...and I was wondering what all of you Hubbers out there thought of it. I just started working here with the rest of the HubPage crew(my official title is 'Communicator of Awesomeness!' aka marketing manager) and I have heard that the newsletter hasn't changed a whole lot lately.
So, I figured that I would see what you all thought about it and if you had any amazingly awesome ideas that I could possible sneak into next weeks edition. I'm pretty slammed right now with getting up to speed on all things HubPages, but I am more than willing to change it around a bit if you'd all like to see something different.
p.s. If you're wondering who I'm screaming at and why in my profile pic, the guy with the sweet afro is named Awesome and he was San Francisco's entry into the US Air Guitar Championships that I went to last weekend.
LOL, I am a big fan of the newsletter, I look forward to recieving it every week, not sure if I would change anything but I am open to new ideas and it will be interesting to see any new developments.....jimmy
Awesomely awesome... I think the newsletter is just great and I look forward to reading it every week. If your looking for extra stuff... How about an added feature such as highlighting a "long-timer". You know a hubber who's been writing on hubpages since the beginning and is still *active* now. Some of the old hubs are just great, I know because I'm forever digging around back there in the archives. A lot of those old hubs really are worth to get dusted off and re-read by todays members. Just an idea for you to mull over 'Communicator of Awesomeness!' aka marketing manager regards Zsuzsy
Welcome! You have a lot of energy and know about a Canadian actor, you'll do just fine here.
I look forward to the newsletter. Can't think of anything off the top to change, but Zsuzsy's idea sounds like a cool one. I don't even know how the longtimers are unless I happen to run into them by chance.
By the way, my sister is an expert air guitarist. She's played in a lot of bars.
Hello Hup / Ryan. Sorry I'm late to the [insert your favorite superlative here] party!
If you're looking for feedback on the newsletter, I'd say that question #6 has been beaten like a dead horse. Just my thoughts, but I'm thinking that people are running out of new things to say about the hubpages website that others might not know.
Just my thoughts...
Welcome to this great website- glad to see you're on staff. I'm your latest (awesome?) fan.
I posted a comment on another Hubber's hub 2 days ago, and just now, when I checked my Hubtivity, right at the top was the notification I had posted a comment on that hub 71 minutes ago. I knew I hadn't, so went back to the person's hub, and saw my original comment showing as 2 days ago, but the...
I signed up to YouSayToo over two years ago but did nothing with it. I heard recently that they're getting a lot of Google love.I'm about to publish a few posts and link through to some of my existing capstone hubs. I'll see how long it takes to index a new published page. Also, YouSayToo has...
Few minutes ago I checked my Adsense and wow I made my first $100.98 . Of course, I am very happy.I spent many hours writing, editing, editing again etc. But this post is not about it. I would like to thank the many experienced hubbers that helped me.Among them Cagsil, AEvans, SimeyC- for...
I see that the small text at the top of the HubPages Page View Stats says they are being updated, but it does not appear that my stats have been changing the last few hours. Has anyone else noticed this? HubPages: Is there any official explanation regarding this stats problem that...
I published a hub about 20 minutes ago, and my account page says it has 6 views. I wrote on a...Word document, then cut and pasted into capsules, so I wasn't going in and out to publish - could it really have 6 views in a few minutes?
