LMC: "He'll never admit it. Just like one here won't say Obam's an American citizen. They skirt around, dodge, change the issue....but never answer a straight question.

Next will come the personal attacks on you Wizard. Then you know you've hit a nerve of truth."

My taxes actually went up, LMC, and I don't make anywhere near $250,000. And before you say it, NO, I'm not just saying that to get you started. It's the truth.

Where? From the fed, or from the state?
Fed taxes were cut on 95% of wages. That is the truth.
If the states had to raise taxes because of the federal cuts the House made....blame the GOTea Party.

What we don't pay in state income taxes, we pay in state sales tax - 9.75%.

I realize some may pay more. Some may even have to pay that much with a state income tax. However, most of the time food is exempt. Here it's on everything, including food.

What's sales tax where you live?

Did Obama Really Cut Small-Business Taxes 16 Times?

        By ROBB MANDELBAUM

On Monday, President Obama visited yet another small business, American Cord & Webbing, which manufactures hardware for outdoor gear in Woonsocket, R.I. He was there to talk about his two principal accomplishments on behalf of small businesses — easier access to loans and tax relief. He told the audience, and the assembled reporters: “We’ve now passed, with the help of these outstanding members of Congress, 16 different tax cuts for America’s small businesses over the last couple years.”

The assertion that the Obama administration has cut taxes for small business 16 times might surprise some entrepreneurs — which of course is why Mr. Obama made the trip in the first place. But the White House backed the claim with a fact sheet. Here, for the record, are the taxes the administration says it has cut, in its words:

        • A new small-business health-care tax credit
        • A new tax credit for hiring unemployed workers
        • Bonus depreciation tax incentives to support new investment
        • 75 percent exclusion of small-business capital gains
        • Expansion of limits on small-business expensing
        • Five-year carryback of net operating losses
        • Reduction of the built-in gains holding period for small businesses from 10 to seven years to allow small business greater flexibility in their investments
        • Temporary small-business estimated tax payment relief to allow small businesses to keep needed cash on hand

The White House also identifies these provisions in last month’s small-business jobs bill (see this post for a brief description of each):

        • Zero capital gains taxes on key investments in small businesses
        • The highest small-business expensing limit ever –- up to $500,000
        • An extension of 50-percent bonus depreciation
        • A new deduction for health care expenses for the self-employed
        • Tax relief and simplification for cell-phone deductions
        • An increase in the deduction for entrepreneurs’ start-up expenses
        • A five-year carryback of general business credits
        • Limitations on penalties for errors in tax reporting that disproportionately affect small business

Taking a closer look at this list, The Agenda notices a couple of things. First, some of those provisions are not all that “different.” The list includes three measures in the small-business jobs bill that extend (and in two cases expand) relief in the 2009 stimulus for which Mr. Obama also takes credit. (The Obama administration overlooks another extension and expansion in the recent jobs bill: a further reduction in the built-in gains holding period to five years.)

More substantively, half of these “tax cuts” are actually incentives that reward businesses for taking actions they might not otherwise take — in other words, you have to spend money to get the tax benefit. For example, only businesses that already provide health insurance to their employees now would consider the health-care credit a tax cut. Of course, while firms using the incentive for the first time would see their expenses rise, the credit would offset 35 to 50 percent of the added cost. The main beneficiaries are businesses making big investments (and perhaps those caught surreptitiously investing in tax-shelter scams — the last item on the list, translated into plain English).  Encouraging such investments may be a worthwhile public policy goal, but in this economic climate, the number of companies that will participate is likely to be limited.

Only history would tell. It could be for family heritage if he reunited the country, and started the country on a path to greatness again. If he is in simply to keep us on the same path to economic ruin and self serving agendas, that legacy will be a stain on his family name. I'd bank on the former to be the case.

The same could be said in our present POTUS. He's fluctuated from center, to far left, and back again. But you know there is no such thing as perfect position on any political topic. If you claim to be spot on on everything, being everyting to everybody, there'll be those who say's he's too eclectic. Barring a candidate who had a secret agenda to turn over all of the countries military secrets to Iran once elected, could any candidate have a more destructive agenda than the present POTUS.

Washington is rife with corruption...on both sides. The current administration is gangsters, the've committed felonies punishable by prison time for such acts as offering lofty washington jobs to candidates not to seek certain political seats, to threatening the cut off of federal stimulus funds to certain states for enforcment of federal immigration laws. Appointing cabinet members while congress is on recess is not the Clear and Transparent form of government that was campaigned on. Bull-rushing health care reform legislation on a Pass It Then You Can Read it form of law is not conducive to a government for the people. That is why they lost the house and will loose the Senate and the house in November.

It all boils down to the economy, everything else is semantics. He said, she said is meaningless in light of what This administration has accomplished in mending the deficit. The countries enormous 15 trillion dollar debt is unsustainable,  period. Any middle school math student can draw this conclusion. And when you intelligently review where all the money is lost, again, any middle school math student will identify entitlements as the culprit. It's not any group of mega rich humans, period. It's entitlements. The Greek will tell you what has collapsed their economy, entitlements. We could pay off our debt if we took every dime from the wealthiest citizens in this country, But we'd have to have another crop of money grubber's to fill their shoes next year, and every year there after for the next few hundred years. Have any idea what a trillion is? This administration has amassed 5 trillion on it's own. Go ahead and count 260 billion to Bush for the wars and there is still 4.75 trillion for the big 'O'. Blind rhetoric and inflamed emotions constantly being stirred in the pot, is keeping allot of people in the dark on the future of this country. Some don't care, they want their entitlements, and they could give a tinkers damn that our children's, children's, children will be enslaved to their debt.

Thank your forfathers for the 2nd amendment. They knew that by giving the right to bear arms to it's citizens, would deter a despot from coming along to rally a disgruntled portion of society, placing those not subscribing to their ideaology into servatude. Nor would an elected leader be able to one day turn the nations military on his own people, should he decide he no longer needed the election process, giving himself permanent rule. Or even the drug gangs from joining borders to decide to expand their horizons.

      Unlike Rachel Maddow.

"At a meeting with the "Moms For Mitt" group yesterday outside Philadelphia, PA, Ann Romney was asked her opinion on Lilly Ledbetter and equal pay for equal work regarding women's employment."

“Why should women be paid equal to men? Men have been in the working world a lot longer and deserve to be paid at a higher rate. Heck, I’m a working mom and I’m not paid a dime. I depend on my husband to provide for me and my family, as should most women… and if a woman does work, she should be happy just to be out there in the working world and quit complaining that she’s not making as much as her male counterparts. I mean really, all this wanting to be equal nonsense is going to be detrimental to the future of women everywhere. Who’s going to want to hire a woman, or for that matter, even marry a woman who thinks she is the same, if not better than a man at any job. It’s almost laughable. C’mon now ladies, are you with me on this?”

They're for the average citizen, B.O and M.O. gave up otherwise lucrative careers to be "Public Servants" , a trait we should admire of them both. Bring your weary poor masses to our government, because they "Care Soooo Much For You". Why, M.O. just barely struggled through law school in all of those cushy chairs she filled, slaving away an internship in those sweltering Chicago law firms. She's bemoaned the struggles in front of many crowds, all the difficult choices, the crushing student loan dept from her Ivy League education. Painting corporate america to be the enemy of the poor. Those evil fund managers are out to make their living on the backs of working America.

            2.
Her early political grooming from Chicago Political Czar Valerie Jarrett, even landed her a sweet spot At the University of Chicago Medical Center where she and current white house knuckle cracker David Axelrod devised a patient dumping scheme called the URBAN HEALTH CARE INITIATIVE, where the Poorest of the Poor Blacks were diverted away to clinics, too far for many to ever reach, in order to make room for MONEY PATIENTS with insurance needing profitable procedures. Axelrod's PR firm was hired for an undisclosed amount to put a wholesome face on the scheme.

The then U.S. Senator and his crew of Chicago handlers pulled her under the umbrella of Future F.L. isolation when Federal Health and Human Services Investigators drew near. CUMC is under investigation today with hearings on Capitol hill Looming over The F.L.s scheme. I already hear the distant cry.. RAAACCISSST. It was not by chance that Mr. Fair and Balanced wanted to gain control of health care and stymie the investigations of the F.L.s treatment of the Poor Black Citizens the two of them claim to offer "HOPE AND CHANGE".

Eyebrows have also been raised by questionable bidding procedure and susubsequent contract award to Millionaire Contractor Robert Blackwell, An old friend B.O worked for when he lost his first Senate run. Ole Robert Received $600.000 for what investigators determined to be around a $60.000 internal computer upgrade, a 100% overcharge to UCMC. Thats the Chicago way my friend. The F. L. persuaded them to change bid policy and used MINORITY PREFERENCE to get an African American the contract. Minority preference is considered in cases of New minority businesses needing a little advantage, Not Political CRONIE MILLIONAIRES. The F. L. probably cost UCMC millions of fed grants, those grants were to be used to treat those poor Blacks on the south side. Congressmen has requested hearings regarding the scandal. Rules violations related to their accreditation and eligibility for Federal grants is in question.

B.O. and the F.L. cares for the poor, the middle class, the working folk, just to give-um a FAIR SHAKE, as has so many times been quoted. I bet he'd like to have a beer with all of um. He's sooo hip. Don't expect a bad reference from The F.L.s former ally's there at UCMC. Their lips are sealed in accordance with Chicago etiquette. They have since parleyed M.O.s Scandal Into a Form of Legitimacy in an attempt to protect her and B.O.s polish, as well as retain the millions in federal grants. But the poor who experienced the scandal won't forget. The O name ain't so polished on the south side of Chicago. Someone with no Ax to grind is the AECP. Umm, I blame Bush for Bush.
I have to keep harping because so many people blame Obama for Bush.
Example: early Tea Party protests holding signs against TARP.....problem was--they held signs of Obama.

TARP was already LAW when Obama took office. I never ever ever saw any  derogatory signs of Bush and Paulson....Bush and Cheney.....nothing, it was all Obama.

AND of course, the bums have never paid for anything they prepetraited on the world...

Second point: When Obama gave the order to get Bin-Laden(whoever that was)--people gave Bush credit!

So you see, it's a never ending fight to make people be fair. It's useless I know--but I just can't STAND Liars! And mind-twisters. And unpatriotic goons.

Even Republicans say Romney is Bush again. In fact, he's more right-wing than Bush!
(hate to say I told you so, but....)

The fact that people will vote for this after 8 years of Bush is what I am talking about.

Here's a clue.....when people portray Obama as a voodoo witch doctor, or say his wife is related to an escaped Baboon, or say the Obama's are just another black family on public housing---they are racists. It's really not that hard to understand. If you don't do that....then condemn it like a regular human being would!

Anyway---that is response to the code words I gleaned out of that paragraph...which I'm not going to read. But hey--the colors gets people to pay attention to what you want them to....nice tactic. Where'd you learn that?

it's turning into a women's issues election for me. Obama is the only one standing up for women. TN just passed a law making a miscarriage murder. I know so many people who have gone thru this, and so many who's fetus' died in utero and had to be aborted by surgery. It is so sad we have to fight so women do not have to go thru back alley abortions again. I am sad we have to fight to be able to talk to a doctor in private regarding highly personal and emotional issues and without having politicians "in the office" with us. Doctors are up for felonies in WI now, if they don't use the language forced upon them by the legislature, when speaking to a woman about abortions. The entire medical community was against this. Oh, and Walker repealed equal pay for women. And yes, I have women friends that support their families that have stay-at-home dads. Why exactly do these women not deserve to be paid what a man would be in the same job. Why must politicians stomp on women's rights? All Romney stands for is the corporations and the wealthy. the choice is obvious to me as a female. (fe=Iron, male=man - I am Iron Man)

There's no diabolical code words in anything written by me. Code words are gleaned out of a need to turn a meaning into something the reader wants to interpret another's words to say. I have no prejudices toward the POTUS, his family, or any other race. Fact is, most people don't. He was not elected into the office by an overwhelming majority of prejudice people. The majority who voted for him were Caucasian citizens, not Neo-Nazis. Racism is screamed by intellectually challenged individuals when confronted with intelligent dialog, and their minds can only reach for the first reflexive word they have permanently retained by force of habit, as a temporary diversion, when threatened by dialog they wish to avoid. Much the same way profanity is used.
