Jake, Get a grip... "Oh, my my my: So just how many more ADDITIONAL crimes is 'batty' Rudy trying to pin on Donny? Isn't he in enough legal jeopardy already with the Michael Avenatti lawsuit "
Fact - The only lawsuit Avenatti has pending in regards to President Trump is a defamation of character. Please stick to the facts. In regard to the Mueller investigation, he has charged Trump with ZERO.
" I guess from reports, Rudy was sent in by Donny to try and interrupt and impede the ever growing and expanding Stormy Daniel's scandal," Unsubstantiated report.
Fact - statement from AT&T. " “Essential Consultants was one of several firms we engaged in early 2017 to provide insights into understanding the new administration,” AT&T said in a statement.
“They did no legal or lobbying work for us, and the contract ended in December 2017,” it said, without commenting further.". They stated nothing Cohen did was outside of the law...

You just never post anything that is factual?
Sorry Sharlee01, but I post only factual information and encourage readers to do their own research to verify my comments so your claims about me are simply false, but this whole exploding Stormy, Spanky and Cohen scandal with 'batty' Rudy's help, is reaching far beyond lobbying crimes, Mueller now has a duty to look at potential bribery of the white house by AT&T and Russian controlled Columbus Nova which have been exposed by Stormy's attorney Michael Avenatti:
All other companies who were dumb enough to establish contact with 'Spanky n' Cohen' who have a long history of darkness are under intense scrutiny as well and they should be:
Trump fan? Don't read and weep:
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/politi … be-n873361
Jake you are having tooo much fun. You have something to say about every comment!
"The Trump administration’s decision to target Mr. Vekselberg and the Renova Group with sanctions. The sanctions — against seven of Russia’s richest men and their companies as well as 17 top government officials — were aimed at penalizing those seen as enriching themselves from Mr. Putin’s government." Sorry, but I would think he would not put sanctions on someone he was in some form of pay to play with. You just sound silly...
You DO realize Spanky had to enforce the sanctions because congress mandated it by a vote nearly unanimous, don't you? Spanky didn't want to enforce the sanctions and has been delaying them as long as possible. Unfortunately for Spanky, he couldn't veto the bill. Where in the hell do you get this stuff from?
No kidding Randy, congress essentially had to override Spanky's whining crying and blubbering about his deep love for his idol Vladimir Putin to get the sanctions against Russian spies through and what does that tell you about the corrupt motive of Mr. Vekselberg?: He was SANCTIONED !!
He also I believe has connections to a filthy money laundering bank in Cyprus, the same bank that Wilbur Ross was an investor in: UNREAL: This big corrupt disgraceful hateful house of cards is finally flopping:
I can't wait until Monday to hear the next mega bombshell Michael Avenatti drops on his head, just pray it doesn't drop on his little 'bone spurs' because that would actually hurt:
Must watch for all true Americans and global citizens: We must not loose site of the fact that our current white house occupant is NOT normal, he's in fact the greatest threat to our democracy and the world: A despicable mentally warped 71 year old creature who disrespects the greatest of American heroes, a sick possessed sewer dweller who commits adultery in secret with at least one porn actress that we know of while his so called wife is with child then lies profusely to cover it up, a creepy old man who confessed to abuse of women on the Access Hollywood Film: A coward who avoided his duty to country several times apparently because his little feet ached:
As General Colin Powell said so eloquently in the beginning of this gruesome nightmare which must come to a swift conclusion for the sake of our country, he's nothing but a 'national disgrace':
Keep the information flowing to us Michael Avenatti, we the people deserve all the answers pertaining to the astoundingly unprecedented cesspool of corruption which has engulfed this white house, from top to bottom, from fraudulent doctors reports to unholy adultery times who knows which some charlatan preachers now actually condone, to reports and prima facie evidence of Russian conspiracy, control, manipulation and treason against the United States, we pray you continue to shine the perpetual light of truth and justice on this dreadful illegitimate imposter president and his mal-intent toward all human beings except the fortunate ultra-wealthy:
A close friend of John McCain's delivers a critically important message to the world:

"Must watch for all true Americans and global citizens: We must not loose site of the fact that our current white house occupant is NOT normal, he's in fact the greatest threat to our democracy and the world: '
Is this statement odd? Sounds like you are perhaps trying to affect one's thought process? I think it sounds rather like propaganda? Do you really think this kind of "stuff " passes with American's? I noticed you have not added a profile and only one article? Your comments are clearly not based on facts, and you spend hours each day posting rhetoric about our president. Your motives are very obvious. Hopefully, I am not the only one that has noticed this? I for one won't be responding to any further comment you post. Have at it... Have fun.
My mistake, and I apologize, I should have said a must watch for all AMERICANs except you Sharlee01 because it appears as if you are simply blocking Donny's horrendous crimes against humanity out of your purview which is fine to exercise as a defensive mechanism:
BTW, all my statements are rooted in fact and are very easily verified with a simple search so everyone understands quite clearly who's telling the truth and who is a hopeless propagandist:
Your hero, the vile cowardly draft dodging self proclaimed woman abuser and alleged pedophile supporter who is now polluting the white house, maintained a long term relationship with Michael Cohen, another sewer rat who is currently under criminal investigation for what appears to be multiple crimes: When the special master has concluded her investigation or possibly sooner, perhaps we'll discover which criminal offenses he and perhaps his boss Donny boy will be indicted for:
This sewer rat who is intertwined with Spanky Trump, Felix Sater a Russian spy ex-criminal, and now Columbus Nova, paid a porn actress who is now a modern day folk hero named Stormy Daniels, 130,000 to cover up a massive scandal which will in the end, God willing, will terminate this disgraceful, mega dangerous pseudo-presidency so the world can once again return to a state of dignity, safety, economic vibrancy and environmental health:
We pray Michael Avenatti continues his quest for the truth:
Worth another look, this is a vitally important contrast between a heroic man who served his country bravely in the Navy as a fighter pilot, and a weak, disgraceful free loading orange coward:
What a terrible loss not to have to listen to Fox Talking Points from another fake news watcher.
No kidding Randy: I can't seem to locate the upside down planet where some of these robot like lost souls live on, a distant dark celestial body where war heroes like John McCain are demonized and disgraceful pathetic pedophile supporters like Donny boy are revered: INSANITY, abnormal and unsustainable:
We pray for Michael Avenatti's and Stormy's righteous cause to systematically expose all the lies, deceit and potential crimes the white house may be involved in: We pray more indictments are forthcoming before additional irreparable damage is done:
Not a praying person, but hoping is good enough for me at this point, Jake.
Well isn't that just like the Trump Deranged left ;"........ PRAYING Micheal Avenatti and Stormy Daniels righteous cause.............." So lets get this straight , praying for a ten dollar hooker and a broke attorney to bring down a president ?
Sounds about normal !
Well isn't that just like the deranged right, taking up for an amoral adulterer and pathological liar? Sounds just normal really...
Yup, a $10 dollar hooker and her broke attorney is all it takes to bring down a mega corrupt cowardly bozo imposter president: Looking forward to tomorrow where hopefully Michael Avenatti breaks another piece of damning evidence against Spanky n' Cohen:
I saw the same mentality during the Obama administration. Politicians wasting tons of tax dollars trying to take down the president. Nothing different, nothing gets accomplished, big waste of time. Obama went to term, so will Trump. But by all means, sign the petition, donate now before it's too late.
Well No, there really is no comparison between President Obama and Spanky Trump or Hillary and Spanky or anyone else and yes, the petitions are being signed and the resistance is growing stronger by the hour: Right now we are facing the greatest existential threat, the likes we've never seen in our history which is why this evil elderly man must be obstructed, stopped, thwarted and ultimately removed from the white house before there is nothing left to salvage:
The evidence against this mega corrupt Russian stooge is greater than the volume of any mountain or sea and if we still have laws, he'll get what he deserves very soon, along with Michael Cohen, the 'fixer' with deep Russian ties who paid Stormy $130,000 right before the 2016 election:
Now, according to reports, Mueller's criminal investigators are aggressively intercepting Russian spies at our airports for questioning and evidence confiscation, spies who have funneled money through Cohen's secret LLCs which were used to pay Stormy Daniels and Donny boy's inaugural account which received millions, and this is just what we know from public information: it won't be long now:
I'm confident the fact that Russian operatives connected to Spanky n' Cohen are being stopped at airports for questioning and evidence confiscation might be a little less than humorous to them:
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/05/04/us/p … ation.html
Liberals complain about government corruption, still want to expand the government.
Scott Pruitt is the epitome of government corruption. Who chose him? Oh yeah...the guy who ran on cleaning up the swamp.
He doesn't want to expand goverment. He wants to expand his lavish lifestyle at the expense of the taxpayer. If here are no EPA programs, there is a slush fund for his personal use and his high class bimbos that don' have to show up to get a paycheck on MY dime.
How can he expand his "lavish lifestyle"? I know I'm just a hillbilly from the sticks, but where do you expand to top a gold plated toilet seat?
But I don't know about "high class bimbos paid on MY dime" - unlike Monica (who WAS on the public payroll) I don't know of any that you or I paid for for Trump. Unless Melania is your idea of a "high class bimbo"?
He hired a female lawyer in Oklahoma and paid her for two months. She never showed up for her. He took her along on the famous trip to Morocco.
Report: EPA's Scott Pruitt went on $100K Morocco trip partially arranged by lobbyist
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/pol … 570857002/
And they all went to Disneyland ($40K?)
Pruit lied under oath. He testified that he requested googobs of security 24/7 because he was being threatened.
Records show he requested the heavy detail as soon as he was confirmed. $2M a year.
Did I say that? Or simply another wrong assumption on your part as usual?
Pruitt isn't the only wolf in sheep's clothing. Stinky Zinke in MT is also under investigation as is Mnuchin and Little Mickey Mouse Mulvaney who now has managed to amass 11 investigation of how he is spending tax dollars.
Not to worry, The Grifter in Chief has it all under his thumb. Especially now that our tax dollars paid for Daddy's little Princess and her husband's trip to Israel without any security clearance or job titles all while SOS Pompous Pompeo is off peddling presidential influence like Kushy boy and Cohen.
Not to worry, selling presidential favors for profit is all okay with Trump especially when it lines his pockets.
So you're against socialism, and socialist programs?
They don't call themselves CONs for no reason you know. These CONs will legalize anything Trump says or does. They have to or look like the criminals they are.
With the in depth investigative assistance of Stormy's attorney Michael Avenatti, the big picture is indeed becoming clearer and the hits just keep on coming: Can't wait for Avenattis's next damning revelation, hopefully he drops it soon:
I would actually be shocked if another nuclear bomb to fall is NOT insider stock trading which is a felony with a maximum penalty of 20 years imprisonment and millions in fines: I find it extremely hard to believe that Spanky Trump's reckless public comments which at times drive the global markets into the dirt and decimates 401K plans, is not intentional: At this point, given his history of slobbering greed, does anyone honestly believe Donny boy would leave free money on the table by NOT shorting stocks when he has advanced notice and knowledge of a stock market correction? If you believe it, you're probably a cult member:
I find the possibility that Donny boy would exercise that kind of discipline being the money grubbing slob that he is, extremely unlikely: so don't be shocked to discover the possibility that Donny boy might have used perhaps his 'fixer' sloppy Cohen or another distant satellite account to take unlawful advantage of 'short selling' after influencing markets to sink:
Oh Holly WoW: Michael Avenatti does it again: I'll tell ya, if Donny Boy isn't already wearing 'seniors diapers' he might wanna' start stocking up:
DANG:
https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/av … 7e4c1bb77e
Looks like Michael Avenatti, Stormy's attorney wasn't bluffing when he flashed that compact disc and said Spanky Trump will never serve out his term: Now we can add this SHOCKING Revelation to the growing mountain of evidence against him, his family and extremely close associates:
Oh My GOD: LLCs used to pay Stormy D, bring Donny to his knees:
"Stormy Daniels' attorney Michael Avenatti posted photos Sunday on Twitter showing Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen getting into an elevator at Trump Tower with a man appearing to be a Qatari banker accused in a lawsuit affidavit of boasting that he bribed Washington politicians."
https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/av … 7e4c1bb77e
OMG...Avenatti is Trump the World Class Humper's worst nightmare. Notice how the men who have NO sense of shame love a pretender to the presidency who has more dirty laundry than a laundromat?
Notice now the men supporting Trump are part of the illegal house flippers, undocumented worker hounds who make big bucks and never bother to pay employee taxes?
Notice how the men who support Trump love when Trump preys on women because to these "locker room" boys all women are nothing more than toys?
Notice how many WOMEN are now running for office thanks to Hillary's examples of what vicious morons white males can be?
Yup, this is without a doubt the most corrupt, phony impostor administration in the history of the world with a bottomless basket of filthy laundry: So dirty and slimy like sewer sludge, every 3rd world dictator in the world is envious of what he's gotten away with so far: But if we still have laws, everyone knows it can't last forever:
Michael Avenatti's bombshells keep on coming, like the one revealed on Sunday showing Cohen entering Trump Castle with a middle eastern sleaze who has claimed he bribed government officials, more than enough to skewer Donny Boy in the end, but if you or anyone else has yet to hear about the other mega-explosive atomic bomb that dropped today, just wait, it will shock and enrage the nation:
There's also a photo of Cohen and Michael Flynn entering Cohen's office the same day the "Middle Eastern Sleaze" was there in Trump Tower. Suspicious a little bit?
BREAKING: Confirmed ******** The gravity of this and other Avenatti revelations cannot be understated: Traitor Trump GONE:
"A Qatari investor on Tuesday confirmed that he sat in on meetings at Trump Tower shortly after President Donald Trump was elected. The revelation from Ahmed Al-Rumaihi came after the matter was highlighted on Twitter by Michael Avenatti, the lawyer representing adult film star Stormy Daniels in a lawsuit against the president."
http://www.newsweek.com/qatar-investor- … tti-927700
That's the suspect in question in the background entering a Trump Castle elevator with sloppy Cohen:
Jake ; De dum de dum dum dum de de dum dim dom dum ............
Do you know what the above means ? We are almost bored to death , It means that you and CNN are about the only two entities left who are still offering the merry -go- round of get on- get off again impeach #45 issues , What is this now ? About the third time around the go-round of Trump Resistance shopping list ?
Repeat after me .....
Russia Russia Russia ..........................
Stormy Stormy Stormy .........................
Russia Russia Russia .........................
Keep chanting , You're almost there .
I'll just answer that somewhat jumbled post with MORE Fact Based Breaking News that just landed on Donny's head:
WoW: This is what a federal judge said when manifort's lawyers tried to get his case thrown out: Looks like Manifort will 'flip' against Donny soon but the way things are going for Donny, it might not even be necessary:
“The indictment falls squarely within that portion of the authority granted to the Special Counsel that Manafort finds unobjectionable: the order to investigate ‘any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign,’” Jackson wrote.
“Manafort was, at one time, not merely ‘associated with,’ but the chairman of, the Presidential campaign, and his work on behalf of the Russia-backed Ukrainian political party and connections to other Russian figures are matters of public record,” the judge added in her 37-page ruling. “It was logical and appropriate for investigators tasked with the investigation of ‘any links’ between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign to direct their attention to him.”
“Given the combination of his prominence within the campaign and his ties to Ukrainian officials supported by and operating out of Russia, as well as to Russian oligarchs, Manafort was an obvious person of interest,“ she wrote. “Given what was being said publicly, the Special Counsel would have been remiss to ignore such an obvious potential link between the Trump campaign and the Russian government.“
Citing press reports that Manafort filed with the court discussing his activities abroad, Jackson suggested it would have been malpractice for Mueller not to have investigated him.

Reptilians are certainly not out of the realm of possibilities considering there are trillions of stars and planets in the universe, but here on Earth, I'm more of a believer of Michael Avenatti and Stormy, they've been dead on accurate so far with crippling evidence to expedite the removal the white house occupant:
As usual, we're not even sure what you're talking about Onusonus but the unthinkable daily revelations connected to your false idols' breathtaking betrayal of the United States continues to make utter fools out of his fans and Spanky Trump's dark, evil world of mega-chaos and ultra-corruption hasn't bottomed out yet even after reaching the depths of China, no pun intended:
Everyone knew he was the perfect corrupt stooge to be manipulated and molded by our Russian and Chinese enemies and everyone knew his phony tenure would be horrendous in every way, but even the most talnted of prognosticators couldn't possibly imagine this catastrophic mess: An ugly traitor in broad daylight: UNREAL;
Your traitor is involved with a corrupt deal with China, then days later he supports a Chinese cell phone maker known for manufacturing devices used for espionage AGAINST AMERICA:
Donny Boy has been flirting with a life of imprisonment, but now it looks more like capitol punishment might be in order:

Sharlee01, you remarked re Jake Earthshine that, "I noticed you have not added a profile and only one article? Your comments are clearly not based on facts, and you spend hours each day posting rhetoric about our president."
All indications point to the likelihood that Jake is posting from a group home.
Is that it blueheron? Just lame personal attacks? I don't blame you, I guess all trump fans have been reduced to extreme panic mode, worried and frustrated while biting their finger nails down to the bone because they are helpless in stopping the flood of horrendous damning evidence from surfacing and making its way into the public domain:
Looks like Michael Avenatti and Stormy are truly Godsends, Spanky Trump's true Achilles Heal sent to disrupt and ultimately halt the dark mega-corrupt karma emanating from the oval office, a sinister presence which already transferred trillions to his elite Wall Street pals while trying to slash children's healthcare and entitlements for senior citizens, his weirdo republican accomplices in congress are no better:
It doesn't get much more evil than that:
You really should read this if you're an American, it's called an egregious violation of the constitution by accepting gifts from a foreign enemy, a violation of his oath of office and betrayal of his gullible fans and the rest of the nation, what appears to be just another federal crime perpetrated by your orange hero:
BTW: You're wrong, I do have a profile, it's succinct the way I prefer, and anyone can visit it to discover you're being less than truthful and no, I don't post 'rhetoric', it's called facts:
http://money.cnn.com/2018/05/15/news/co … index.html
Your manner of presenting yourself is a clear indication that you are person with severe disabilities/handicaps. This is as obvious in print as it would be if we were to meet in person.
It's true that severe mental/emotional disabilities are more obvious in a face-to-face setting, since various other symptoms would present themselves visually, as well as in speech mannerisms. But they are also obvious in print.
Imagine for a moment that you were among adults in a real-life situation. Your keeper would have to take you home. Everyone in the room would be rather keenly aware that you do not belong in gatherings of adults of normal intelligence, due to the inability to function at several levels.
The main assumption one can make from your profile is that, if true, Harvard and Yale must have programs for "special" subliterate people with disabilities.
blueheron, Not sure where he is posting from, but it is clear he goes overboard with his rank insults of just about anyone he pleases, and that he posts false rhetoric in hefty doses. It may be wise not to respond to his comments. Today we have people that troll to just spread innuendo. They hope to grab the attention of anyone they can. In hopes that some, anyone will believe their comments as true.
And besides that, he's telling the truth!! Something you guys aren't accustomed to hearing from Hannity I'd wager. Spanky is scrood!
LOL A deal with Indonesia is presented as a contract with China and Jake determines that it is "accepting gifts from a foreign enemy". And this you call "truth"!
The Senate investigation transcript was released this morning. I'm not hearing "There are no Russians." It is amazing how they started out with NO Russians. Then went to there were Russians but it was nothing. Now hearing the responses to questions, and hearing the ruling from the Virginia judge on Manafort, there seems to be a lot of commingling with Russians.
Did you hear "Trump collaborated with Russia to fix the election?"
No? How odd - that was the object of the investigation. We aren't even hearing of anyone at all that collaborated with Russia, except maybe the DNC.
Still, if we can find someone that knows Trump, and has ever spoken to anyone from Russia, about anything at all, maybe we can still spin it into something nefarious about Trump, right?
Apparently you haven't been watching the right news sources, Dan. Don Jr. admitted he "popped in" on a meeting with Kisliac , Kusner, and others during a discussion they were having, where before he denied such an encounter when asked. Why do you think so many of Spanky's cohorts and family cannot remember their meetings with the Russians? Don't have a clue, do you?
Did you hear "Trump collaborated with Russia to fix the election?"
No?
Sure Dan, everyone who doesn't listen to Hannity for their "news" already knew that. Now answer my question.
When I continue to hear, "no evidence!', I shake my head. These people are living in an alternative universe.
Hey Wilderness. How about the next Dem president makes deals that violate emoluments laws? Okay wit you? Or, will you wingers squeal like stuck pigs when everything you allow The Humper in Chief to get away with is a green light for Dems?
Sometimes, men with big mouths never hear any other voices other than their own. Which is why morons like Trump are patsies for foreign leaders who know he is a soft touch on YOUR tax dollars.
Fool us once, no GOP president will ever again win any election ONLY with EC votes. Count on that one. Americans don't take the time to vote so the bully boys of the GOP can cheat to win elections by extreme gerrymandering the SC calls "unconstitutional."
Not that we don't expect the same election riggers to be honest about anything when they live like laws are for everyone else. Grow up little one.
"LOL A deal with Indonesia is presented as a contract with China and Jake determines that it is "accepting [b]gifts[/] from a foreign enemy".
"Fool us once, no GOP president will ever again win any election ONLY with EC votes."
Going to use DNC tactics to get their preferred candidate on the ballot in the general election? Go for it.
Did Trump the Humper in Chief put his hand on a Bible and swear an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution? Or was it more of his Trump's ACT?
Trump refused to divest his business interests. Now we know why. He intended to USE the government to enrich himself and his family on our tax dollars.
As for Melania and her phony baloney kidney surgery. No hospital in the US keeps anyone in for a week for any kind of surgery. You get 4 days at best. Unless of course, she had a problematic abortion of a kid she knew wasn't Trump but her "trainer's" Yes. We here in NJ and NY knew all about why Melania didn't want to live in the WH. Too much exposure to her little trainer boy's visibility.
The only other kind of surgery that keeps a woman in the hospital for a week is usually cosmetic surgery. Which is what Trump forced Ivana to get when he told her she was getting "old."
Try again. Or are LAME excuses the only thing Trump supporters can come up with?
A $500 Million loan was underwritten and established from our enemy China to an Indonesian business project which will apparently be adorned with the crappy Trump brand name on it for God knows what reason, perhaps to attract the illiterate ignorant folk, I guess they have those in Asian countries as well::
If anyone would like to read the constitution, it's irrelevant if the foreign entity donor of the gift or monetary consideration, or in this case a loan to a project whereby Mr. Trump will benefit directly from from, is an enemy or not, it's still a crime against the constitution either way, and in this case it happens to be a enemy of the United States which is funding a project that will provide monetary benefit to Spanky Wanky: Blatant and insane corruption of the worst kind:
Unlawful, Corrupt, Conflict, Illegal, and of course a high crime against we the people: It can never stand and we thank Michael Avenatti again for opening the flood gates into the depths of hell where the Trump Family dwells: What's next from Michael and Stormy, we can't wait:
All Spanky fans should refrain from reading:
https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics … -lido-city
OMG! Some of your soaps look like desserts. I could eat them.
Well, let's look at the evidence. We have a person who lacks emotional control, who cannot sustain a fact-based dispassionate discussion, whose thinking consists largely of fantasy. He also seems to have an amazing amount of free time and unlimited computer access. Where would you find such a person? Very often in an institutional setting.
The reason I'm alert to this type of thing is that this has happened to me before. A couple of years ago I was having an online political discussion with a former high school classmate (Fred) when suddenly about four of his "friends" piled into the discussion, which quickly went sideways and degenerated into personal insults, irrational outbursts, unfounded accusations, and demented rants.
After spending some time carefully avoiding allowing my own comments to descend to that level, one of the "friends" commented that he couldn't believe someone like me could live independently. Since prospects for independent living are not something that most of us have on our minds--and given that Fred's friends' discourse was suggestive of mental/emotional instability--I guessed that I was conversing with a small group of people who were gathered around a computer in the group home where Fred did volunteer work. Fred confirmed this.
So basically, when it comes to Jake, this is a "been there, done that" situation for me.
Well, that just breaks my damn heart, BH!
lol, So Randy, what on this melting Earth is blueheron talking about and how is it relevant to the topic of Stormy Daniels, Michael Avenatti, the cover up of Michael Cohen's secret LLC which was used to pay off Stormy and also receive what looks like bribes and or extortion money from major greed driven Wall Street execs who just got 1.9 trillion in corporate Welfare Tax Cuts from their false idol Spanky Trump and his republican accomplices?
Maybe she's a little upset that Michael Avenatti has tightened the noose around Spanky's jugular to the point of no return:
Michael Avenatti has opened the flood gates and all hell is breaking loose around Donny's fragile warped world of lies and deception:
Sorry, but everyone knows he can never survive the shear volume of evidence: Holy WoW:
https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics … -lido-city
Randy, I join you in feeling sad for people with disabilities. But I'm not sure it's wise for their keepers in those group homes to allow them internet access.
Holy WoW: Breaking Breaking NOW: Trump's financial forms reveal he paid Stormy Daniel's $130,000 right before the 2016 election to cover up what Stormy described as a 'generic' encounter, she also said she didn't find him attractive at all, well that's no surprise, and dumped him after the first ugly session:
Remember that egregious lie to the American people on air force one when he said that he was unaware? What happens next in this unlawful cover up?:
Oh Donny Boy the pipes the pipes:
https://www.cnn.com/2018/05/16/politics … index.html
It shows that what done has done in the past doesn't necessarily stay in the past. Had he not run for president, things would not have come up. When you have to pay to (unsuccessfully I might add) shut it down, it shows how easily one can be blackmailed or urged to do illegal acts.
We don't know what will come up in the future but he should have never run for president. Russia, China, Qatar, and other countries know waaay more than we do. Now Kim Jung Un has decided that the Nobel Peace Prize should go to him.
A zebra can't change its stripes. We knew he was a money-grubbing, lying con man and some people thought that was a-okay.
Yeah, he should have never run for president. Yet, he was elected by a minority of those who voted. Many of those same people will continue to excuse/deny/rationalize every disgusting unethical thing, right up to the end. It's going to be ugly. Heck, it's already ugly watching our fellow Americans wallowing down in the smelly swamp right along with him.
I heard one of the best descriptions last night on CNN by a regular contributor pertaining to the debilitating mental state of the last remaining Trump fans who appear to be chronically deaf and blind to the atrocities this ugly elderly man is committing almost daily:
They're in a 'State of Suspended Disbelief":
Donny Boy gives his elite Wall Street buddies trillions in permanent corporate welfare tax cuts while workers get temporary crumbs and now, this 'short timer' is trying to cut children's healthcare to pay for it: CRIMINAL and unacceptable:
Generic Donny pays his sloppy attorney $130,000 to cover up his filth and who God only knows what else, right before the 2016 election and fails to report it on his financial disclosure form, that's another federal crime which is unacceptable in America:
Michael Avenatti esquire, who is now a regular on the legitimate news programs like CNN and MSNBC, has torn a hole the size of the titanic in Donny Boy's sinking ship of lies, deceit and crimes against humanity and he says there's much MORE to come, and with extremely concerned white house staffers and other admin personnel happy to be 'whistle-blowers' in an effort to mitigate Donny's damage to the USA, the disturbing truth is flowing out of this chaotic hell hole like the mighty Colorado River and Michael seems to be a trusted recipient of said info:: VIVA Avenatti
Photo provided by Michael Avenatti: Trump Castle: Sloppy Cohen enters an elevator with a Middle Eastern man accused of bribing U.S. Officials: Both were reportedly in the same meeting with Trump Officials: UNREAL:
Well, It's another day and Trump's still president. You almost got him yesterday though.
It boggles the mind how much corruption Spanky fans have to ignore in their continued defense of the sleazebag. Some are finally realizing it's a lost cause while others are thrusting their heads deeper into the sand. The latter are humorous, if not completely ridiculous, in their excuses for the cretin. When will the rats jump ship....or will they go down with their captain?
Exactly, Diane. This in today:
The Office of Government Ethics determined Wednesday that Cohen’s payment to Daniels, which Trump repaid last year, constituted a loan that should have been reported on the president’s June 2017 financial disclosure form. Trump did disclose the liability in a footnote to the form he filed Tuesday. The note claimed he did not have to make the disclosure, but was doing so anyway “in the interest of transparency.”
In a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, acting OGE Director David Apol wrote, “You may find the disclosure relevant to any inquiry you may be pursuing regarding the president’s prior report that was signed on June 14, 2017.”
Knowingly and willfully falsifying or omitting required information on the financial disclosure form can be prosecuted as a criminal offense, punishable by as long as a year in jail.
When there is nothing to hide, why not just talk and get it over with. They are afraid he will be tricked??? The supreme negotiator????
Today on Fox news
President Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani said on Wednesday that if special counsel Robert Mueller subpoenas Trump, their team will challenge it.
"We're going to see what legal remedies are available to us, including if they [Mueller's team] subpoena us, challenge the subpoena," Giuliani told Fox News's Laura Ingraham Wednesday night.
Whenever you hear the Trump "enablers" say there is no proof of collusion with Russia, then how does that fit into the fact that Jared Kushner, Don Jr. and Paul Manafort were seen in Trump Tower with 2 Russians, one of whom was American investor Bill Browder, whose "illegal scheme of buying up Gazprom shares without permission of the Government of Russia" between 1999 and 2006, one month after Republican Rohrabacher returned from Moscow.
Browder spilled his guts and enraged Putin. As most of us recall, Browder was a friend of Sergei Magnitsky, whom Putin had murdered because Magnitsky was a tax accountant who was investigating a $230 million fraud involving Russian tax officials.
Stormy Daniels lawyer, Michael Avenatti was asked last night by Anderson Cooper why he is going after Trump. Anderson asked, "is this for your client Stormy Daniels or for some other purpose?"
Avenatti replied, As a law professional, I am required to defend my clients. If in doing my research I find something illegal, I am bound by my law license to report it. I do this for my client and for my country."
So when enablers say "Who cares?" You can bet when Trump commits murder while in the WH,they will find excuses for that too. After all, "NO COLLUSION" ...just a lot of copy catting of Putin's control freak tactics.
It all comes down to one thing: The right insisting Trump can commit any crime as a sitting occupant of the Oval Office, he can never be indicted.
Have they forgotten all those post 9/11 Bush Era secret subpoenaes and indictments the GOP was so hot to pass into legislation?
He said he couldl shoot someone in the middle of 5th Avenue and no one would care. it is disgusting and amazing that some people are bearing out the truth of that statement.
Actually, he would get his henchman, Keith Schiller to give the hit order. Trump is at a very dangerous juncture. Cohen has had his law license yanked and is likely going to jail.
We all know how fall guys don't like to sit in prison longer than they have to. This is where Trump's distancing himself from Cohen will have Cohen spilling his guts.
Trump has not authority over the southern district court of NY. Already Amy Berman Jackson has thrown out the pleadings from Cohen's lawyer. She wrote that Cohen wants it both ways. He wants to stop the federal and the state investigation when there is no merit and too much evidence.
It is not possible to imagine Trump not knowing where Cohen was spending money, Trump's or Cohen's. Trump has made a legacy of knowing where every dime of his money goes and what his employees are doing on his behalf.
His playing ignorant gets him nothing.
Every expert understands the fact that Mr. Trump can absolutely be indicted despite 'batty' Rudy's incoherent meaningless babblings: After leaving his former law firm days ago for unknown reasons, most agree Rudy was fired because he popped off on national television about condoning unethical and unlawful behavior like paying off porn actresses from his own personal funds which all attorney's know is illegal at best:
His law firm apparently doesn't agree with him either and was forced to issue a public statement indicating their disagreement with 'batty' Rudy:
Another fact is that the Trump castle meeting between Donny Junior, 'begging for a loan' Jared Kushner, Indicted Manifort and several Russian Spies is not only irrefutable evidence of collusion, but also Conspiracy against America and what Steve 'pig pile' Bannon labelled as treason, which according to reporting, is exactly one of the counts against Mr. Manifort::
Holy Gigantopithecus: Soon everyone should see this stunning development listed within GOOGLE News Search: Breaking: Judge allows 'discovery' phase of apprentice star law suit against Mr. trump to move forward: This is nothing less than shocking, a legal process of unearthing more secret evidence that Michael Avenatti has pending in one of Stormy's law suits: Buckle Up:
who on God's Good Earth really knows what this procedure will uncover about Donald's past?: My God:
Have you been watching too much of Stormy's videos again ?
Yup, way more Stormy vids than weird 'Bitty Mitts Trump" films: I do prefer to watch something entertaining and fluffy, not boring, depressing, putrid and grotesque:
So, is that it ahorseback? Just personal attacks when ya can't stand the facts? Summer Zervos' defamation law suit against Spanky is proceeding per the presiding judge with 'discovery', despite Donny's crying, whining, moaning and sobbing all day and night:
The shot on the right is obviously his good side, Jake! A few years in the pen will tighten that butt up--in more ways than one--I suspect.
I'm laughing so hard right now, Yup, that should do it:
Wait until Mr. Big Winning Deals Donald tries to negotiate the deal of his life, upper lower bunk privileges with 350 pound Bubba Rocco who's in for life for klonking a 70 year old pedophile over the head with a volkswagon beetle:
I'll bet Spanky already has a few stunt doubles lined up to take the fall! Bigly!!
Thar She Blows !!: I figured it would take a little time before it was archived in search but here it is, finally:
Judge says Summer Zervos' defamation law suit against Mr. Trump can move forward: This is nothing less than a stunning development" here's an excerpt:
"The motion means that discovery, or the gathering of evidence, can continue in the case."
https://www.abc10.com/article/news/nati … 05aad19444
His attorney whomever that is these days, actually tried to use the 'he's too busy as president' excuse and then the judge probably recessed and went back into chambers, pulled up about 700 hundred million hours of Donny golfing, tweeting, calling into fox fake channel in a panic meltdown and picking lint balls out of his eyebrow hairs, and when she came back into the courtroom she probably said, NO I don't think so:
This stunning development obviously means Stormy's def law suit pending has a much better chance of moving forward as well:
Perhaps there is a witch hunt and we found one affectionately named, "Spanky!" Time wounds all heels!
Doesn't Blueheron's statement validate clinical psychologist's claims about Trump then? I mean, if he can diagnose Jake via internet without sitting down with him, isn't it appropriate for professionals to come to accurate conclusions about the mental health issues of Trump?
The difference between Mr. Trump and I, is that we have thousands of hours of film and written prima facie evidence which clearly illustrates his obvious fragile and disturbed mental state: He uncontrollably telegraphs exactly what he's thinking every minute of the day to our enemies via twitter and then he scratches his propecia head wondering why Kim Jung Un is playing him like a cheap $2 home made hillbilly fiddle:
We also have hundreds if not thousands of psychiatric professionals, including those from Harvard and Yale who have come to the logical conclusion that Mr. Trump is a very very sick old man: They have testified to this to congress, I believe them before I believe a 2 bit liar charlatan like Donny Boy:
And we have millions of human beings with functional ears and eyes who know a mentally deranged individual when they see and hear one:
Mr. Trump according to reports also spent the night with Stormy Daniel's who said she didn't find him attractive at all, she also said he assumed a submissive position while she SPANKED him with a newspaper a few times: How many normal men would allow themselves to be subjected to this type of humiliation? Not many I suppose:
All this happened while he was married to another woman who was with child at the time, and that's called adultery in the holy bible even though charlatans like Jerry Falwell Junior now apparently accept this abominable behavior withing the Christian faith:
But then again, maybe blueheron is right, Donny Boy might be mentally intact and this is just his angry lunatic stunt double::

I know my evaluation of Jake sounds a little harsh, but one gets very damn tired of having online conversations with the institutionalized cohort of the population presenting themselves online as serious contributors to the conversation.
As far as I know, Trump has never lived in a group home or been otherwise institutionalized; whereas, the only time I have ever encountered written material similar to Jake's offerings is from people living in a group home.
BTW, I always treat people with mental disabilities with kindness and consideration in public, and make it a point to speak to them. What I won't do is allow them to engage me in conversations requiring mental acuity.
"As far as I know, Trump has never lived in a group home or been otherwise institutionalized; whereas, the only time I have ever encountered written material similar to Jake's offerings is from people living in a group home."
There are a lot of mentally ill people who have never been institutionalized. My sister is bipolar. We tried to get help for her. Brenda Tyree, intake person at State Hospital, said "Unless she hurts someone else or herself, there is nothing we can do!" That was 1998. In 2007 she killed her friend at our family home. She went to prison and got out. She received no help. She chooses to be homeless and denies her diagnosis.
Back to diagnosis of Trump, a body of learned clinicians diagnosed him. If he only goes to doctors who compliment him on his genes, he will never get the help he may need.
Nothing wrong with Jake other than he needs a late night show. His material is funny.
So diane. I've only been here in this forum for about a couple months and already I've been attacked by a few I'd assume Trump Fans for being honest, and that's okay I'm a big boy and have yet to meet a Trump fan I couldn't take, but is that how it is around here? Is the truth unwelcome? I hope this isn't one of those right wing crazy alternative universe venues:
Delusion takes all , you win Jake ..........
I say it's always been impossible to bring reason to the unreasonable so welcome to your party Jake . You're " a legend in your own mind" uh , time .
Not me , never . That's just the curse of brilliant independent political thought !
Randy , You need the Hannity's of the world , you're lost in some P.C ideology that's not even a democratic ideology , as a young man a older friend of mine used to ask me;
Him , "What are you an aginner ?"
Me, "What's that ? "
Him ",You're agin this and your agin that but you don't have a clue or know what or why "
You make me think of me 40 years ago.
Unlike you, I can recognize the idiocy in Hannity's conspiracy theories. Not to mention he's one of Cohen's clients and owes HUD 90 million despite railing against the org on his show. Anyone who listens to him is looking for humor--as I am--or a hopeless con who cares not for the law or the facts. IMHO!
On the other hand Jake, some will never have the talent for their own show. (see the comment right below yours)
Your material is well researched, current and on point. You make my day.
Jake,
You could go on a more liberal forum.
I don't want to get involved, but is this the longest forum thread ever?
I don't want Jake to go. I love reading his posts!
I was only suggesting an alternative forum. You seem to be going strong on this one
Hey thanks everyone, I can tell you this much, when I get my own late show the men / women hiding behind the Horse and Bird masks won't be invited on the panel unless of course it's a show about the local zoo, which probably won't happen because it will always be a truthful show about how a creepy looking elderly clown was embedded in the oval office by Vladimir Putin:
This Stormy Daniel's discussion about how Mr. Trump and his sloppy attorney are paying dearly for covering up his adulterous activity while his wife was pregnant is the gift that keeps on giving if you're interested in seeing them both in leg irons soon which is the overwhelming majority of humans: I enjoy contributing facts to the discussion and anticipating Michael Avenatti's next bombshell revelation, but maybe I'll start my own discussion too, topics about any number of Mr. Trump's / Republicans treasonous behavior:
Your "...........late show" may actually have to settle for late Saturday morning show , right after Johnny Quest and before Bugs Bunny.... where it belongs .
lol. at least I'll have a show, on television where I can amuse people while making money and when I contract with Universal StarShine Pictures to film the "Godfather" Remake, I got a nice little part for you ahorseback, acting right opposite Jack Woltz: lol
I got parts for Stormy and Michael too, they play "Don Bozolini's" nemisis, they end up "WHACKIN"' him by klonking him with a cheap $2 home made hillbilly fiddle and Stormy's assets, and spiking his boones farm strawberry hill with extra strength propecia:
Just to reiterate, there is a wealth of public information from which psychiatric professionals have drawn their conclusions about Mr. Trump's ailments: They have more information pertaining to Mr. Trump's state of mind than any other patient they will ever treat: Yes, Yale and Harvard psychiatrists have determined Mr. Trump is absolutely a danger to the world: Another School catastrophe today, that makes 23 for 2018 alone, Mr. Trump is historically the worst for security and safety:
If he's not mentally unstable, why did he spend a night with Stormy Daniel's in Lake Tahoe while married to his wife who was with child at the time? If he's not mentally iLL, why did he lie about Stormy's cover up pay off and why does he lie compulsively? If he's not deranged, why is he trying to undermine children's health insurance? If he's not mentally breached, why does he push dictators to the brink of nuclear conflict?
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/boo … 14d701a9a6
Now, some psychiatrists and other mental-health professionals are shedding long-held norms to argue that Trump’s condition presents risks to the nation and the world.
“The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump” features more than two dozen essays breaking down the president’s perceived traits, which the contributors find consistent with symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder, sociopathy and other maladies.
“Collectively with our coauthors, we warn that anyone as mentally unstable as Mr. Trump simply should not be entrusted with the life-and-death powers of the presidency,” Judith Lewis Herman of Harvard Medical School and Bandy X. Lee of the Yale School of Medicine write in the book’s prologue.
Does he have multiple personalities? John Baron and several other aliases to brag about himself. Then to name his son WHAT....Baron!
Every time you think you've taken him down, he slips away. I watched conservatives go through this for eight years. What a waste of taxpayer dollars.
I think it's quite a bargain spending money investigating how our elections can be influenced by foreign entities. I also want to know if Spanky is a traitor or if he's able to be blackmailed while in office. He sure hasn't acted like someone who is innocent of any wrongdoing in the past, or now, for that matter.
Spanky's voters and fans should also want Mueller's investigation to conclude, otherwise there will always be a question--more like thousands of questions--concerning his legitimacy as to the office of POTUS.
Can you believe he is trying to get the post office to double Amazon shipping rates? Tonight CNN played tapes of Tricky Dick's orders for IRS to audit all of his enemies and leave his friends alone.
The Government belongs to taxpayers. He is delusional to think that he own the Government.
Well diane, it's just hardcore evidence of yet another crime perpetrated by Donny Boy: I guessing he can't stand Jeff Bezos because he walks around with the same amount as Spanky's entire net worth in his back pocket:
Looks like Michael Avenatti is just taking a break, watching Spanky set himself on fire with 'batty' Rudy dunking him occasionally with gasoline:
This is another stunning example of blatant abuse of power which is of course another criminal offense: Just where's the bottom of this white house corruption and just how deep is this orange mans dumb?
UNREAL:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/business … 7e49c91efd
Me thinks he thinks people voted to GIVE him the United States. Notice he always says, "My FBI, My AG, My military."
You would not have cared about it had Hillary won.
OKay, Diane, you think the US taxpayer should continue to subsidize Amazon. Great call!
Incidentally, the reason you can get free shipping from China is because the US taxpayer is paying China's shipping costs. This is why it cost you a fortune to ship a gift to your daughter in a neighboring state, but shipping halfway around the world from China is free.
Hence, if you are an American business that ships products to customers, you will have a hard time competing with that free shipping from China. You will also have a hard time competing with Amazon. They get taxpayer-subsidized cheap shipping and you don't.
How does the US taxpayer subsidize Amazon?
I'm reading a couple of articles now. I will be able to better address after I read different points of view.
From what I've just read, there are many problems which plague USPS - parcel package delivery is the profitable side of the business. First class mail is the loser and thus the price keeps going up. Far fewer people are sending first class mail. I might use 1 stamp a month because I do online banking and communicate with most people on social media. I communicate with elderly relatives by telephone. I haven't written a letter in years and don't send Christmas cards.
Amazon, like other large companies, get a bulk discount according to the contract they sign every year. Simpleton president should know that you can't raise someone's rates during the life of the contract. People go to Costco to get bulk discounts. The attractiveness of the bulk discounts helps the large shippers as well as provide business to USPS.
USPS has to figure out a way to be more profitable and provide benefit to customers. Trump is really busy trying to get Chinese workers jobs - ZTE. He is truly the chaos president. He changes his mind without notice so it is never a surprise when his position changes.
blueheron is just plain wrong again diane, she probably believes 'batty' Rudy, the mole who is obviously a 'deep stater', is doing a fine job representing Spanky as he pours gasoline on Donny's inflamed head:
It doesn't matter what she thinks about Amazon, or I think or you think, a president, even a fake anti-American unhinged one like Spanky Trump, cannot pressure the postmaster general into an illegal act such as raising postal rates on Amazon or any other company he seems to have a personal grudge with, and if he does as been reported, it's called abuse of power:
Michael Avenatti's treasure trove of evidence, what new startling impeaching developments will be unleashed upon the collapsing Trump charade of clowns? Maybe once 'batty' Rudy is done smashing Donny over the noggin with his whirlwind television tour of inept retardation which is just crushing his already anemic legal case, we'll get another nuclear bombshell announcement from Michael:
Oh Donny Boy the pipes the pipes:
There are several key points to consider, as far as whether the low USPS rates offered to Amazon and other large companies should be permitted.
One, yes, the "sweetheart deal" rates that USPS gives Amazon are the products of negotiations between Amazon and USPS. Two, it has been argued that USPS is not really great at negotiating deals and has a little tendency to "give away the shop."
So WHY is the USPS such a lousy negotiator? There are two reasons for this, the reason being that, unlike other package delivery services like UPS or FedEx, USPS is under no constraints to operate profitably--or even to operate at break-even. In fact, USPS operates at a massive loss of billions of dollars a year. Hence, USPS is under no constraint to negotiate profitable, or even break-even deals with Amazon and others. They are free to lose as much money as they want (unlike FedEx or UPS). No worries about going bankrupt and closing down; the taxpayer will pick up the tab.
Third, the USPS's ONLY pricing constraint, as near as I can figure out, is the Postal Regulatory Commission will not allow USPS to set its rates so low that it loses money on delivering packages--hence putting UPS and FedEx out of business. Government is a third party to such negotiations, in the sense that they presumably put a floor under how low USPS can go when offering deals to companies like Amazon.
So there are two more questions here. One is whether the Postal Regulatory Commission's "floor" is too low. The other is whether it is appropriate for USPS to be offering "sweetheart deals" on package delivery to Amazon and other large corporations at all.
As a matter of public interest there are a couple of reasons to question this offering of "sweetheart deals." If USPS were a private company operating at a profit (or at least at break-even), this would be nobody's business but their own, since taxpayers would not be on the hook to pick up their losses. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Americans in the aggregate must pay for USPS's continual bleeding of red ink, and we are hence involuntary participants in such deals, in that we are compelled to pay for any resulting losses.
There are actually arguments pro and con as to whether USPS is making money on this cut-rate package delivery. An analysis of this question would be too lengthy to post here. (My guess is: probably not.) But here's a link that discusses this: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/won … fed31ff7e4
Coming back to the matter of "public interest" in allowing USPS to negotiate "sweetheart deals" with Amazon and others, there is the issue of whether such low package delivery rates, which give a competitive advantage to very large corporations may not, in effect, confer a monopoly or monopolies on large corporations (through the intermediary of the quasi-governmental entity of USPS)--and whether this is a violation of anti-trust laws.
There was a time in the US--not that long ago--when companies like Amazon would have been broken up under anti-trust laws--as opposed to being enabled by permitting a quasi-government entity (USPS) to offer them competitive advantages over other businesses.
I believe whatever is done should be done based on categories of the companies not naming a specific company. That is targeting.
I'm no authority on postal services but I believe policy should be fair across the board. Donald Trump has not proven anything. My exchange with you is far more productive. He just rants and raves and makes statements with no support.
Maybe Congress will look at what is being done.
Good link. Bottom line, seems to me, is about what I already assumed: Amazon is doing what Amazon (and UPS, Fedex, etc.) are good at and are set up to do. USPS is doing what IT is good at and set up to do. All gain that way, as their specialties are being used to the best effect.
The problem is that we are now requiring that Amazon (and UPS) be asked to cover the fixed costs USPS already has covered; to subsidize what they already do with the additional volume. While this is already being done - USPS makes a modest profit on Amazon packages - the reasoning is that it is not enough subsidy. Sounds like typical government thinking; increase business costs until it is no longer profitable and then watch as government costs rise when business goes elsewhere. Increase Amazon's subsidy of first class mail far enough and they won't use USPS at all, whereupon the cost of first class mail loses the subsidy and rates go up.
By the way, I have to thank you for offering a reasoned reply. You don't see that much around here.
This is why conservatives so often feel that Leftist view are a bit disingenuous. Hey, they have to be lying. Nobody's that stupid, right?
You really want an answer to that question? Yes, anyone who thinks Spanky is a good guy IS really that stupid!
Well Randy, despite the desperate attempts to defend the indefensible, no president, including a fake impostor like Donny who spends his days twittering like a whiny old lady, has the authority to pressure the postmaster general into executing an unlawful policy:
That my friends is called another count of 'abuse of power':
lol, yeah of course they do, and Spanky Trump licks Vladimir Putin's boots, idolizes Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini, he even retweets their quotes he loves them so much, thinks white nationalist kkkers are 'good people', arranges corrupt deals with our enemy China, bashes our law enforcement, POWs and families of military soldiers killed in battle and is working on undermining tour children's healthcare: should we go on?
Not sure how your ridiculous post was relevant to Stormy Daniels and Michael Avenatti holding Donny responsible for his appalling behavior, but okay:
And, as expected, Jake and Valeant continue to contribute nothing but bizarre ramblings and drivel, displaying a total incapacity for consecutive thought. A normal person would feel shame.
You apparently feel no shame for your ramblings, does this mean you aren't "normal" either?
I think it would be fruitful to address this "lying" issue that some here continually bring up--though invariably without mentioning specific instances. (Or almost invariably, as I may have missed something.)
There are few people who are more particular about lying, including lack of precision in speech, than I am.
I got started making a conscious effort to be precisely truthful in all matters, large and small, nearly forty years ago. The way this got started was, when I was a young mother of small children, we had a neighbor lady who was in her eighties who often mentioned that it was her firm belief that you should never lie to your children, and I realized that she was right about that.
One of the first things you notice when you decide never to lie is that this is a lot more trouble than you thought it would be. You have to continually stop and think about whether what you are about to say is actually true, instead of just jabbering away on autopilot.
.
One of the main results of applying this discipline to yourself is that you become more and more aware that nobody else seems to be doing this. After a few years, you realize that almost nothing anyone says is strictly true--and that there is a large percentage of people who are actually pathological liars.
I've probably known about five people in my entire life who were not, at a minimum, habitual liars. Three of them are my daughters, because they were raised to be truthful and precise in speech--and they've gone through this same experience of realizing how almost everyone is habitually untruthful. Or, in many cases, people simply don't know what they're talking about but are trying to make you think they do know what they're talking about.
The other two out of the five people I've known who never--or almost never, to my knowledge--lied were the aforementioned old lady and one of my childhood friends. Both the old lady and my childhood friend were part Cherokee. Not lying was a personal point of honor with them. (I would caution everyone here not to get the idea that Native Americans in general do not lie. You would be surprised and disappointed on that score.)
The bottom line here is that to accuse Trump--or really almost anyone--of lying is to accuse them of a near-universal human fault. I consider it a substantial fault, but I seriously doubt that most of those leveling this accusation genuinely consider it a substantial fault in themselves or in pursuit of their own interests, or have ever, personally, made a conscious effort to be truthful in all things.
One of the major results of never making a strong conscious effort to be truthful is that you are giving yourself permission to live in a multi-layered fantasy world, in which you are incapable of knowing what the truth is. Every lie leads to more, and more elaborate, lies, to shore up previous lies. This leads to a condition of "not knowing straight up from straight down when it's raining."
I won't say that accusing Trump of lying is an insubstantial accusation, but in terms of general human behavior, you might as well accuse him of sweating.
So well said. It's clear that mistruths have tentacles, and spread quickly. Some find it very easy to spread lies, and many find it convenient to believe lies to support their personal opinions. And yes lying has become an innate human trait. Is this not a sad condition?
Randy, what case? Here is the news today.
President Trump has sought to put the spotlight on the Obama administration after demanding a probe be opened into whether his predecessor’s FBI “infiltrated” his 2016 campaign. He requested that the DOJ investigate what then-President Barack Obama knew about the operation. It appeared the FBI “had an "informant” meet with multiple contacts with members of Trump’s campaign early in July of 2016. The president tweeted Sunday, May 20, he would seek a DOJ probe of whether agents surveilled the campaign for political purposes, and whether any such demands came from the Obama administration.
May 21, 2018, The DOJ was swift to respond to the president's request, the department’s inspector general Michael E. Horowitz will handle that review.
This is no surprise to me. It may just be while Horowitz was investigating the FBI's handling of Hillary Clinton's private server/email case uncovered a much bigger crime or crimes... A much bigger Government scandal.
lol, so Sharlee01, how does this relate to Stormy Daniels, her one night stand with 'generic' Donny, her sloppily put together NDA and Michael Avenatti skewering Donny's lame rear end? If other people are indicted so be it, Donny can keep a few more beds warm in prison for any and all additional criminals that join him: I'm sure he'll need the company when Melanie dumps him too:
Everyone on Earth would be shocked if the CIA or FBI were NOT surveilling Vladimir Putin's poodle Spanky Trump and his entire family of grifters who met with, had contact with, and schemed with Russian spies to subvert our election: That's their job, to monitor suspicious suspects and if monitoring this type of treasonous activity doesn't warrant FBI suveillance why are we even maintaining a covert law enforcement agency?
While the country collapses, Donny Boy parks his golfers butt on a couch all day long stuffing his face with KFC and God knows what else, screaming at the television and pouncing on the twitter machine while his head explodes into a few million pieces: It's all about him, and him alone and how many illegal deals he can make with China and others before he's thrown in the slam, to hell with everything and everyone else, what part of that don't Trump fans get??
Well, we can see what radical Trump haters don't get.
Illegal is illegal. Whether you like someone or not. An inability to care about anything but the destruction of Trump is not worth listening to.
I did not address you Jake. Was I addressing Randy? Is it clear you are not even on the same subject? Have I not comment on Stormy Daniels in weeks or her Attorney. Just to reoriented you. president Trump has not been charged with any form of crime. Those that have been indited, Manafort , Flynn, and Gates have not been charged with colluding with Russia. So, not sure where you feel the president will be imprisoned? One has to be charged with a crime, receive due process, and if found guilty a judge will hand down a penalty. And no the FBI or the CIA do not have the right to investigate any citizen without true cause. This is not Russia...
" While the country collapses" let me assure you the country is doing well better than it has for a very long time. Focus Jake, your name is Jake, not Randy.
Well Sharlee01, allow me to re-acquaint you with this, posted originally by Valeant: Absolutely worth a second look, and a third and fourth:
Your draft dodging cowardly hero Donny Boy who confessed to abusing women on national television doesn't know when to quit as he and 'batty' Rudy take turns digging his own hole deeper and deeper: While a federal judge gives Summer Zervos the green light to proceed, which means her attorney can move forward with the 'DISCOVERY' process in her defamation suit, Spanky is meeting with the DOJ to dig his hole of obstruction even deeper: INSANE:
"With attorney Michael Avenatti dropping so many bombshells in his zealous representation of his client Stormy Daniels regarding the hush agreement that won't shut up, it's easy to forget that President Donald Trump is also facing a defamation suit by Summer Zervos, a former contestant on "The Apprentice."
https://www.forbes.com/sites/michellefa … 946e522492
Yes, your favorite source of "news" has laid it all out for you. Shar. Desperation is truly evident in Spanky's camp.
Come on Randy, this is being reported on all networks. This is a disgusting turn of events, and it clearly shows many laws were broken when coordinating a corrupt scheme to keep Trump out of the WH. And they could not find anything on Trump and all got caught up in a poorly planned scam They never planned for the realization that there was no there, there. The funniest thing of all, they wanted Mueller. And he found nothing or did he? I think he did, and his discovery may be the Obama administration broke a load of laws trying to get Hillary Clinton elected... Can't wait for Mueller's report. How about you?
Yes, and some take it seriously, Shar. What does Spanky mean when he says, "I hereby demand" as he's used the same language before? Does he think he's some sort of dictator who can simply demand things of the government? Do you recall any other modern day POTUS acting so childishly? If so, I like for you to post some examples.
"Do you recall any other modern day POTUS acting so childishly"
No, I don't recall one. And I also don't recall one that the media has blatantly gone after day after day with lies and ridiculous innuendos.
It is very easy to realize Trump due to his recent language is done putting up with the rhetoric. He has every right to want answers about the Obama administrations interference in the election. My god, they perpetrated what they accused him of doing. Get accustomed to a "modern-day POTUS". Because he has dug in and is apparently unwilling to let this bunch get away with breaking our laws... You see under Trump, no one is above the law.
One thing Randy, you lived to tell the story of the very last Clinton scam. The scam that sent their old broken down machine to the junkyard.
Oh, I don't see it as childish, I see it as a man of substance. He certainly has every right to set the story straight.
As I asked horse, how do you know Mueller hasn't found anything re the Russia investigation? The correct answer is, you don't! You do know he's already indicted those connected with Russians and some have plead guilty with others to come. Sure you're pleased Spanky is "demanding" an investigation into his own DOJ because you listen to the likes of Hannity and Limbaugh and actually take their conspiracy theories seriously.
They too are proud of Spanky's "demands" because his base will only listen to Faux News!
My Answer to what I know about the Mueller Investigation: I can only wish that when the feds investigate by business dealings ,That I get a letter of exoneration before the actual investigation begins TOO , Like the FBI and DOJ gave Hillary Clinton ? And then I too can then claim my innocence while my wife meets with the head of the DOJ on the airport tarmac for an hour , I TOO can say "............They were merely talking about our grandbabies" .
Of course I also want my followers in the FBI to also obstruct , plan and execute the evidentiary fact and fantasy about the ongoing investigation . I even think that I have a private server in my closet that may or may not be breaking federal regulations . Can I too wipe down my emails and computers with " What , ......With like a cloth or something ..............."
Mueller is unlikely to be fired by Trump although he can demand it and should . Mueller's behind the scenes leaking to the press is apt to continue too , like it did yesterday , today and onward into tomorrow .
The Mueller investigation is a systematic farce that has singularly destroyed the American voters confidence in the offices of the DOJ , the FBI , NSA , CIA , and will continue to do so long into the next elections .
The beauty though ; Mid -terms are near and the "big blue wave " is rippling down to a slow trickle , thank your Obama / Clinton corruption machine and his ultimate dismantling of the integrity of the above investigative institutions of government for that , All of the Clinton cronies , the DNC , Comey , Lynch , McCabe ,Strock , Podesta , Rosenstein , on and on ................. MAGA is happening and you all know it .
First once again let me repeat I do not watch Talk Jocks. And no I do not have any idea what Mueller will report in the end. However, anyone with common sense would realize at each and every turn of the Mueller investigation when he found that someone had broken the law he charged them. If Mueller at any point had evidence that the president of the United States broke the law, and actually conspired with a rogue nation for any reason... Am I to believe to understand you think Mueller would sit on it, and let the President go on his "merry way". Making decisions that not only affect America but the world?
Randy, he has nothing... In fact, as I have stated it is most likely worse than one can imagine. With a year of investigating any and all that walk on two legs in Washington, he most likely dug up the ridiculous scam to make every attempt to keep Trump out of the WH. And assure Hillary a win. When it backfired, the fools came up with "let's impeach him", by saying he colluded with Russia. Well, they bit off more than they could chew. This is ugly and undefendable. And you know what it's time to say it. Those that continue to defend the idea that Trump colluded with Russia are delusional. Just ask yourself. Would Mueller not have to charge the president if he had anything??? Common sense wins every time.
Maybe time to revert back to Trump's womanizing, those stories still have a few treads.
So your answer is, "common sense tells me?" So was it your common sense which made you see Spanky as an honest person? This tells me your common sense is anything but common, Shar.
Randy, I have never commented on President Trump's honesty. I think I have been clear that I am under the impression most politicians are innately dishonest. I will say Trump is transparent and does not mince words. I think I have also admitted I was well aware he was a womanizer, and I could list many of his faults. I voted for his agenda, and much needed change. I was very unhappy with the direction the country was headed. I felt this man would be transparent, and he has not disappointed. Is my brand of common sense not common? I would say no, I got everything I expected. He is doing a good job, he is keeping promises, and making every attempt to keep to his agenda. My common sense tells me he is a good president. He has been hit with everything that "they" can hit him with. He still gets the job done. It's time to realize he won, he is not going away. He did nothing other than being himself. I am asking all the Trump haters a question in regards to the Mueller investigation. I guess I am once again relying on common sense.
Do you think if Mueller found that the president broke the law and actually colluded with a foreign nation such as Russia, he would not charge him with good speed? Do you think he would shirk his duty, and let the president continue for over many months to make decisions that not only affect America but the world? Sometimes common sense can be bitting.
There you go with the false comparisons again: Yes of course, politicians have been known to tell a falsehood or two, but nothing has ever compared to Mr. Trump's pathological lying: It's unprecedented, unhealthy and a violation of his oath of office plain and simple:
Once again, here's the facts to back up my assertion:
https://www.cnn.com/2018/05/01/politics … index.html
Jake, I do not listen to Talk jocks. Sorry. Once again I was asking Randy a question. But you are welcome to answer my question. I don't respect any form of deflecting a conversation with rambling falsehoods.
Do you think if Mueller found that the president broke the law and actually colluded with a foreign nation such as Russia he would not charge him with good speed? Do you think he would shirk his duty, and let the president continue for over many months to make decisions that not only affect America but the world?
Once again you show your ignorance of the way an investigation is conducted, Shar. No investigator wants to show what he's learned until the investigation is over. If they did, it would give the subject a heads-up to what they already had, and perhaps another heads-up on what they can further be charged with. You don't have to admit you know nothing of the process as it's already very evident in your comments. Nice try though!
Once again you respond for Randy. Get control of yourself. Calm down...
I responded for myself, Shar. How much investigative experience do you have to be able to say what Mueller is doing or not doing? None at all, I strongly suspect.
Please Randy, I would like you to answer the question. It's always hard to admit one is wrong. I hope to get your opinion in writing. It seems no one wants to answer my question. This question what we all should have been asking ourselves for over a year now.
Do you think if Mueller found that the president broke the law and actually colluded with a foreign nation such as Russia he would not charge him with good speed? Do you think he would shirk his duty, and let the president continue for over many months to make decisions that not only affect America but the world?
Shar, you can see how the middle aged, balding, beer swilling men in this country are desperate to control women.
When Randy tries to make you look inferior, you see the weak vein in men like him. They will do anything they have to just to control women and children.
Fall for that and you may as well let all of the Neanderthals escape their caves in another wave of uncivilized males.
Gee Ewent, if anyone feels inferior it's not because of me. I treat both male and females with the respect they're due. As for you.....
Ewent, Thank you, no really thank you... I appreciate the insight, and I agree with you.
Sorry Shar, but she was responding to one of Jakes' comments but used my name in the response. You can exult anyway though if you feel the need.
EWENT WROTE:
"Shar, you can see how the middle aged, balding, beer swilling men in this country are desperate to control women"
.
You sure she was not referring to you? At any rate, she made a wonderful point.
Check back for yourself. She was quoting Jake and using my name, and sure you agree with her. I'm past middle age, still have hair, prefer a cocktail over a beer, and am not overweight for my age. Sorry!
Unlike you Shar, I don't opine on something I have no personal experience with. Now answer my question. What investigative experience do you have which allows you to opine on Mueller's investigation? Don't give me that "common sense" BS unless you've actually been involved in an investigation before. I seriously doubt you have any, common sense or experience.
Randy
Randy, I have no experience in regards to investigating. I asked a simple question. I had hoped you would answer it. I hope to acquire your opinion on my question. No one will fully answer my question. I think no one is willing to see the possibility that Trump did not break any laws in regards to the election. I realize it is sobering. But that is why I finally asked it.
Shar, do you really believe Mueller has found nothing just because he hasn't leaked anything about his investigation or charged Spanky yet? You need to look back at the other instances where Nixon and Clinton were being investigated. I know you haven't taken a close look at either of these because you'd already know the answer to your question.
By the same token, did you think Hillary was innocent early on in her investigation because they didn't charge her with anything? Of course you didn't! Double standard perhaps?
LOL, it's an open forum. Anyone can respond to anything. Perhaps you should "calm down."
Hey, Randy! A "falsehood or two?" To date, Trump has lied or accused others in tweets over 4,000 times since last year.
Why on earth would you support a pretender to the presidency you know is a liar? A cheater? A crook?
Do you want someone like me who lives in the state Trump dumped 6 corporate bankruptcies on, stiffed over 4,000 employees of back wages they had to sue him and dozens of contractors he also sued.
If you boys think supporting Trump will make you more powerful, you are proving how ignorant you boys really are.
Thanks to Hillary Clinton and Trump's cheating to win, using help from foreigners offshore, there has been a 36% increase in women running for office.
I'd be very careful if I were you, Shar just might run for office and win and then all your attempts at demeaning her intelligence goes right down the drain.
Oh I see, Ewent. You're quoting Jake and replying to me instead! I wondered where you were getting this stuff. Make sure you quote the right person, willya?
Do the laws of the land mean anything? When a campaign is coordinating with a foreign government, do you think that should be investigated? I sure do. Papadopolous bragging to allies abroad about getting hacked information would certainly warrant an inquiry. So they likely sent someone to inquire. Spying? That's some serious word twist to make his faithful look in another direction away from his campaign's violation of election laws.
Are you even giving consideration to the possibility that the FBI, CIA, DOJ may have broken many laws to obstruct the 2016 election? My god there certainly is a lot of evidence that they did. This Government conspiracy is unfolding quickly, and it is the ugliest I have seen in my lifetime. Mueller has found nothing to indicate Trump did anything. However, over the weekend we find that the FBI had an undercover person in the Trump campaign. This is disgusting. if the FBI had proof enough to place a spy in the Trump campaign in July 2016, Mueller certainly should have been able in a years time to at least explain why that would have been necessary. This bunch has been caught red-handed. They had no cause to believe Trump was doing anything with the Russians. They just wanted to make an attempt to obstruct the election and make sure Hillary would win. They have dug themselves a big hole. And Trump will get to the bottom of it.
And we also see what Trump supporters don't get. Laws matter and when you break them, you should be investigated.
Why we think you're brainwashed is that the FBI, CIA, and DOJ only got involved after the Trump Campaign had contact with Russians and they obviously assisted in getting him elected.
If you don't see any issue with those contacts between his campaign and then the hostile foreign government working in his favor, followed by him changing the GOP platform in their favor, refusing to enforce sanctions against said government, or his business ties to that government, then you've bought into the treason that many of us see.
The Treason is the Obama SANCTIONED , totally corrupted , ideologically inspired conspiracy against a campaigning Trump BY the people of the sitting Obama administration , This ongoing conspiracy today is bigger than Watergate ever was , Why ? Because it all began under a sitting president Obama and without any consequence to date continues against the new President by the continually corrupted DOJ and FBI .
Trump appointed Sessions and Rosenstein and Wray? Why aren't they cleaning house to rid the DOJ and FBI of corruption?
Soon to be done Prettypanther , One thing at a time , got to do your second tax cut first , aren't you all in for it ?
But, that makes no sense. Tax cuts are completely unrelated to massive corruption in the DOJ and FBI. In fact, the longer Trump appointees wait to clear out the corrupt deep state, the more time and money is wasted by these phony witch hunts. So, what are they waiting for?
He is waiting for the possibility of Mueller actually showing some integrity and honor involved in the outcome of this investigation . I say fire them all and start over , there is however an independent outside investigation ordered by the Repub. senate intel. committee members that should be interesting. Sessions definitely needs firing . Partisan leftist Rosenstein is having a field day.
Seems strange doesn't it to hear some democrats silencing the impeachment discussions ? That should be very telling to those of you who have screamed for it .
"Partisan leftist Rosenstein...."
why did Trump appoint a partisan leftist? I thought he was going to hire "all the best people."
Trump picked Rosenstein. Did he screw up? If so, why doesn't he simply replace him with a loyal patriot from the right?
Mr. Hannity, is that you hiding behind that horse head? Ooooooooooh......I think it is!
So you're watching Hannity huh ? Kind of informative isn't he ? And with a line right into the Trump whitehouse too. You just might make it yet there Randy .........keep up the good work.
Sure I watch Hannity, horse. I've got to stay up with the latest fake conspiracies don't I? You don't care in the least he's up to his ass in fake news so you buy into everything he says. Just like your idol Spanky.
Can you even hear yourself ahorseback? You might as well begin using a Trump salute now. Your only faith is in Trump and not any of the US intelligence services of the country or even the courts. Trump's brainwashed followers are no longer putting country or the constitution ahead of their Fuhrer.
"The Fuhrer " was the dictator Obama who said once " ........It's completely foolish to think ANY outside source could possibly interfere with our elections ......." The Fuhrer " would have been the Obama sanctioned coronation of your Hillary after buying up the election herself .
The fact that YOU can't see the corruption of the government institutions AND media is your ideological blindness , not the Trump fans. but hey that's just how socialists always demand chaos.
Sessions won't do Trump's bidding so he needs to be fired? Rosenstein also defends the rule of law so he must go? Mueller, a republican veteran civil servant needs honor and integrity. Your arguments are offensive and as pathetic as Trump's.
If they are offensive to you , I say they are obviously striking a cord , That chord ? You know the corruption and ignore it for your party's benefit ! So I say the investigating of the leftist corruption is just getting started- now , I just hope when the red wave hits in November , that you are still so offended that it awakens you to the truth for once, awakening to those on the left ignoring it now .
You really need to dump CNN dude.
This from a Limbaugh/Haniity fan is priceless! I suppose you think Spanky is a shining example of integrity as well?
It's offensive that you think a veteran who has served this country in various roles under both Republican and Democratic presidents has no honor or integrity. You're a disgrace for saying that.
It's gone far beyond the point of being sickening: Mr. Trump assaults a gold star family and his fans still worship him: Mr. Trump insults John McCain a true American Hero and his fans still worship him: Mr. Trump sabotages law enforcement and his fans still support him: Mr. Trump shacks up with a porn actress while his new bride is with child then pays her $130,000 in hush money, lies about it, tries to cover it up then throws his attorney under a bus when his property is raided by the FBI and his fans still worship him: Mr. Trump confesses to abusing women on national television and his fans still worship him: Mr. Trump endorses a creepy weirdo accused of molesting children, YES, molesting children and his fans and charlatan Jerry Falwell Junior still worship him:
What a sad, disgusting and abominable state of a crumbling union once known as the United States of America:
Cover of the Daily News::
Jake, there is real news today... Might you want to live in the here and now? You're digging up old stuff It's very old news, it all pretty much happened before he won. That should make you think?
Seriously Sharlee01? That's your glib response to Spanky's endorsement of an accused child molester and his desperate porn actress cover up? Adolf Hitler murdered millions decades ago but the passage of time doesn't make it any less significant and despicable:
I sincerely hope Trump fans refrain from becoming parents or grandparents, I could just imagine the influx of twisted degenerates this crumbling country would be in store for if they didn't:
BTW: Summer Zervos' defamation law suit against Spanky is proceeding forward per a presiding judge and 'discovery' will be performed by the prosecution: This significant development indicates a positive signal for Stormy Daniel's defamation law suit and the distinct possibility that Michael Avenatti will also be allowed to perform 'discovery' as well:

Ah, comparing the president to Hitler. It never gets old. Aren't you glad that you can now call the president Hitler without being labeled a racist? Couldn't have done that a couple of years ago.
Please answer my question. I requested you not change the subject, but answer my question.
Do you think if Mueller found that the president broke the law and actually colluded with a foreign nation such as Russia he would not charge him with good speed? Do you think he would shirk his duty, and let the president continue for over many months to make decisions that not only affect America but the world?
Yes. Comparing Trump to Hitler is what all of the men who fought to take Hitler down have every right to do when they, not cowards of middle age coddled by McMommy and McDaddy, see Trump trying to dismantle law and order in our country, ignore the Constitution and emoluments clauses and sidling up to several murdering dictators.
Get over it. Trump's grandfather left Germany on the advice of his mother who knew Nazi war criminals were going to be hunted down and sent off to prison. You got a problem with that?
Take your KKK and Neo Nazi sympathy to Trump. Americans will take down anyone, any time who thinks he can be the first US dictator.
What this miscreant breed of white men want is to erase the reasons our fathers, brothers, uncles and male cousins got maimed or killed to get rid of Hitler.
While back home, women like my Mom and yours and others manned the ammunition depots and worked as Rosy the Riveters to help the war effort.
Now, all we have are men with big mouths who when their time to serve in Viet Nam came, Bolton, Trump and Guiliani ALL ran for the colleges to avoid the draft.
But, they'll run for the "Clinton did it too" BS like Trump does every time guilt is about to smack him in his ugly mug.
Absolutely Ewent:
And the scary part is that I'm not sure Trump fans like Onusonus and Sharlee01 even realize that their own relatives, if of course they are American, or British or French and not white nationalists, either died or were wounded in Germany and or other parts of Europe decades ago while beating back and ultimately defeating Nazis and Nazi sympathizers JUST LIKE the Trump Family:
It's just mind boggling how any rational individual could possible still be a fan of a vicious, mentally deranged individual who shacks up for a night with a porn actress while his new wife is home with child, pays her for her services of course, how else could he possibly get a woman, then endorses an alleged child molester and sympathizes with Nazis
UNREAL:
Jake, Cohen's former law partner has pled guilty to a myriad of charges and has plea bargained down to a large fine and probation in return for cooperating with the Special Counsel. My, my, my!
The former partner knows where the skeletons in Cohen's closet are a-hangin'. This ought to be good!!
Yup, I heard this shocking new development a couple days ago Randy: Evgeny Friedman, sloppy Cohen's business partner 'flipped' by prosecutors and must be privy to a treasure trove of damning information about his former partner and even perhaps Donny Boy considering his plea bargain consisted of reducing his fine from 5 million to 50K:
With stunning new developments like this popping up almost every single day, don't be surprised if Mueller's criminal investigation is prolonged further and further into the future: How can you possibly indict Donny Boy until ALL the evidence against him and his pathetic family is collected?
Watch out for the unhinged raving lunatic tweeting up an incoherent 'rant storm' from his bed or a couch, he's in panic mode just like fox fake channel and his last remaining fans, his apparent paranoia is at fever pitch and he's starting to slur his speech in public again, he even started a fake 'spy in my campaign' to try and distract, his fans adore it, just like they apparently adore Hitler but that's about it:
The degenerate sympathizes with white nationalists who espouse the same propaganda that our relatives died for to stop in the 1940's, he endorses a child molester for U.S. Senate and pays off one porn actress that we know of to touch his grotesque body while his wife is with child: With a cesspool of scum like this infiltrating our white house, who really needs Adolf or Benito?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yrpmv_zOa0k
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/05/22/nyre … ation.html
And Spanky is terrified of having to sit down with Mueller's team. The pathetic offer of having Spanky reply to the questions in writing is just that....pathetic! For a completely innocent person, he's acting extremely guilty. I believe he has no choice but to plead the 5th. There's no way he can tell the truth as we all know and have witnessed in the first year in office. He's lied all of his life and simply can't change his ways now.
Jake let me reorient you to the facts as of today. Michael Cohen has as of yet been charged with anything? He has put out a statement that he is and never was a partner to "Russian Taxi King". Cohen has filed a case against Stormy for breaking a non-disclosure agreement. Which is a very cut and dry case. She broke it against her prior attorneys advice. She trusted a con attorney Michael Avenatti, and went ahead and broke the agreement. The two have since set up a fund me page to more or less make cash. LOL And in regards to Michael Avenatti - Michael Avenatti was hit with a $10-million judgment Tuesday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court after he broke his promise to pay $2 million to a former colleague.
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/pol … 434223002/
https://www.nationalreview.com/news/mic … r-partner/
lol, National Review? Really? What other white nationalist propaganda outlets do you read? If you are American or of a certain number of European countries, your relatives died in WW2 to stop that kind of propaganda from spreading like a cancer:
Sorry, but 10 million is nothing compared to Spanky Trump's gargantuan bankruptcies and without Russia's illegal help, he would have never made it to the oval office: His NDA with Stormy Daniels handled by his sloppy attorney Michael Cohen is also another example of a disastrous deal and should be nullified:
https://www.motherjones.com/politics/20 … ankruptcy/
Here, you can read how Mr. Big Deals for America Donny Boy was responsible for the loss of millions in worker retirement savings according to a report:
http://www.nj.com/politics/index.ssf/20 … _said.html
Jake, do you even read what you post links to? From the second one:
"According to the suit, the business founded by Trump -- now the Republican presidential nominee -- encouraged its employees to to invest their retirement savings in company stock between 1996 and 2004, the report said. "
The business, not Trump, encouraged investing. Not force, encourage. Employees made their own decision as to where to put their funds.
"Then, the company forced employees to sell their stock at a large loss when the stock price plummeted as bankruptcy neared, according to the report. "
The lawsuit alleges the business, not Trump, forced the sale of the investments.
"It alleged that the committee in charge of the retirement plan breached its fiduciary duty by forcing the complete liquidation of employee-held stock when its value was at a low, the report said."
The suit alleged that the committee, not Trump, breached its fiduciary duty.
"Trump had no personal involvement in the committee, according to the report."
Trump had no part in the decision and forced nothing, nor was there any (except yours, of course) allegation that he breached his personal duty. He was just a stockholder, not the decision maker for the company.
"A federal judge in New Jersey ultimately dismissed the lawsuit, finding the company took no illegal actions"
The judge found no wrongdoing. Not by the company and certainly not by a stockholder that had no part of any decision making.
But what does Jake the all knowing, say? Why, that the president "was responsible for the loss of millions in worker retirement savings according to a report". I repeat; do you even read what you post? Or knowingly post false statements about the President of the US (commonly called libel)?
Depends on where his interests lie. if they lie with the Democrats he'll go after Trump, if it's with Republicans he won't. Simple as that. The law has very little to do with it. It's more about the Hegalian Dialectic.
I appreciate your answer. It seems not many are willing too. So, you feel it is that simple. Do you believe Mueller would be able to hide findings as to cater to his party of choice? Do you think the other's that are working on the investigation (about 150) will be willing to comply with hiding findings to suit a given party? Your theory is very flawed. My question certainly has caused a dilemma? It has some facing a very ugly truth, there may be no there, there.
Why not English use? When the man admits to Obstruction of Justice on national television, then again in the Oval Office, then tweets about how he intends to do it again, the charges are coming. Is there a medium he hasn't used yet? Perhaps he could write a letter to Mueller telling him how he plans to impede the investigation or send a carrier pigeon. Smoke signals might be a nice touch.
Please supply a reference.
Here is something I want you to ponder, and answer if you can. I don't want a lengthy rebuttal about a porn star or a president that has orange hair. Just an answer. I have come to the conclusion we all need to come to face the fact president Trump did not collude with Russia. It will hurt less when Mueller gives his report. No, really it's time to realize he won, and he is not going anywhere, and he actually is doing a good job.
Do you think if Mueller found that the president broke the law and actually colluded with a foreign nation such as Russia he would not charge him with good speed? Do you think he would shirk his duty, and let the president continue for over many months to make decisions that not only affect America but the world? Common sense can be bitting, can it? Let this sink in, please.
Are you then saying common sense tells us Hillary is innocent, since she was investigated for over four years and not charged?
My question is about a president that has the power to make decisions that affect the country as well as the world. There is absolutely no comparison. Hillary Clinton had and has no power to affect anyone due to decision making, but herself. In regards to Hillary being guilty of a crime, I think Comey made it very clear she broke several laws. How did he put it? "No prosecutor would prosecute her".
So, it appears to me you might be realizing the tables are turning. Now that it appears Mueller has not found anything you have responded in a very predictable way and made an attempt to deflect. It is clear my question made you think.
Hmmm. Now I'm really puzzled. Hillary had and has no power? She was Secretary of State. Her decisions affected no one but herself? Then what was the purpose of those seven(?) Benghazi investigations?
"It is clear my question made you think." Yes, it made me think you're wearing blinders.
Supply a reference? How out of the information loop are you? These are public statements made by Trump and are easily searchable.
As for your argument, the simple rebuttal is that each thread tugged at pulls out more incriminating dirt and Mueller is going to bury Trump with the massiveness of it all to the point that he cannot escape an impeachment. Money laundering, collusion, obstruction of justice, knowingly filing falsified financial documents/campaign finance issues relating to the Stormy payoff, pay-to-play with Cohen. Take your pick.
Absolutely, and your extensive list doesn't even include the Stormy Daniels defamation suit against him which is getting stronger every day considering a judge recently gave Summer Zervos' attorney the green light to perform 'discovery' which God knows will reveal the possibility of even more cover ups and or crimes, and also his blatant breach of the emoluments clause of the constitution where Mr. Trump violates this clause each and every time he receives monetary consideration from a foreign entity via his properties:
I'm laughing so hard right now, and at this exact point in time, as off the wall as it seems with the outstanding mountain of criminal evidence pending against him, I gotta go with 'batty' Rudy !! The guy is just an incoherent walking talking disaster who looks like he's getting electroshock treatments during his televised interviews:
lol: He's burned Trump's head so many times in just a couple short weeks, all the Propecia on the planet will never grow that foul looking hair piece back again !!:
Once again answer my question. President Trump has been charged with Zero, Please answer my question. If I am to understand you you are saying, Mueller has a ton of evidence, and at some point will present it? And just let Trump continue to make decisions? Do you realize how foolish your answer sounds? No really.
Do you think if Mueller found that the president broke the law and actually colluded with a foreign nation such as Russia he would not charge him with good speed? Do you think he would shirk his duty, and let the president continue for over many months to make decisions that not only affect America but the world?
Your self-described common sense is failing you. Any charges brought against the President of.the United States better be airtight and impeccably and thoroughly documented. A consummate professional like Mueller will do the job thoroughly and expeditiously. The job is too important to not cover every possible aspect.
It is hilarious these amateur investigators think they know what Mueller has on Spanky. Even though they've never had anything to do with an investigation of this importance--or even one at all--they opine what they think is common sense. Spanky's voters are just like him in many ways so I suppose it's no surprise they are ignorant of the way an investigation is carried out.
It's not like he's charging the coffee boy with a crime here. If one is to charge the President of the United States, the case better be airtight and the process is complicated. Watergate took two years in comparison.
A second factor to consider is that to get impeachment, Congress will be needed. Congress has shown itself to be compromised, especially based on the comical House Intelligence investigation run by Nunes. Waiting until after midterms when the minority party always flips seats could be another strategy to help cement any charges Mueller is considering filing.
So between all the avenues of criminal activity, the complexity of the position he's investigating, and the help he'll need to get action from those charges, I've given you three avenues to offset your fairly valid point.
So, If I understand your answer you are saying if Mueller has found the president has committed a crime he would slow walk it? He would not bring it to the attention of the DOJ, and he would just enable the president to sit in office and do things like pull out of the Iran deal? Does seeing your opinion in writing make you feel a bit foolish? OMG...
Mueller cannot remove the President from office. All he can do is present a case. The more compelling the case, the greater the chance the perpetrator will be removed from office. It would be a waste of time and money to bring an incomplete case to Congress and the American people.
Actually, no man is above the law which means Mueller and his grand jury can indeed indict Mr. Trump, and their power is bolstered now due to the corrupt. inept and impotent republican controlled congress which will never impeach him:
There must be at least one avenue to administer justice to a criminal and indictment is the only way forward at this nightmarish point in time:
Floating the idea that Mr. Trump cannot be indicted is simply an inducement to try and get Spanky to do something he can never do, testify before the grand jury:
Yes, thank you Jake. Again if Mueller had an inkling our president broke the law. he is obligated to report this to the DOJ. He certainly would not hold off on reporting a crime. He would be himself obstructing justice. Mueller has nothing as of this date on Trump. Will he find something, possible?
Jake thought you would want to keep up with your hero... LOL
Stormy Daniels Faces $20 Million in Damages in Trump Lawsuit
https://www.cnn.com/2018/05/22/politics … index.html
Shar, I've answered your question with three separate answers. Repeating it over and over again won't make it true, although that does seem to be right out of the Trump playbook. Your question has validity, as do the answers we've given that you just fail to accept.
Randy, No, I don't think Mueller found nothing due to info not leaking. I had hoped my question was clear. It's my opinion Mueller as of yet has not found any evidence that Trump committed a crime. It is my opinion that if he had found a crime he would take steps immediately to either go through channels to indite him or hand it all over to the DOJ immediately. So, they could start an impeachment process.
I am acquainted with both Nixon and Clinton's impeachments. Neither had anything to do with conspiring with a foreign nation such as Russia. I consider your retort meager at best. Conspiring with a rogue nation is far more serious than a real estate scam or a crook trying to spy on a political party. Yeah, a bit familiar is it not?
No, I did not think Hillary Clinton was innocent from the very first days of the investigation when an FBI agent physically removed an illegal server from her home. All the rest is whip cream on top... She broke the law by having the illegal server. So simple... Although this fact was pushed as far down as they could push it, never to surface. If this would have been someone else in Government they would have been charged. And let me also point out, Hillary was, not that we know of conspiring with Russia. She was not in a place of power sitting in the oval office making decisions that affect the world.
Anyone find it interesting that what , Five of Clinton's top aids were instantly granted immunities from prosecutions by the "investigators "? No of course not , or that she was exonerated in the media by Comey before any investigation was even complete ?
Nothing to see here folks .......move along !
Did the aides testify, Horse? And did Hillary give them permission to do so with or without immunity?
I was stopped for speeding by a New York state trooper last tuesday , long story short, I handed him a piece of paper stating I had already been investigated for driving too fast and determined to Not have exceeded the speeding limits on all Tuesdays including last Tuesday .
Is that the same as what you're stating ?
No indeed, horse. Did you understand my question?
ahorseback. It is actually astounding how some can completely block anything that they just don't want to believe. It's like they are void of a normal thought process. They live to stir up controversy that is born from innuendo. They could care less that much of what they say goes in circles of repetition. They don't seem to be able to answer a question directly, and when they ask a question. The answer can be given in a simple direct fashion. However, they don't seem to understand the answer? It's almost like if it is not the answer they hoped for they snap into "insult mode"...
Between you and me, I hope Horowitz will recommend Hillary be indited. She certainly broke the law, and last I knew no one is above the law...
The Alt-left here are so superficial in the depth of their political understanding that they might as well have a pull string . Obviously they aren't capable of in depth political analysis . Pay attention Sharlee , they will always drift to the top four or five accusatory charges against you , THAT'S when you know you are winning .......

I see. You think Spanky is innocent although he's only been investigated a year and then some, but you still think Hillary is guilty after being cleared after many years. You can't see the hypocrisy in that, Shar?
As for your question, you've already proved my theory of you not having any investigative experience at all, so why do you think Mueller would do what YOU "think" he should do? Are you sure you don't watch Hannity? You use the same sort of excuses he does for the lack of leaks from Mueller's team. Drives him crazier than it does you!
Let me put this in the simplest term. An actual live human being removed physically from an illegal server from her personal home. A server that she conducted Government business on. She broke the law literally. No, she was not charged. In my opinion, she broke the law by having that server and using it to conduct Government business. Was it the crime of the century, no. You asked me if I thought she broke the law. Yes, she did. And nothing you could say could change my opinion. No one is above the law, and if you feel some re, I guess that's your problem. I rely on proof. Like a fellow walking into Hillary's home and walking out with an illegal PC.
As it stands today, President Trump has not been charged with a crime. There is no physical evidence or facts to prove a crime. I am not sure what you mean about Hannity and leaks. The only thing I have posted recently in regards to leaks. I found it funny they have oddly dried up since Horowitz released his report for those involved to have a look at before it is released to the general public. Otherwise, I don't take leaks seriously, so many have to be retracted.
Is that a yes or a no, Shar? You rambled on about Hillary but didn't address the hypocrisy of the Spanky investigation.
Apparently we are diametrically opposed. You see Spanky as increasingly innocent, while I on the other hand, find him increasingly suspect. I understand an investigation starts at the lower levels and goes up to the head rat. You, on the other hand, believe one should cry foul on the lowest levels and let the rat run. Simply a difference of opinion I suppose.
"I see. You think Spanky is innocent although he's only been investigated a year and then some, but you still think Hillary is guilty after being cleared after many years. You can't see the hypocrisy in that, Shar?'
There is no hypocrisy with my logic... I have no reason based on facts to think Trump broke the law. He remains innocent due to no evidence or charges have been presented as of yet. If I become aware of a crime due to evidence presented, perhaps from the Mueller investigation. My opinion would surely change. I am not willing to condemn anyone of a crime without evidence.
Again Hillary committed a crime. I have presented the crime. An illegal server was physically removed from her home. All the rest is icing on her cake. She was not held accountable for her crime. Now was she? Perhaps you think it a small crime? But none the less a crime. Yes, they have both been investigated. But Hillary's investigation started with a crime, actually several crimes. Trump's started due to sheer hysteria, no evidence of a crime, and what it has turned into is take a man, and look for a crime.
Where is the evidence that started the Trump investigation? There is none today, and there never was. Do you see the difference in the two investigations? And they say Trump is pro Russian. Have a look at what our Government did, remind you of something? It does me, I call it corruption. And I never thought I would see this other than maybe in Russia... Disgusted as well as sad
Once again you're parroting Fox News Shar, just like your co-conspiracy pal horse. There is no proof the Deep State spied on Trump and you do not get to decide when someone is guilty or not simply by saying so. You act as though you were there during HRC's many hours of interviews over several years, but that's just it, an act. We've already decided you have no investigative skills, and neither does horse. It's very evident to anyone reading your zany comments.
I too watch Fox to see what you guys are gonna use for more excuses for the liar Spanky. You know he is a liar, don't you? But you believe his lies anyway, just like he does.
So how do you feel about Trump using his unsecured cell phone to conduct government business then? Where are the pitchforks and torches? The double standard with conservatives on national security issues pertaining to Hillary's server and Trump's unsecured phone is astounding in its stupidity.
Did Trump delete 33,000 + emails on his ? Pound it with hammers ? And then lie about all of it ?
He's gonna lie about something, no doubt there, horse! As far a destroying the evidence goes, he's not very good at that as we've seen so far.
What evidence? I have not heard they have anything that proves Trump did anything? What evidence?
You didn't hear about Spanky having to add Stormy's hush money to his financial report?
Yes, I am aware that Trump reimbursed Cohen for 100 to 250 thousand dollars. Cohen billed the Trump for a loan obtained in 2016 in 2017. Trump paid him out of his own personal money. It is very clear this money was not from campaign funds. It is also clear that Gulianni stated Trump paid off SD to save his family from "pain and embarrassment". No one will ever be able to know Trump's motive. It certainly could have been campaign-related. However, Trump had already been proved by the Billy Bush tape to be a womanizer. And there were about 14 women at the time coming at him with sexual misconduct. He did not offer them up any cash? I think the circumstances of the SD sexcapade was different. TRump's wife was pregnant. He most likely is telling the truth about not wanting to hurt his family.
I don't think he committed a crime paying off SD for her silence. NO campaign funds were used and with all the other sexual accusations, he did not care about how they would affect his campaign. Seems It would be very hard to prove intent.
Again hat evidence has president Trump destroyed. It seems the for the lack of a better term the "deep state" has much more of a problem hiding evidence? My how quickly the tables turned. And most likely all because the brilliant Dem's felt they would take it upon themselves to protect America from the President we elected. And make sure the biggest grifter alive took her place as "Queen Of The World". LOL How sad, how pitiful....
lol, no kidding: I'm just curious to see what Spanky Trump tries to do with his last remaining fans after they confiscate his belongings, take away his KFC, slap on the shackles, cuffs and straight jacket and lock him up for life:
Will it be 'space ships of salvation' like Marshall Applewhite?
Or kool aide party at Jonestown:?
Jake You have it all upside down... No really. Trump derangement syndrome is terminology we use. Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is a mock mental disorder coined by supporters of the 45th President of the United States Donald Trump to describe his critics as irrational and unhinged... So, actually, we are referring to someone just like you. Sorry, you will have to stick with your mantra ha ah hum hum da da dum dum - whatever it was...
Sure you're not watching Fox News, Shar? You're parroting Hannity and Limbaugh with that stupid "Deep State" argument. Spanky has you wrapped around his finger!
Again you change the subject. I repeat what evidence is there that Trump broke the law? In my post, I used the term deep state for lack of time. I am not up to listing each and every one that may have been involved in "Spygate". The list would include multiple employees of the Obama administration or should I say multiple employees that we the people provided the taxes to pay their salaries. Yeah...
And No, I an not depending on Hannity for News. I have several times listed some of my references. Here are a couple of articles I gleaned information from that helped me form my opinion on the latest scandal, Spygate. Oh, Randy, I became aware of the term Spygate at the business channel, catching up on the stock market... No Fox is not the only network that is touting the term.

We all know by now that Trump fans are in a lost world of hopelessness, robots that just roam around aimlessly, but animal lovers will bash this retard in chief when they discover this unreal development: What else could anyone possibly expect from a vicious, mentally unstable white nationalist sympathizer? The evil spewing from this oval office is nothing less than abominable and here's just the latest example of Satan in control of Donny Boy:
Alaskan hunting laws will be changed by Mr. Trump's agents to allow wolves and their pups to be slaughtered in their dens by hunters: Do I really need to repeat that and what kind of demon does it take to authorize this kind of atrocity against the animal kingdom? Still a fan of this dark karma moron? Then reap what he does in the end just like Jerry Falwell Junior will: Abominable:
http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/20 … laska.html
The good news, which has been mitigated by that appalling report about hunting rule changes, is that Michael Cohen's partner has 'flipped' and is co-operating with investigators: He was essentially awarded probation versus a life sentence in exchange for his testimony: Looks like Stormy's lawyer Michael Avenatti is taking a few much needed days off from the spotlight while 'batty' Rudy continues to torch Donny's head and other major revelations develop daily:
Another colossal blow to Spanky and Cohen and another triumph for Stormy and Michael: Thank God

Jake to be indited one has to break the law? Not sure what you are referring to?
One has to be accused of breaking the law

noun
1.
NORTH AMERICAN
a formal charge or accusation of a serious crime.
"an indictment for conspiracy"
2.
a thing that serves to illustrate that a system or situation is bad and deserves to be condemned.
"these rapidly escalating crime figures are an indictment of our society"
There are many delusional people here that will be sadly disappointed when this whole Trump "investigation " finally shakes itself out and we are all forced to move on . For one there will be no impeachment of Trump , if there is in the distant future , it will be for minor infractions of one form or another !
Mueller is stepping way outside of bounds in his investigative allowances , Sessions is likely to be fired , Rosenstein as well . John Brennan may be in trouble with Comey , McCabe and a few others ....... It would take an actual White House murder to bring about the incredible step of a presidential impeachment .................. so keep on dreaming !
Obstructionists should prepare for major disappointments .All that will be accomplished by Trump resisters will be some minor obstructions of Trump's presidential agendas. Get used to major personal disappointments , I say "personal " because that is ALL that this political bogusness is to begin with !
If Spanky Trump continues to abuse his power by threatening a private company and threatening our postmaster general into raising taxes on a great American company like Amazon, I guess the only thing left for heavy weight Jeff bezos to do is buy everything Donny Boy owns, including Trump Castle, his NDA with Stormy Daniels, his false teeth, life supply of propecia and his evil children, load it all on a rocket ship and blast it off into outer space:
