I simply had to take the time to communicate with all the people I love and appreciate in HubVille. Although overwhelmed, at the moment, with all that I must take care of, you need to know that I think of you all and hope you are well. I miss our daily interactions, and promise to return as soon as time and circumstance will allow. I honestly can't be sure when that will be....but in the meantime, please don't forget the Effer.
To each and everyone of you who sent me such warm and touching words of comfort, please know that you lifted my heavy heart...and although the genuine kindness brought tears to my eyes, I smiled too....just to know you are thinking of me and sending your love and support.
You are my Hub-Buddies, fellow-writers, and mean so very much to me. Face it.....you are some of the most amazing and outstanding people in this Universe. My deepest gratitude......I genuinely love you ALL! With Peace and Appreciation, Paula/Effer.
Thinking of you with love, today and every day, Paula. Be gentle with yourself. Love, Maria
Paula may all that is good, comforting and strength giving be with you. May that wondrous loving connection between us all be yours in full power. We await your return to your HP family with surety.
We miss you...this place isn't the same without you. Take care of yourself and take all the time you need...we'll all be here when you're ready to come back. Much love and God bless.
Sending you much love, Effer. When you are ready to come back, we will be here. Until then, know that you are missed, thought of and greatly loved.
Paula, you are in our hearts. Take care of you and your soul. We'll be here when you're ready.
How could anyone who has experienced your wisdom, kindness and caring ever forget you, Paula? Take care of yourself and know that we are thinking of you and missing you...All of your HP friends will be glad when you are back with us. Sometimes life steps in and overwhelms us, but I believe you are very strong (you've had to be), with an ability to cope that many people lack. Bless you... Jaye
I miss you too Paula and once you sort out your time, I know you will return to join your Hub buddies here. I wish you all the best with your circumstances and pray that it all sorts itself out to your satisfaction. Peace and blessings I send to you this eve from the Canadian Prairie poet.
I wish you all the best fpher. You are a woman of strength, character, wit, and wisdom. I will miss your posts and comments. May God's peace and blessings be with you as you take care of yourself and find your way back to hubpages.
I don't know what happened in your life. Whatever it is, may you find peace, love and relief from stress. Return when ready. I adore your writing.
My thoughts and prayers go with you, kindred one. I will await your return. God speed, dear one.
Reba (Dancing Water)
I hope everything works out for the best for you and that we see you back on HP soon. I have missed your recent posts.
I have thought about you and your family every day Paula. Take care.
paula, you are an excellent writer and an overall brilliant person. i hope your return soon. best of wishes.
You are the voice of carefully thought out reason in an otherwise sea of turbulent words. Whatever you are currently experiencing, be assured that your fans and followers will be patiently awaiting your return.
Paula, you are missed but take all the time you need. You will not be forgotten. Now it's time for you to take care of yourself and all the many things that demand your attention. I will continue to send you love and keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs coming your way too.
Life does step in sometimes ..sometimes with emotional racking we have work out and sometimes creation of physical things we must take care of. You are missed around here and I truly miss your fun and lively supportive comments...not to mention your great writing. So take care of what needs taking care of and remember to be good to yourself.
Paula - I'm sorry life has sent you further trials; you have endured more than most people ever experience. I don't know your current situation, but you are in my prayers and thoughts, and I wish comfort and strength for you.
Effer, I've been slightly out of the loop this past month or two, but want to wish you well. I always enjoy your comments and hope you pass through whatever challenges face you. Good luck and I hope your diminished presence becomes a thing of the past.
We are relatively new Hubbuddies, Paula, but I will miss you all the same. From your writings I believe you have the strength to overcome the present difficulties in your life. Trust me. And if you ever need someone to listen (without giving advice) please contact me.
Paula -- strength and love to you -- looking forward to your return as we all miss you!
We all love you and miss you. We'll still be around when you feel up to coming back. I know your heart is broken: I've been there myself.
Paula, I have time constraints also, and it isn't easy sometimes. I love reading your comments and anything you write. My prayers are with you and please take care of yourself. Hugs.
Paula, you are the cream to our coffee, the flour to our cake, and the direction to our compass. People will always matter, but you can see by all that commented here, you matter much to so many. Smile, my friend! We're always around when you need us!
After reading the beautiful comments of all of our wonderful hub buddies, I wiped away the tears to add mine. I don't have to tell you that you have become like a friend I've had all my life. I don't think I have to say more on that my friend.
I would have written sooner but I was away for the weekend attending the baby shower of my next grandchild. While I was there I watched (and listened) to my three year old grandson cry hysterically because he didn't want his buddy "monkey cupcake" to be eaten...it was a chocolate cupcake!
Wherever you go and whatever you do, may the luck of the Irish be there with you.
All of my love and thoughts....we'll all be here waiting for when you are ready to return. Take your time Effer, may God help you heal.
Well, Gram...I certainly hope you learned your lesson about monkey cupcakes......and thanks for the "heads-up." I didn't know how valuable they are, either....speaking of chocolate....thanks for being so sweet. Love ya
So sorry to hear that things are not good for you Effer...my thoughts and prayer and everything coming your way..take care & take time..
Dear Paula ~
No wonder it's empty around here. Our Effer isn''t here. I hope and pray that whatever is calling you away will resolve itself quickly. We all love and miss you pretty lady. You are in my prayers and thoughts. Hugs.

I know that this is a counterproductive forum post, and that could result in me being banned from this website, but I just want to say that I'm sorry for everything that happened. I'm actually crying right now as I write this. Please accept my apology.

On one of my non writing internet sites, I found a fellow hubbers HP link. Is that ethical? And how is it even possible? I guess it doesn't bother me too much, but it seems like the kind of thing you would ask before doing.

Do you think it's polite to point out to a fellow hubber that they have misspelled a word or name?

I would like to suggest a change in the voting system on hubs.I would like for it to remain possible to vote up another's hub, but I'd like to see the ability of voting it down removed. Some people are petty and childish, I feel that the ability to afflict damage on anothers work via negative...

Why do fellow Hubbers fawn over a Hub filled with errors? Many times I will see an attention grabbing title and within the first sentence there will be a misspelling of a word. Okay, to err is human and we have all made typographical errors. However, in proceeding further into the story presented I...

Sometimes (or let's say, often), when I see a spelling error in an otherwise perfect hub, I feel inclined, with the best of intentions, to write to the author and point out the glitch, but don't do so out of fear of offending.I'm curious to know what others think. Would you be bothered if a fellow...
