"Resign Or be Impeached" or solve one of the biggest problems that America has ever faced.  The denuclearization of North Korea.  Yeah, let's impeach him...  President Trump is doing a wonderful job.

Hate to break the news, but appears that Trump's contribution to the deal had little to do with him. In fact, those who are familiar with the situation state that the new South Korean president, pressure from China, and the need for North Korea to switch from a military plan to an economic one (considering how poor the country really is) played a huge factor.
I know, there's reports that South Korean officials -- especially within the presidential administration -- are stating that Trump's pressure played a huge role. But, there's a report from The Hill that states that he asked the  Moon (the South Korean president) to tell the public that he, Trump, was responsible for this. Takes one heck of a hubris to pull that off.

You are correct Dean, what Sharlee01 doesn't seem to understand is the fact that if Donald was responsible for this little 'fake truce' between the two Korean leaders who are simply playing him for a fool, Kim Jung Un would have stopped his nuclear testing long ago right after Trump's first crazy unhinged and dangerous threat to Kim Jung Un, but what happened after that? Not only did Kim NOT stop his testing he actually laughed, poked Donny in the eye and then accelerated it forcing Spanky to blabber about a 'red lines' almost every other day which Kim simply stepped over with impunity:

Now, a year and a half into Trump's so called presidency and after all those empty Trump threats, Kim Jung Un has essentially perfected his nuke technology and now just needs a breather to plan his next phase and what better way to manipulate Donny than to pretend he's in love with South Korea?

Nobel Peace Prize? For a racist white nationalist who causes friction and strife almost every day of his pathetic life? Why not just give Adolf Hilter or Mussolini or weirdo Jerry Falwell Junior a Peace Prize?

We all know Trump is a hopeless ignoramus and of course not responsible for some phony Korean hand shake, but he is however responsible for this which will blow up and already explosive Stormy Daniels legal situation:

Dean, I was referring to The denuclearization of North Korea. I made no mention of the truce?  Not sure why my short precise comment was misunderstood?  My comment - " Resign Or be Impeached" or solve one of the biggest problems that America has ever faced.  The denuclearization of North Korea.  Yeah, let's impeach him...  President Trump is doing a wonderful job."   I hope you will comment on what you think about the possibility of President Trump solving one of the biggest problems we have faced in our history. "   I have no comment on the peace deal between South Koria and North Korea.  Not sure what brought it about, and grateful it has occurred.

Your last line states that Trump is doing a wonderful job eluding to the notion he had something to do with the current talks which may or may not lead to denuclearization, as well as a truce. I'm pointing out that he most likely has little to do with this. If that's a problem for you, then I suggest you stop moving the goalpost and do some more clarification of your remarks. This last post reads as if you are backpedaling.
As far as I'm concerned, such talks with between the two country have occurred...only to fall apart of one side reverting to what they did in the past. Also, I'm cautious about Trump ability to pull this off. He likes to say he's accomplish great things, but for as long as I've paid attention him (nearly 30 years) all I've seen from him is talk, talk, talk.  So you'll excuse me if I think the boy is crying wolf.

My God you sound so foolish. No really. I always ask the question "What If?" What if the NK do denuclearize, and it certainly will bode well for Trump. Could lead to a Nobel Peace Prize. It appears the more our president accomplishes the worse your rhetoric becomes?  Maybe time to wake up to the fact President Trump is doing a great job.

Sharlee01, in case you haven't noticed, just FYI, this discussion forum is about Spanky Generic's shocking secret one night stand with porn actress Stormy Daniels who said she didn't find him attractive at all which is no surprise, that'ss exactly how the overwhelming majority of normal women must feel, and the apparent subsequent 'pay off' of $130,000 from sloppy Cohen to Stormy's Beverly Hills attorney a few days before the 2016 Presidential Election which appears to be under criminal investigation and could quite conceivably be a feloneous criminal offense:

How many Nobel Peace Prizes should we give Spanky n' Cohen for that?

If you define 'great job' by Spanky Trump as constantly undermining and sabotaging our healthcare system while transferring trillions of our money to Wall Street in the form of his and conservatives corporate welfare tax cut scam, or praising his master Vladimir Putin while constantly undermining our law enforcement, judges, and legal system, or crashing our stock market because of his insane instability, or commencing a radically dumb trade war which will bankrupt many of his gullible cult members, or provoking other crazy dictators to the brink of nuclear conflict, or obstructing justice, or violating our constitution every single day, then yes, he's doing a fantastic job:

I will not play the game " let's defend president Trump". You've never witnessed Spanky commit treason on national television by essentially licking the military boots of Vladimir Putin because he's pertified of him, while degrading our law enforcement agencies?

I know they don't really cover these astounding stories on fox fake channel, so let me be the first to inform of the fact that this is absolutely true and was documented on film for easy verification: Why do you think so many are taking Stormy the porn stars side and not traitor Trump's?

Sharlee01 should read these facts about Apple Computer hoarding our money in foreign lands for the benefit of foreign countries, not the USA and Spanky Trump with his republican accomplices in congress, gave them even MORE of our money after passing his corporate welfare tax cut scam: So much for his promises to the working folks:

                  http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-a … story.html

Sharlee01 should also watch these alarming court developments concerning Stormy, Cohen and Spanky: Stormy's case on hold temporarily and a special master was appointed by a federal judge in the Cohen criminal case to determine which docs and or films and or audio tapes if they exist, should be distributed to the public and that should be an easy
task considering the more we investigate Cohen, the more it seems likely that he didn't really act in the capacity of a traditional attorney:

You're correct, nobody really seems to give a damn about his affairs including me, he can be as promiscuous and buy as many women as he wants considering that seems to be the only way he can get a member of the opposite sex to even take the chance to get near him, and yes, it's his right to risk contracting and living with as many STDs as humanly possible,  but the line is drawn where potential crimes have been committed:

His attorney or shall we say quasi-attorney who handled the Stormy 'deal' apparently doesn't seem to have a client list to speak of which means the special master who is investigating the files which were confiscated by that FBI raid on Cohen's properties, should be exempt from attorney client privilege and that could spell even more legal jeopardy for both he and Spanky:

Court docs indicate the FBI raid on Manifort's home months ago was conducted in part to seize potential evidence of that treasonous conspiratorial secret meeting between Trump's family and Russian assets, what will the Cohen raid reveal?

I could care less about how Trump slept with and even less about his attorney paying her not to speak of it. This woman has absolutely no proof but her saying she slept with Trump. She signed a document, not to speak of it. As far as I am concerned she broke the law by taking her story to the media. If Cohen broke any laws by taking the action he did, that's on him...  He should be prosecuted.

In regards to Apple, the article you provide has nothing to do with your claims? Was this problem written about in the link you offered was between Apple and the EU?  Trump's new Tax relief for businesses will work to bring billions of offshore money back into the USA.  Apple is the "poster child for his new tax cuts... LOL, They have committed to bringing back  Billions in offshore cash over the next few years.   "Apple Computer hoarding our money in foreign lands for the benefit of foreign countries," "Our money" not sure where you get Apples money is our money?   Apple invested overseas due to the high cost of taxes in the USA. The new tax cuts were an incentive to bring back some of the money, and jobs to our shores.  Please refer me to a bill that cut monies used for Welfare?

      I love it when conservative trump voters make my case for me: First of all, Apple never paid the 35% tax rate, according to press reports they paid roughly 25% in 2017 and even less the previous years which is substantially lower than 35%;

Yes, that's my point, Apple and other anti-American unpatriotic Wall Street corporations ship trillions of our money to foreign countries to AVOID paying their share of taxes, taxes which would have been used to improve, enhance and maintain the United States, not Ireland or any other foreign land:

      http://fortune.com/2018/01/18/apple-bon … xes-trump/

But let's not get too far off topic to talk about greedy corporations, Donny's best pals: I'm shocked shocked shocked shocked at the breaking news story: wow, Stormy Daniel' sues 'Bitty Mitts' Trump for defamation: I'm not shocked that this law suit has been filed, I'm shocked that defamation suits against Spanky haven't been filed sooner! By the hundreds or even thousands:

I'm still waiting for Hillary and President Obama's defamation law suits to be filed against him and after listening to a pathetic news bite of his little fiasco in Michigan last night, senator John Testor's legal action: Maybe he'll learn a lesson that nobody can go on national television or in front of twits on twitter and blab his big mouth all day and night with impunity: But then again maybe he won't learn a lesson: Holy Apostles !!

Apple has paid last year 35% in taxes. Fact Next year they will get big tax breaks, due to bringing back all that cash will be for one year rewarded a "For their efforts, these titans of Silicon Valley are being rewarded handsomely. Now their offshore profits will be taxed at a one-time, 15.5% repatriation rate, also called a tax holiday. And all other corporate profits will be taxed at 21%, down from a previous nominal rate of 35%" That is just a fact, Not sure as always where you get your idea's from?   Just because you say it does not make it true.  You have nothing to stand on? Why keep saying the same thing over and over?

As I said I care less about Stormy D.  She certainly should not step on Trump's toes with a defamation lawsuit. All due to him calling her a liar. He could turn around and sue her for the same but would have a great case. She smeared his name by making a claim he slept with her. His word against hers.  Both cases would most likely be tossed out of court.  Hey, he got 130,000 for one night this would certainly be the most she ever made for one night stand. No one cares... I certainly don't. Just being honest.

Perhaps those false numbers came from from Chris Wallace and Neil Cavuto of fox fake channel: In reality, Apple Computer paid roughly 25% in taxes in 2017 which was considerably lower than 35% and here's what these greedy Wall Streeters paid in the prior 5 years:

In fiscal 2013 Apple paid out $9.1 billion in total cash taxes for an 18.2% rate on its operating income. This increased to $10 billion and an 18.7% rate in fiscal 2014 and $13.2 billion or 18.3% in fiscal 2015. For the first three quarters of fiscal 2016 it has paid just under $9 billion in taxes for an 18.3% rate.Sep 12, 2016 what they paid in the prior 5 years:

Those are the facts and no matter how you slice it, apple computer hoarding billions in foreign countries is anti-American and a detriment to all Americans and Spanky just gave them more of our money as a reward but no pay raise for workers:

Back to one Spanky's worst nightmares: Trying to distract from the topic? Michael Avenatti filed another law suit against Spanky for defamation and it's about time:

I have heard it's very hard to win a defamation case.  I think president Trump might just have a better defamation case against her?  Stormy has been all over the networks making the claim she had sex with the president.  This is stuff that can ruin a marriage and one's life.  Now calling someone a liar, not sure she can prove it will damage her reputation or affect her life?   Plus he claims he did not have sex with her.  She would have to prove it if he brought a defamation suit against her.  Her reputation preseeds her, she signed a legal document not to speak of the affair and broke that agreement.   I guess that would make her a Liar...  It will be interesting to see if her defamation case is dismissed.  Cohenโ€™s attorneys have accused Stormy of violating the confidentiality clauses more than 20 times and claimed she could be liable for 1 million in damages for each violation.  This would most likely be an open and shut case against her.

Cohen actually took a loan on his home to cover where he got the cash. Seem he covered all bases. Although he could flip?  We sort of all know Trump new he fixed the problem.   This will be an interesting case to follow.

Unfortunately for both Cohen and Spanky--and perhaps his propaganda minister Hannity--all of Cohens offices have been raided and many of the "skeletons" have been unearthed in the process. Yes, Spanky knew Cohen paid Stormy to keep quiet and has now been videotaped denying it. Spanky's own words will be his undoing. He doesn't seem to be able to control his mouth.

Randy, according to Avenatti's public comments about the NDA law suit and droopy eyes Cohen, $130,000 was apparently paid to silence Stormy right before the 2016 election, an election which we all know is now under criminal investigation by Robert Mueller and what an Earth shattering compilation of damning public evidence that has been produced so far and we can only imagine what Muller has collected in secret:

That's simply not true ahorse, but the defamation law suit which does indeed have a chance to make it through the process unless of course it's quashed by unknown forces, sends a strong message to an extremely weak and fragile person named Spanky T that he must start checking his harmful, rotten, vicious, hateful and violent babbling at the door or perhaps risk facing even more legal jeopardy:

The Stormy def suit according to Michael Avenatti, one of Spanky's worst nightmares on the planet, is per se defamation and special damages is not a necessity: $75,000 minimum in actual damages to file but he said that  number will probably rise:

Where's President Obama's def suit against Spanky for his birther blabbing for years? or his wire tapping retardation? Where's Hillary's def suit? Where's Senator Jon Tester's suit for Spanky's outrageously nonsensical Michigan babble: It's insane that a military deferment queen like Spanky Trump who attacks our healthcare system in public on national television without even considering the detrimental ramifications it may cause to hard working Americans, is attacking an honest man like Jon who works tirelessly for our veterans and everyone else, and has helped feed the USA through his family farm, just pathetic:

lol, I'm sure in between cheeseburgers, playing golf, tweeting like an idiot and melting down in little tizzy fits on fox, Spanky is salivating to file frivolous law suits against Stormy and God knows who else, but guess what? He can't because if he did he'd be subjected to discovery of his past and deposition which would probably leave him in almost a more dangerous and vulnerable position than the Cohen raid apparently has, and that's exactly where an unhinged nut case like him belongs:

Lies and the perpetration thereof, are inherently what many law suits are about and when Spanky sits his big expanding bloviating butt in bed chomping on a greasy cheeseburger or whatever he fills his face with while his little digits go insane on twitter, that's a danger to the entire nation period, whether it's about Stormy or anything else:

When his so called 'womanizing' crosses the line to criminal activity as it may have in the Stormy Daniel's suit, that's when there's a serious problem: 'paying to play' seems to be the developing underlying theme with this ugly vile racist person Gen. Kelly reportedly called an 'idiot' and know there are reports that the 'trump campaign' paid for some of Cohen's legal bills; UNREAL

What an unconscionable republican scam and how dumb do the workers who voted for him and his cons look now? They know it and Spanky has already lost about 18% points in key states, probably more as we get closer to NOV:

Jake, "When his so called 'womanizing' crosses the line to criminal activity as it may have in the Stormy Daniel's suit, that's when there's a serious problem: 'paying to play' " Once again you are inaccurate in regards to the facts. The lawsuit filed by SD was for defamation of character. Not a criminal offense. It is hard to reply to your posts, so much appears to be a rant? Much just is not based on any form of fact? You are a  bit scary...  Come on people am I alone here?

                https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PX9reO3QnUA

BTW, I'm all about facts Sharlee01 and one way to verify this is by your personal attacks of yours truly:

Just FYI, the second defamation law suit is civil as you've mentioned however, the first law suit Michael Avenatti filed on behalf of his client Stormy, was the action to invalidate or void the unsigned NDA that your hero failed to execute presumably by choice: According to fantastic investigative reports, the NDA  was accompanied by a wire transfer of $130,000 from sloppy Cohen to Stormy's Bev Hills attorney a few days before the 2016 election which could spell serious criminal jeopardy for both Spanky and Cohen:

If Spanky knew about it or instructed Cohen to pay the money, Holy Moses, another potential crime to chalk up: Why do you think Michael Avenatti said he hopes Spanky appears on fox and friends with a new incoherent babbling rant every single day? Answer, because the other day, Spanky in a rage, actually confessed on national television that Cohen represented him in that 'Crazy Stormy Daniels Deal':

Yes, it's all on film and can be verified which I'm certain a jury will do if and when the time comes:

Other than mentioning that you are a bit scary, I am not insulting anyone person. I have referred to Liberal's, and Dems , but I try not to insult any one person openly. I do recall a post where I referred to your forehead, but I was making a point of sarcasm.  Just had hoped to point out it's not necessary to insult just because one can. In regards to facts, you don't actually quote facts, your quote what you read and hear from media, and the majority of what is reported is innuendo. Just not backed up by any sources that have a name. In my way of thinking  Innuendo is not fact.  It's food for thought, but as of late it's stuff tabloids are made of. Some love it, some don't.  Never had a taste for sheep food...

lol, made up stuff? And Spanky is a truth teller? lol

Sharlee, just FYI,  the court is required to keeps records of law suit filings so you can simply visit the website for the court of jurisdiction to inspect public info:

Here's some of the facts in the NDA case: Michael Avenatti did indeed file a law suit to invalidate the NDA between David Dennison wink wink Spanky, and Stephanie Clifford, one contention is that Spanky never signed the agreement: Check the court docs:

A wire of $130,000 wire was processed from Cohen's bank to Stormy's Bev Hills attorney whereby a suspicious activity report was filed by the bank: Check the court docs:

Spanky did blow a few gaskets  on Fake Fox and Friends the other day where he confessed that Cohen represents him in this 'Crazy Stormy Daniels Deal':

The rest of my statement is rooted in fact as well but I'm not in the mood to waste my time with a person who for whatever reason, doesn't appear to interested in the truth:

And I'm sorry you think fox fake channel has any semblance to a real news network: Sounds like that premature 'mission accomplished' mantra about N. Korea de-nuking which everyone knows will never happen: Likely the same deal with anti-American Apple Computer which will never repatriate the billions it socked away in foreign countries for the benefit of foreigners, not Americans:

Before you celebrate, maybe you should read this about the facts:

"However, Apple does not have to bring home that money, and much of it is tied up in long-term investments that would make it unlikely."

It's never easy to just pick up billions of our money and simply transfer it back where it belongs, to the United States:

Impeach him... Not sure why one would choose to cut off one's nose to spite one's face? Not sure what you are referring to when you take about the president Lying?  His accomplishments are concrete, facts, they speak loudly. Much louder than the whimpering of the far left...  He made promises, he is keeping most, and with ease. Makes one wonder why other presidents have been so inept?  His agenda is what got him elected, it will be what keeps him in office. And actually the money id behind him... The DNC is broke, while cash flows into the RNC. This is a fact. The cash has left the DEMS to put their cash on a winner. There is no basis for 'batty' Rudy to instruct Sessions to quash the Cohen investigation if that's what he implied, but according to the law, which he nor Spanky seem to be the least bit acquainted with, it's absolutely another count of obstruction of justice and if Sessions does indeed follow a maniacs suggestion and interrupts and or stops the investigation into 'the fixer's' criminal probe, that would constitute yet another count of obstruction:

After observing numbskull Giuliani's first few scenes of shock on fox fake channel where he accidentally or intentionally poured a gallon of gasoline on Spanky Trump's already burning head, I'm moving closer and closer to the conclusion that Rudy is indeed a mole contracted or rogue to speed up the indictment of Donny process: How else could this even happen?

Agreement, for once.  I think if Hillary was elected, she would be going through the same investigative process as Trump is facing, albeit with different themes.  Hers would be an expansion of the Clinton Foundation pay-to-play issues and the DNC fundraising campaign finance violations.  This is what happens when the American people allow such flawed choices to represent them.  Maybe that's the lesson we should all learn.

I completely agree.I think you might b shocked in regards to how much we most likely agree on. We had two very flawed candidates. One with a long time history of shady dealings that surrounded her and a clear destain for the working person. Which is the majority of our population? She offered a scary agenda, and she pandered to her crowd. The old fashion method of campaigning is dead.  Trump who is clearly a NewYork businessman, that was well known for his off the cuff opinions, as well as being a womanizer. He stepped up at just the right time. People wanted change, they wanted someone that had nothing to lose and could enter Washington and more or less toss out all the old ways of doing things. We wanted someone transparent, a progressive agenda that put America first. So many are disgusted watching our taxes wasted on poor trade practices, and supporting other countries when our own infrastructure has failed... We watched our military use old equipment, get very poor health care. We watched the middle east, as well as NK, become large lethal threats. People with common sense perhaps were more willing to opt for something different?  Will it be a lesson learned?  In the end, I think it will.  I am hoping to get past all the investigations, see who broke laws on both sides have them charged and given their day in court. Then we pick up the pieces, except what comes our way.

Head on fire Spanky will never testify in front of anyone, he can't, the layers and shear depth of LIES and Deceit are so deep the Chinese are unwilling recipients of his verbal pollution: Spanky lied to America on air force one with his response to his knowledge of the Stormy payoff, yup he did it on air force one: And now, 'batty' Rudy turned this appalling legal situation into a felony crime: Pathetic and unacceptable:

She always wears crazy looking pantsuits and has an expression of being lost...  You know what Jake I would rather share the positive facts rather than always discuss innuendo or if comes.  Breaking News. JUST OUT: 3.9% unemployment, breaking below 4% for the first time since 2000. GREAT for American workers!  Love the job Spanky is doing...  And so does working America.

Weak false comparisons again between Spanky who is irrefutably the lying champion of politics with 3000 plus and counting since his inauguration and James Comey who is now a private citizen? Well, Comey will indeed play a major role in the indictment of your hero and don't be surprised when Michael Avenatti nails him with even more criminal charges, especially if Spanky and his new woman attorney 'batty' Rudy continue to go unhinged on Hammity and fox:

Not sure what you even mean?  What form of criminal charges?  Cohen or Trump have done nothing of a criminal nature to SD. I very much doubt that he can prove defamation?  Was it not Trump or Cohen that broke a non-disclosure agreement?  So far it more appears SD will pay a hefty fine and maybe jail time. The non-disclosure case is cut and dry.   The defamation case will be tossed out...  Why not sick to facts?

Sharlee01, you're either not listening or have a case of selective hearing which is actually very common in Cult Spanky: 'batty' Rudy who is now a mouth piece for Spanky, as crazy and reckless as he sounded on fake fox the other night and morning, said emphatically that his client was indeed aware of the Stormy cover up payoff in October of 2016 right before the election for what Stormy said was an adulterous one night stand as painfully generic and uninspiring as she said it was, an incident which occurred roughly 10 years earlier::

This means Spanky and Cohen conspired in a willful crime to influence an election and perhaps other crimes: You need to read about the law on this, I encourage it:

Defamation against Spanky is a separate civil legal action which to date, has shut Spanky up about this matter if it did anything: Michael Avenatti warned him and his staff of bozos to be careful with what he say, he didn't because he can't keep his mouth shut for long, and now he's paying for that retarded statement as well: Your orange racist generic hero will be gone soon, and thank God for that:

I'm actually waiting for President Obama to initiate a defamation suit against Spanky as well for his ridiculously false and defamatory babblings related to Obama's origin of birth: That multi year display of retardation and false accusations was despicable, disgraceful and utter evil:

Another reason why Spanky will be dispatched to the white hot pit of vipers down under when his number is up which if you look at his health reports, might come sooner than his indictment:

                https://slate.com/news-and-politics/201 … trump.html

Actually, this discussion is not about Spanky Trump's demonstrable economic failures like his bait and switch corporate welfare tax cut scam that added trillions to the debt while transferring roughly 82% of the benefit to his elite filthy rich Wall Street pals while workers in OHIO, WI and PA got the crumbs: Or his reckless trade war with China and others which will devastate our farmers, steel workers etc: Or his constant Anti-American Russian style assault on our healthcare and law enforcement: Or his insane crashing of our stock market?

Nope, this discussion is about Spanky Trump possibly going to sing sing for covering up what appears to be according to public evidence, a conspiracy with sloppy Michael Cohen to pay off at least one woman to silence her so she couldn't express her story before the last presidential election which could have had a detrimental effect on orange face:

'Batty' Rudy on fox fake channel, either intentionally or unintentionally, tossed a few sticks of dynamite under Donny's chair when he then proceeded to say that the money used to pay off Stormy Daniels was 'funneled' through a bank: UNREAL, Unacceptable and Unlawful:

Just curious Sharlee01, why are still trying to defend the indefensible? You really should stop and think about what you're doing for your own good and the good of this crumbling country, trying to defend a megalomaniac who could care less about you, your family or this country as long as he gets his: A nut case greed monger who broke a Christian Commandment called adultery with porn actress Stormy Daniels who was paid off just prior to the 2016 election which is a crime, and the evidence according to parties to the law suit when it's made public, will show that your orange hero was a willing co-conspirator with Cohen in that crime: Never the less, he lied through his false teeth again but what else is new, and that's a crime of credibility:

Then we have his pal David Pecker, sorry but that's his real name believe it or not, who according to reports, apparently paid another woman money to conceal yet another abominable act by killing the story: How outraged is America with just this incident, excluding the Russian criminal investigation which keeps evolving day after day? very:

Oh, and before anyone tries to drag Bill Clinton or any other subject into this blossoming unreal legal mess, a failed and boring strategy and we all know there's zero comparison, President Clinton was impeached for far less than what Spanky faces and he paid a penalty for his despicable actions: So get ready, here comes Michael Avenatti:

I think all remaining Spanky Trump fans might want to think about their apparent unwavering allegiance before this mentally ill individual wakes up one morning in a bad mental state, and decides to invite  his remaining fans to Jonestown for a little drink, or even worse, starts selling them his crappy looking merchandise made in China, NOT the USA, or offers them a left over Trump University Diploma:

lol: If accurate, a $774,000 line of credit would certainly finance a phenomenal cruise around the world, or the purchase of a hand waxed fleet of BMWs, or even a reasonably sized yacht, home improvements maybe? But I think we all know the real answer is none of the above considering Stormy Daniels got a small piece of it:

And yes, at this point in this nightmare, I realize whatever the crime or whatever the evidence of a crime, Spanky's followers will desperately try to defend and deny it regardless of the offense, even when Spanky is making license plates in prison they will still deny it happened, which I guess is alright to maintain ones sanity, but investigators understand the fact that when this kind of financing is secured during an election campaign, combined with all the other evidence already made public, it's an ominous sign and indictments if they materialize, couldn't happen to a more deserving pair of anti-American charlatans:

Given the shockingly insane and bizarre clown ride of terror we've been forced to endure for the past couple of years which includes the Stormy cover up, this is probably where the Spanky Trump circus is headed, so I urge all remaining followers to seek deprogramming therapy before that special space ship of salvation arrives:

What strange minded military person would actually want to invite that disgusting, disgraceful, orange faced draft dodger to their funeral? A despicable serial adulterer who could care less about the ten commandments? I don't know of a single solitary soul: McCain was twice the hero while Spanky cried, whined and moaned to a doctor about his little achy feet: McCain was once the hero when he served bravely in Vietnam and of course twice the hero when he was the obstructing vote from God to halt Spanky Trump's and republican's viciously evil assault on healthcare which would have left thousands of children without cancer treatments: NICE:

Unfortunately, Jake, I have yet to read an "argument" from you that doesn't consist almost entirely of fantasies liberally sprinkled with  ad hominems and unflattering descriptions of Trump's temperament and emotional state (which you could not possibly know anything about and which are, hence, mere fantasies), personal mannerisms and body conformation.

Perhaps your argument is that they guy is weird looking. Now, I often notice that others are weird looking, myself. I see many weird looking people. Some are too thin or too fat, have bad hair or bad skin, don't give proper attention to their toenails, chew with their mouths open, and make fashion choices that I view as mistakes. I think you are pretty weird looking, as far as that goes, and you would doubtless wonder why I don't get my teeth fixed.

Attaching significance to such matters is mere emotionalism, and is puerile and boorish. It is not something that is admissible as evidence of anything, or that is even permissible in adult discourse. It's something children do when they're having a fit.

Apparently, a significant portion of American voters do not, since they elected a man known for insulting people's physical appearance. However, I have noticed that the same people who support a man known for insulting people get all huffy and offended when that man is insulted. Puzzling, to say the least.

Well blueheron, it's not just yours truly who believes Spanky Trump is detached from reality in a delusional stupor, which he must be given his remarkably strange sick public behavior, but a growing number of psychiatrists and mental health professionals feel the same and consider him the greatest threat to our national security:

Just a couple of examples: Yale and Harvard experts are seriously concerned about your disgraceful 71 year old wandering around the oval office who may actually have access to nukes: Now I already understand that most Trump fans don't go for all that fancy Yale and Harvard wizardry, but here in the real world it sure does matter"

      Very SICK Puppy with an extraordinarily orange pigment, weird comb over type hair doo and tiny little hands losing his grip: Ugly on the inside as well: Not a good sign by any measure: Just look at the audience members behind him in utter shock: Do you honestly believe they ran out and voted for this cretin after witnessing this dreadful display of retardation?;

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PX9reO3QnUA

Those were just two examples of factual data depicting Trump as the obviously sick man that he is: Many more examples exist if you'd care to explore further but probably not:

With both civil law suits, the NDA and defamation actions against Donny boy, Stormy and Michael Avenatti are modern day heros who are on a quest to compel the most inept liar to ever gain access to the white house, to come clean with the truth, a monumental task which in and of itself may turn out to be impossible:

Cohen paid Stormy right before the election, according to reports. he claims he used an equity line of credit which ballooned from $130,000 to apparently $774,000 which is highly suspicious if true and if Donny knew about the pay off to cover things up, criminal charged are in the offing:

Just keep this in mind: A porn actress was paid hush money right before an election by a so called president of the United States: Honestly, just let that sink in for a moment: If we disregard the mountain of additional criminal evidence against Donny which is being unearthed by the special prosecutor as we speak, this disgraceful incident alone is worthy of impeachment:

Sorry Sharlee01, but despite his and his fans constant crying and whining, Donny boy will never con or bamboozle the overwhelming majority of Americans into believing he's not the anti-christ:

      Sorry, read it and weep:

As of late April, Real Clear Politicsโ€™ average has Trumpโ€™s approval rating at 41.8 percent, with 54.5 percent disapproving of the president. This is a slight uptick for Trumpโ€“in late February 41.5 percent approved of him with the same disapproval rating.

Gallup Trump approval rating: 38 percent

Gallupโ€™s latest poll has Trump with a 38 percent approval rating compared to 57 percent who disapprove of his job performance. The president has hovered around that mark since mid-February, according to Gallup,

Michael Cohen's office, hotel room and home were raided by the FBI weeks ago: Massive volumes of evidence, computer hard drives, cell phones etc were confiscated by law enforcement: A judge appointed a 'special master' to investigate said evidence: When she has completed that hefty task, we should see Michael Cohen indicted and once he faces life behind bars, away from his wife and children, the logical conclusion is that he'll 'flip' against Spanky:

'batty' Rudy pranced around the networks like a nut case over the past few days fanning Donald's already burning head by saying Donny knew about Cohen's payment to Stormy just prior to the election which could make Donny a willing participant in, or co conspirator to a crime: Keep in mind, this would be just one of a myriad of crimes Donny could be indicted for, if of course we still have laws in this country:

So Sharlee01, your turn to ignore the evidence and pretend it doesn't exist:

First please concentrate. You did flip the subject. I asked you to inform me of what Trump will be jailed for?   You chose to go off on a rant about  Cohen.  Yes, his home, office and hotel room was raided. And yes a judge has appointed a "special master" to view all the information. It as Cohen that asked the court for  all of what the FBI collected be returned. Claiming the raid was unconstitutional. due to attorney-client privilege. If one were to speculate one might even think Cohen will retrieve every bit of his "stuff' back...  I see you choose to speculate the court will allow the FBI to retrieve the information and be able to rummage through it and look for a crime that our president perpetrated. You assume too much... "Volumes of evidence". Let me remind you, this info may never see the light of day. Plus, we certainly can't speculate that there is anything in the info that constitutes evidence.    When backed into a corner you can't provide any form crime that would put anyone one in jail.

Hi there Randy, let me see if I can channel Paul Harvey, and mention "the rest of the story."

According to my friend Google, which you are welcome to use anytime...

Reports are that the same account received payments from AT&T, Novartis, and  Korea Aerospace Industries. It seems only AT&T responded that it was paying  for "insights into the Trump administration."

Would it be too far-fetched to think the others were also paying for this information/access? If AT&T paid Cohen, does this mean they are part of the Russian collusion thing? If that is too much of a stretch then would it just make sense to chalk it up to more "lobbyist" type payments - for info or access?

Which in turns begs the question - "Why did you only mention the possible "Russian-connection" payments and not the others?

What's up, do you think all; AT&T, Korea Areospace Industries, and Novartis, are all arms of the Russian collusion octopus?

Or, did you neglect them because they didn't fit your narrative? Or... even better, do you think they were all Stormy Daniels' clients?

Would it be too far-fetched to think that a Russian oligarch known to be close to Putin paying for information/access to the President of the United States is a bad thing?

            1. GA Anderson profile image84
GA Andersonposted 7 years agoin reply to this

A bad thing with regards to what PrettyPanther?

I did not say it was a good thing, I just noted that the inference was only part of the story. Would the perception of the inference be different if all the details of the Cohen story were presented?

I hear now that the oligarch in question was one of those included in Pres. Trump's latest Russian sanctions. Could it be that payment was an effort to facilitate relief from that sanction?

Not that that is a good thing either, but it certainly puts a different perspective on the possible motive. Lobbyists and powerful money have historically regularly tried to buy influence and favors. Doesn't that change the perspective that this is a particularly negative "Trump" thing?

...the rest of the story" could read like this: Nevartis and AT&T could have been paying Cohen's company to gain information, access, and favor for purely selfish business interests - nothing new there, that has been going on forever, both Hillary and Obama, and most other presidents or their administrations have been associated with similar activities.

I think the same can be said for the Korean Aero Industries monies too. A business interest looking for an edge. Surely you wouldn't confine such activity to a Trump universe.

Which leads to Randy's inference. One out of four noted parties has Russian connections, but ... even so, the motives for the payments from that party could easily be attributed to the same motive as the other three - self-benefit. So why was only the Russian-connected party included in Randy's comment?

Could it be that "the rest of the story" would dilute the inference he wanted to convey?

Well, GA, there are plenty of "could it be" scenarios. Just fyi, Cohen was not registered as a lobbyist. Also, there is evidence that all of the money paid to the shell company did not go to Cohen. Cohen is the only registered agent of the company and there are no listed employees. So, it will be interesting to find out where that money went.

                Stay tuned.....

Following PrettyPanther's excellent question; "Where did the money go? - and that includes the non-Russian connected money too, could open a new rabbit hole to follow. Hells bells, it might even turn out to be as simple as companies  just trying to buy access and info. We know how old that practice is, (right behind prostitution), and that Russian-connected money did come from a U.S. company.

Cohen doesn't appear to be registered as a lobbyist, so another question would be if there are other principals in that company that are?

This is without a doubt the most disturbing story you'll hear today and it will surely enrage you, if it doesn't you need to check if your soul is still in place: It's one of an infinite number of reasons why millions upon millions of good, righteous individuals not only here but around the globe are unrelenting in our quest to obstruct, resist, stop and ultimately halt the pure evil in the white house: To dismiss the devil from the premises: It's just one reason of an infinite number as to why so many are rallying around Michael Avenatti and Stormy Daniels who are two angelic forces sent from heaven that appear to be systematically tightening the noose around Donny and Cohen's corrupt little jugulars: And thank God for that, but they must hurry:

I'm still not sure why some individuals actually have the audacity to ask the question why the overwhelming majority of human beings despise, are appalled by and yes, HATE Mr. Trump and his entire corrupt family: Well as if we needed another reason on top of his blatant racism, misogyny, pathological lies, undermining of our law enforcement, insulting gold star families and war heroes etc etc etc here's just another one: Prepare yourself:

Spanky Trump and his Russian republican clowns in congress recently gifted trillions of our money to his elite Wall Street pals, the sewer dwellers, in the form of a permanent corporate welfare tax cut scam in which 82% of the benefit will unbelievably enrich the already filthy rich like Steve Mnuchin and Sheldon Adlleson: Everyone else, the worker got temporary crumbs which will expire soon: So now, to pay for that catastrophic evil legislation of course cuts must be made elsewhere, and here's where this evil minded demented 71 year old Russian stooge is trying to cut: Children's healthcare benefits: Yes, you heard correctly, children's healthcare benefits: UNREAL, undeniably evil and unacceptable in the United States of America:

    Here's the incredibly disturbing story:

    http://www.businessinsider.com/trump-re … are-2018-5

We pray for Stormy. Michael Avenatti, Robert Mueller and of course the resistance and all forces of good around the world who are practicing strong effective obstructionism against Mr. Trump and his Russian controlled republican stooges in congress, for swift success: We now have another direct piece of evidence which connects an entity controlled by a Russian spy to Mr. Trump's personal attorney of over ten years: $500,000 was deposited into an LLC which sloppy Cohen created, and I think we can all agree it wasn't payment for lovely flower arrangements Cohen made for him:

Michael Avenatti has been dead on accurate and he says many more atomic bombshells like this are on their way: He says Spanky will never serve out his woefully dreadful term, let's pray he terminates Spanky's term ASAP before more damage is done to this once great nation:

Evidence that "elite Wall Street pals" received "trillions"?

Changing "getting to keep trillions of what was theirs" to "giving them trillions" does not make the spin true, for it was never the President's to give any more than it was yours to give.  Not that "trillions" are involved...unless you extend the results of the tax break, with the assumption it will not change, far into the future.

Not particularly interested in your, or anyone else's "religious measure", either.  That's something that we decided 200 years ago does not belong in our government.

lol, you're absolutely correct if these Wall Street corporations were domiciled on the moon, with nothing to maintain where there would be no need for them to contribute to the overall community, but not here in the real world where an entire nation requires constant maintenance and improvement, the funds of which are either gathered from billionaires who can afford it via payment of taxes, or it's paid for with Spanky's preference, cuts to children's healthcare:

Wall Street execs are unholy greed mongers who believe they can free graze, become dead beat entities by reaping the rewards and then evading paying their fair share of taxes by shipping trillions to foreign countries:

But anyway, are you excited as most are to hear about Michael Avenatti's first nuclear bombshell that fell on Spanky n' Cohen's heads, exposed more Russian spies related to Spanky's orbit, creepy secret LLCs and the reciept of $500,000 from said spies to Cohen's LLC apparently as payment for the lovely yet very pricey flower arrangements he had created them:?

If this is the first of Avenatti's bombshells, we're in for a very turbulent future: I still beieve there's a pretty good chance Cohen has already 'flipped' to the good side:

His name is actually Michael Cohen, long time associate of Spanky Trump and instigator of the sloppy egregiously unjustifiable NDA he prepared for Stormy Daniels and her former attorney, also I believe a close associate of ex-Russian criminal Felix Sater, and if you define a Russian spy and his cousin as merely a 'client' to Cohen, just like Donny Junior's treasonous Trump Castle meeting where he conspired with additional Russian spies to subvert our democracy by expressing the intent to receive espionaged info on presidential candidates, then good for you: But just remember, reports indicate Robert Mueller's criminal investigators stopped this spy at an American airport and confiscated evidence: 'cause' is still required to do that here in America, unlike Russia which is the direction Spanky is desperately trying to steer this country::

Still no valid explanations as to why Cohen used a supposed secret LLC set up to pay off Stormy Daniels to receive $500,000 from said Russian spy who is very close to Vladimir Putin and no valid excuses as to why Cohen used the very same secret LLC to receive huge payments from AT&T and other business entities which seem to be just as frightened as Spanky n' Cohen seem to be right now:

Trump --------> Cohen --------> Columbus Nova / Russian Andrew Intrader --------> $500,000 Deposit to Cohen's LLC that paid Stormy Daniels $130,000 --------> Vladimir Putin

So.... If my attorney has another client (which can happen sometimes) who pays him/her (and no one seems to have any idea for what), it follows that I am guilty of collusion with that other client, because we have the same attorney?

"Other reported focuses of Muellerโ€™s investigation โ€” such as the hacking and leaking of prominent Democratsโ€™ emails and potential obstruction of justice by the Trump administration โ€” have not resulted in any indictments yet."
And here is the source if you want to read for yourself: All of Robert Muellerโ€™s indictments and plea deals in the Russia investigation so far

As for Mueller's performance to date, I don't have a clue what he has, but I do like that his investigation isn't a leaking sieve.  On that point we can agree, and on your point that Trump supporters don't have any more of a clue about what Mueller has, or doesn't have, than you or I do.

But, you should be careful, Trump supporters don't own the "jumping  to conclusions" franchise.

I was wrong about their crimes being pre-Trump, but ... it does appear that I was right that their indictments are all related to their shady business dealings - not in anyway connected to Pres. Trump or his campaign. And, beyond being discovered by Mueller's investigation, those crimes weren't in any way related to that investigation.

I will try to be careful in the future. ;-)

Well diane, here's just two examples of many which the experts say Mr. Trump conspired with Russians to subvert our democracy, and committed treason:

The Trump Tower meeting between Donny Junior and Russian Spies and Mr. Trump as reported, divulging top secret info to Russian spies in the oval office: Two pieces of prima facie evidence:

          https://usercontent2.hubstatic.com/14035199.jpg

          https://usercontent2.hubstatic.com/14035201_f1024.jpg

And now, we have potential evidence that Michael Cohen, Spanky's 'fixer', may have received $500,000 into his secret LLC by a company operated by a Russian spy's cousin, a secret LLC set up to pay Stormy Daniels $130,000 right before the 2016 election to silence her, an LLC which also according to reports, received huge suspicious payments from other entities, at least one of which apparently terminated the CEO shortly thereafter::

Keep in mind, as reported, Mueller's criminal investigators intercepted these Russian suspects at the airport for questioning, that's how serious this situation alone is, aside from all of Spanky n' Cohen's other problems:

          Deadly serious business:

This also shows how tight Mueller is keeping his investigation because Mueller interviewed the Russian reportedly last August. It simply enrages those Spanky supporters because they have no idea what Mueller has already found.  I think the end result will be well worth waiting for. For some of us, that is.

I just have to laugh...  Do you really entertain the thought that if Mueller found the president committed a crime he would sit on it? Yes, he would just let the president move through his term, making world-shaking decisions?  I thought I heard it all, but this takes the cake... Wake up, the president did not break any laws. My god how foolish. The only thing that is worth waiting for is to have you apologize for your crazy comments.

He doesn't show his cards until he has everything in order.  As I said earlier, it kills you guys Mueller doesn't have any leaks, unlike the WH sieve.  Sure, I'll apologize if Spanky is found innocent of any wrongdoing, but there's no chance I'll have to say I'm sorry for voting for a traitor.  tongue

Look, all women know men love to show butt and show off. Here in the NY/NJ region, we know Trump from his wannabe playboy days. He was so jealous of Hugh Hefner's universal recognition as a Playboy, that Trump competed with him, bedding as many women as he could.

But that still didn't threaten Hefner in any way. So Trump had a better plan. He decided to do what he is trying to do right now to the Mueller investigation...get the inside scoop.

He became a member of the McAfee Playboy Club, hoping to prove to Hef he was a bigger playboy.

The truth is that Trump has always been a low life. Hefner never consorted with porn stars. In fact, mosst of the Playboy bunnies were either college grads or about to be thanks to Hef's generous wages he paid them to help them get through college. Compare that to the Sleaze in Chief's Trump University that stole millions from unsuspecting students and ended with a RICO fraud case in the southern district of NY.

Trump could never be Hefner. Hefner never had business bankruptcies. Trump has had more bankruptcies as a result of his own irresponsibility. Not to worry, they got dumped on taxpayers. Trump was more the Larry Flytn porn type to Hef's upscale elegance with women.

No Playboy bunny ever sued Hef. How many women have already come forward to sue Trump? One of those he molested ran for office in last week's primary and won.

Trump is a very sick man and only appeals to men like him who are irresponsible, unethical and believe they are always above the law. Like Trump, they get their jollies from flying just under legal radar. This is what you want for your kids and grandkids?

Whatever you might think about the bias in this article, the facts speak for themselves.
most of Obama's accomplishments if you can call them that, are being reversed.
it is partly his own fault. When he chose to used executive actions, and agreements like the Paris Accord and the Iran Nuclear deal...bypassing Congress, he is open to being reversed by the next administration. That is exactly what Trump has done.

The only one left is ACA or Obamacare. It is still around though in a death spiral.
One day, even that will collapse on its own finanicial burden.

That is dug up by a journalist that use shaky resources.  Will it not be a disgusting shame if our president has done nothing of what he is being accused. Is it necessary to be so vile and accusing to another human being?   The president is doing his job, and in my humble opinion, he is doing a good job. Actually, Avenatti's claim that that Columbus Nova was "controlled" by Vekselberg, and that Vekselberg used Columbus Nova to transfer funds to Cohen is a pure falsehood.

Columbus Nova responded to the allegation by stating:

"Columbus Nova is a management company solely owned and controlled by Americans," the statement said. "After the inauguration, the firm hired Michael Cohen as a business consultant regarding potential sources of capital and potential investments in real estate and other ventures. Reports today that Viktor Vekselberg used Columbus Nova as a conduit for payments to Michael Cohen are false. The claim that Viktor Vekselberg was involved or provided any funding for Columbus Nova's engagement of Michael Cohen is patently untrue. Neither Viktor Vekselberg nor anyone else other than Columbus Nova's owners, were involved in the decision to hire Cohen or provided funding for his engagement."

Seriously? And you believe a statement issued from the company controlled by Viktor Vekselberg's Russian cousin? Were you expecting an honest confession from Russians in the era of Spanky Trump who lies profusely and profanely?

You probably believed the Russian spies that attended that treasonous and conspiratorial meeting at Trump Tower with Donny Junior were telling the truth when they said that they were just concerned human beings with no ties to Vladimir Putin, until they started confessing that of course, they are very close to our arch enemy in Russia:

In reality, according to investigative reports, it appears as if the company in question and under intense scrutiny, was originally established as part of Russian Viktor Vekselberg's holding company in 2000, not so long ago and now, his cousin Andrew Intrater is CEO of Columbus Nova.

But don't worry, no Russian or Putin ties here:

      https://www.forbes.com/sites/nathanvard … bca3444c20

"According to old press releases and securities filings, Columbus Nova was founded in 2000 as โ€œthe U.S.-based affiliate of the Renova Group," Vekselbergโ€™s holding company. SEC filings also show that Columbus Nova and Renova U.S. Management are primarily owned by Andrew Intrater, a 56-year-old U.S. citizen who is Columbus Novaโ€™s CEO and Vekselbergโ€™s cousin."

Why did a company controlled by Viktor Vekselberg's cousin deliver $500,000 to the same secret LLC that sloppy Michael Cohen established to pay off and cover up the Stormy Daniels scandal? Was it a payment for those lovely flower arrangements Cohen is known for? lol:

You think maybe Cohen has already 'flipped' to the good side or will that happen after the special master has completed her work?

  42. blueheron profile image92
    blueheronposted 7 years ago

It is also amusing to note that "Two men named Michael Cohen with no relation to President Trump are fuming after porn star Stormy Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, wrongly accused them of receiving 'possibly fraudulent' payments."

In other words, Avenatti's accusations included a couple of other guys whose names happened to be Michael Cohen.

One of them emailed Avenatti to state, "You are surely aware of the fact that this is an extremely common name and would request that you take care before involving innocent parries [sic] in this sordid affair.โ€

I don't know enough about the law to know if Avenatti's falsehoods are actionable, as in, whether he my be subject to several libel suits, but it rather sounds to me like he has libeled some people.

Sorry blueheron, but these are mistakes if they even occured, not willful lies or acts by Michael Avenatti so it's not even close to defamation: For libel or slander to occur it must be the willful and malicious writing or speaking of falsehoods which you know to be untrue:

Example of a pretty good defamation case would be Spanky Trump's multi year retarded 'birther campaign' against president Obama: His claims that President Obama may not have been born in the USA were ridiculously false and all the evidence proved it:

It is ending: The United States Presidency has been reduced to an insignificant 3rd world dictatorship by a sick inept orange individual, no power, no leverage, no leadership no credibility, no respect: NATO weakened significantly: Russian controlled presidency and republican congress, nuclear conflict brinkmanship by two megalomaniac idiots, China gaining control and influencing the world, crashing stock markets, trade wars which will destroy our workers and farmers, chronic white house chaos, lies, corruption and uncertainty, poison water and air due to Spanky Trump's insane regulatory malfeasance, mass shootings, racism, hate crimes and misogyny at historically high levels, healthcare under constant attack by Spanky and Russian controlled republican congresspersons who feel the desire to give all our money to their elite Wall Street pals while millions of human beings are without healthcare and or remain homeless:

              N. Korea allowed to develop long range missile capability while Spanky golfs, tweets and makes an utter jackass out of himself, and of course we have a brand spanking new conflict erupting between Iran and Israel with missiles flying because Spanky just likes to unilaterally tear up nuclear freeze contracts for spite:

All this catastrophically detrimental chaos occurring with a backdrop of porn actress pay offs connected to Spanky Trump and his long time personal lawyer 'fixer' who he himself, along with Spanky are subjects of intense, historically deep criminal investigations and civil actions pending which were initiated by Michael Avenatti, Stormy Daniel's attorney and other women who claim Mr. Trump, who actually confessed about his past lurid actions on the Access Hollywood Film, assaulted them: LLCs established by sloppy Cohen to as reported, funnel money to at least one porn actress and the same entity apparently receiving $500,000 from a Russian controlled company:

Flip flopping is what Trump does best to avoid jail. Always has. First, he claimed Cohen was his lawyer and Cohen said Trump was his "only" client. Now, Daniel's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, disclosed that, "AT&T, KAI and Novartis" were ALSO clients of Cohen who paid him in excess of $4 million.

Curious thing about KAI and Novartis, both had priors from the US government. And, let's all be little kids and pretend that Trump's all to enviousness of Obama didn't help him try to demolish Obamacare and replace it with TrumpCare to help Novartis?

Should we also play pretend like little kids that KAI, a South Korean business, wasn't visited by Trump's son-in-law, Kushner and Iskanka in 2017? Neither have White House security clearances and therefore cannot be a member of his cabinet.

What we have in Trump is your typical Mommy's little darling who can never be blamed or accused of wrongdoing. Mommy Mary Ann would rise from her grave and strike down anyone who dares.

So, you get the Trump supporters ready to call influence peddling by Cohen to 3 (that we know of) major US corporations who all had corporate mergers or as in the case of Novartis, a government contract, "lobbying." No. It was NOT. Cohen has a law license.

The Disclosure Act of 1995 (2 U.S.C. ยง 1601) was legislation aimed at bringing increased accountability to federal lobbying practices in the United States. And, the American Bar Association monitors their lawyers who act in the capacity as lobbyists. But Cohen is NOT a registered lobbyist.

Trump wants us to just let him be "Trump." The Trump fined in 2013 for money laundering at the Taj Majal Casino on NJ? The Trump who bilked NY City out of profits he claimed he never earned for remodeling the old Commodore Hotel ?

Take you pick...The Trump who refused to pay what he owed to 4400 NJ hotel and casino employees who had to sue him? The Trump who refused to pay contractors for work the did in his hotels and casinos who now want to do a Jimmy Hoffa on him?

None of those? Well then it must be the Trump who puts a nude porn model wife in the White House, calls her a "super model" and then cavorts with porn stars, Playboy bunnies and makes Bill Clinton's escapades look like a piker.

In this country, we do not look the other way when a slimeball like Trump tries to get away with racketeering. Only stupid people support him. But, two generations from now when he has completely open the door to total loss of due process of the law and more kids end up dead in their schools, more minorities are separated from their families and segregated by antebellum Confederates, please do explain why you supported a sleazeball to your grandkids.
