obamacare.

Look at this primary. The states that recently passed voter ID laws, I think there were 7 or 8, all reported a drop in Democrat turnout at the polls of 30% or more while the Republican turnout was up over 50% in these same states.

Do you really thing the Democrats care so little about voting for Hiliary (or Bernie), the next Supreme court appointment, NO WALL, that they sat at home while the Republicans turn out in huge record numbers, a 50% increase? No way. The voter ID laws are keeping them (and illegals) from voting multiple times, FOR THE DEMOCRATS.

This is obvious! This is the reason why the DOJ under Holder and the rest of the Democrats were so against requiring voter IDs despite the fact that you can't do anything, get anything, go anywhere in this country without an ID. They know they can't win elections without voter fraud, without people voting multiple times in key precincts or without illegals voting where it counts. The Democrat Party of today is a lawless cabal, only using the law when they can to their benefit and ignoring it (like Hiliary's crimes) when convenient. This can't be hidden forever!

So there it is, the obvious reason Hiliary NEEDS to endear herself to Illegals. If she is elected you can look for her to propose annexing (with their cooperation) Canada, Mexico and Cuba just so she and the Democrat cabal will have an eternal majority of Democrat voters and will no longer need to cheat to get elected. Honestly, to them that idea would be a paradise, why wait until they turn America into a banana republic.

Welcome the United COUNTRIES of America!

America under the NEW Democratic Leftist Socialist Party is now a land of the welfare state par excellence.  President Obama started the trend, now Hillary wants to continue.  Smart people are waking up to the leftist program.  The Democrats are not the old, sensible Democrats but a branch of the Socialist/Communist Party.  Democrats are leaving the party in droves because of this leftist nonsense.  No wonder the middle class is becoming near to extinct.  Is it a wonder that Mr. Trump has so much appeal to thinking Americans?!

Hillary is of the same cloak as Bernie but is more mainstream.  I don't want any of these leftists to be President of the United States.  We Americans have SUFFERED ENOUGH! President Obama has almost achieved his goal into turning America into a socialist country.  If Hillary becomes President, America will go down the financial tubes for sure!

Well of course she did.  She is well aware that many of the 12 million or so illegal's in this country vote and she needs their votes.  Why do you think the libs fight voter ID requirements so hard?

Obamacare has set back the quality and increased the cost of healthcare for millions of Americans.  It would have been better and cheaper just to give free insurance to citizens who really needed healthcare.

Thousands of citizens were cut back to less than 30 hours per week making them part time employees.  That was done so their employers were not mandated to pay their healthcare costs or the fines.  Even a moron could have figured out this would happen when that law was written.  But it did make the unemployment numbers look good because employers had to hire more part time employees to fill their work demand.

Most all of this is insanity at best, and it will get worse before it gets fixed.  If we provided job training instead of welfare we would be back on the road to recovery.

It is looking more like the main mission of this administration was to further destroy our economy, divide the people, and create more dependence on government.  In that, they have been very successful.

Why would you pay social security if you weren't a citizen?  That's an insurance that you pay into so you can later draw out of it.  It makes no sense to pay into it if you aren't eligible for the program.

    24. RJ Schwartz profile image88

blargablargaposted 8 years agoin reply to this

That's not the law.  The law is to tell them that their visa is expired.  You aren't required to report them and a medical professional certainly can't deport someone.  A person is only deported if the renewal is rejected, after it's been processed.

No way! We don’t even adequately take care of our own citizens. I think Grace is right that the Democrats have turned into a Leftist Socialist Party, just as the Republicans have turned into a bunch of Fascists (Conservative, nah, that was eons ago). Hillary doesn’t even resemble the party of her husband anymore. I think part of the problem is that level-headed middle of the roaders no longer count, and that the increase of the Socialist Bernie welfare bunch is turning Hillary into an equally angry person.
As far as giving illegals healthcare to buy their votes, it is Unconstitutional for Illegals to Vote (caps for emphasis). If you know of any illegals who voted, you need to turn them and the election officials in your town over to your election commission. However, when their children who are born in this country grow up, they are Citizens Who Can Legally Vote. We need to work to get this law of automatic citizenship for the children of born to non-citizens within our borders overturned. Until you work to do this, you really can’t complain. Write your congressmen and tell them how you feel, don’t blame the politicians who take advantage of current law.
Don’t forget, Ted Cruz’s father fought alongside Castro before fleeing Cuba (source: The Broad Side) and Ted’s real given name is Rafael.
Marco Rubio is also the child of Cuban immigrants who immigrated to the U.S. before Castro’s rise. (What's this Cuba thing, anyway?) However, “His mother made at least four trips back after Castro’s victory, including for a month in 1961.[5] Neither of his parents was a U.S. citizen at the time of Rubio's birth,[6] but his parents applied for U.S. citizenship and were naturalized in 1975.” Source Wikipedia. So make of that whatever you will.

And Trump’s a chump, so instead of turning this into a Hillary-bashing rant, let’s just bash them all.

More Scott deception,Obama's deportations are result of his change in how they calculate them.It used to be they didn't include those turned at the border, now they do.His actual deportations without including those are down. google it

How can u possibly ascertain how likely illegals are to commit crimes when we don't know how many are here, estimates range from 10 million to 30 million, you can only document those who get caught&they don't report crimes to other illegals

who are most likely their targets since they can only interact with illegals or get caught. Can't you think for yourself instead of swallowing any media's crapola about studies?. You can site a study to prove almost anything.

The UK's health service is hanging on by a thread. We dont build social housing any more. Benefits are getting cut. It's difficult to get an appointment to see your general doctor. Last time I was in the waiting room, I was surrounded by East Europeans all talking in their own language.

It doesnt take Einstein to realise that the influx of migrants in our country is breaking the infrastructure but all we are fed is how wonderful integration is and how they will do the jobs we won't (apparently). There is a factory near me. It is run by East Europeans and tends to only employ their own. Its like being taken over.

Cameron, Obama et al need to start looking at the infrastructure of their own countries. Charity begins in the home.
Not kidding, people of the UK have just about had enough of all the political correctness and rights for everyone it seems....except the British. We have put up and shut up too long.
Sorry this wasnt directly linked to your question but I find it hard to keep quiet these days .

I genuinely thought that was already a thing.  Employers should certainly be required to provide insurance for all employees, regardless of immigration or citizenship status.  The option to buy into healthcare should already be available to everyone.  The fact that it isn't greatly disturbs me.  You can't even get a student visa to ANY country for a study-abroad without picking up health insurance for that country (going from the US to somewhere else).  There are people who are working, paying into the system, who have a tax ID number, or they wouldn't be able to fill out the paperwork.  So it's not like it's free or anything?  I'm not understanding how anyone would have a problem with this?  This is something that should have been implemented already and I don't understand how it wasn't.  This is pretty late to the game, but I guess better late than never.

    1. RJ Schwartz profile image88
RJ Schwartzposted 8 years agoin reply to this

I believe you have legal immigration and illegal immigration somehow overlapped - no one has any problem with legal immigrants becoming part of the system, but when lawbreaking illegals are added to the mix, it creates problems

blargablargaposted 8 years agoin reply to this

I'm an accountant.  I fill out these forms for a living.  To qualify for ACA you have to have a tax ID # or SS#.  You have to have it for the form so the government can track you through your insurance provider.

Agreed but Hillary Clinton is proposing we give it to illegal aliens, which would have anew set of guidelines, I'm sure.  That's why people are in an uproar, since 85% of those on it already are subsidized

blargablargaposted 8 years agoin reply to this

By "illegal aliens" do you mean undocumented workers or people who have overstayed their visas?  Because the vast majority are in the second category and would have an ID# that just got bounced back, and I assume it would just stop bouncing?

Well if you're undocumented you'd be documented and issued an id, and you're working so your employer would be paying into the system.  And if not your ID's just expired.  So either way, you shouldn't be denied insurance.
