If you have to work for hours before computer screens or have to face heavy pollution everyday, it is important that you take proper care of your eyes. These tips can be helpful:

    1. Protection from Sun: Direct contact with sunlight for long durations make your eyes prone to redness and puffiness. To avoid this, wear quality sun glasses.

    2. Diet: Lack of proper nutrition is a major cause of unhealthy eyes. Consume food items rich in vitamin A such as carrots, papaya, green leafy vegetables, eggs, meat, cod liver oil, milk and milk products.

    3. Exercise: For different exercises for eyes and therapies, you can refer http://www.killeeneyecarecenter.com/.

    4. Water consumption: Drink a minimum of 10-12 glasses of water a day to keep your eyes healthy.
