   This is a big shout out to Hubpages.  Thank you for helping to make dreams come true.  My new novel, The Case of Billy B, which is already on Kindle, and goes on Amazon as a paperback the end of the week, came about because of Hubpages.  Pest, a very popular hubber on hubpages about a year ago, shared a little of his life story with me.  That blossomed in my mind and grew into the plot for my book.  I needed to find out some US info as I am not American and have never traveled there.  This was a bit of a challenge to set a novel in a country you've never visited.  But luckily, through the hubpages forums I was able to ask questions and get fantastic answers.  Ralwus, another hubber, offered to edit my novel as I wrote it and helped me to Americanize it.  RebeccaE also gave me advice.  I was able to publish the first few chapters as teasers on hubpages and get excellent critique.  When I was working on my pitch and back blurb, I was able to post them on the hubpages forums and get helpful feedback.  Hubpages rocks!  The support you get on this site is fantastic, and if it wasn't for hubpages, The Case of Billy B would never have been able to be written.  THANK YOU HUBPAGES AND THE HUBPAGES COMMUNITY!

      You're right about HP able to make dreams come true. The community is amazing and the information and support you get here is priceless, you can't buy it!
      
      Really happy to hear about your book, and one day i hope to publish a book, all because of the inspiration i have received from HP.

   Thanks guys!  Yeah, have used hubpages now for my next book I'm just starting on.  The community here is a great source of information, and they are happy to share and support if you ask questions in the forums.

   Awesome! You must feel so proud! I always wanted to write a book but you have to actually sit down and do it, and I've been saying I'm going to write for the last 30 odd years, but you know how it is - life gets in the way!

    Thanks for the support all my hubbly bubblies!  That's what I like about Hubpages!  And to the hubber who asked, this is not my first book, it's my third, but I think it's the best because of the Hubpages input.  I knew at all times if I had any questions or got stuck or writer's block, there was always somebody in the Hubpages community to help me!

    Well done Cindy, as you can see, we are all so proud of you. This is an inspiration to many here, including myself. When i joined HP, in my wildest dreams, i never expected to be where i am today. The push that kept me going is always reading such inspiring news from people like you.     This is especially nice to hear, because I think there is much potential in hubpages (for its writers) that is not used at all. You, being able to put together a book using this potential, are a great example of what's possible. And I'm sure you won't deny this, because you have much work in your book.
