A little 5yr old boy named Noah, is dying.  He has lost his battle with cancer, and his family was recently told that he most likely wound NOT make it until Christmas.  So, this little boy's last wishes are that he(Noah) would like to receive as many Christmas cards as he possibly can from now till he passes.  I cannot express to you enough on how important this is to him, and how urgent the situation is.  Please send him a Christmas card ASAP, and if you don't live in the US please, please, please send him one anyways.  Thank you- Julie

    The Foundation's Address is:

    Noah Brockman
    1141 Fountain View Circle
    South Lyon, MI  48178

Remember, he is 5 yrs. old.  Thanks.

Boy, I just wrote my name and told him I would have a talk to Santa Claus for him about receiving more Christmas cards, and that I will keep trying to help him get more Christmas cards. Then I put lots of O's, for hugs.

Another note, I've sent out something like 200 tweets linking the message back to this forum so they could read about it, maybe some of you would like to send your tweeters some tweets too, and then we could try to get this little guy's Christmas wish on as a trending topic.  How does that sound?  Thanks everyone.  I'm so touched by the love of strangers, united in this little boys cause.

My pleasure, ladies.  I've also gotten my fiance in on the act, she's going to take in cards to work tonight and get her co-workers, my former co-workers in on the act.  We might even encourage some of the kids to at the facility to send cards, we like to get them interested in good works.

We work with kids.  Mostly the outcast and misunderstood ones.  As bad as "our" kids have had things, their trials pale into insignificance compared to Noah's situation.  We can do no less.  I'd expect about another hundred cards or so to be headed his way tomorrow, more if we can get the word spread to other facilities in Missouri.

Sounds like he isn't doing very well:

On the other hand, response seems to have been overwhelming:

On a final note, the family has asked anyone in the area to not drop by and visit.  Noah is sick and sluggish due to his condition and sleeps most of the time and the family don't want to have his rest disturbed by people.  As grateful as they are for the concern people have shown, they need to focus on Noah and his care.  People want to help and show they care, that's a very noble thing, but we can best show our support by respecting the family's privacy.
