    Some really great recipes here. Here's one of my favorites. It was first made by my Grandmother many years ago but I've changed it up some and I've created what I think is a perfect way to use some of those extra homegrown tomatoes.

    There's another. If you like burgers here's a great variation. Make them with ground beef or ground lamb. Either way they are wonderful.

    Hey everyone! I just want to pop in and say how impressed we all are by your amazing recipes! We love all the original photos, the detailed guides, the fun history and backstory, and the creative approaches.

    Do be sure that if you use others' images, you properly cite them. Here's a LC entry on doing so: hubpages.com/learningcenter/legal-image-use

    Also make sure that your entries are at least 500 words in length. I've had to disqualify several Daily Drawing winners because they were too short, and had their authors just quickly checked word count before hitting publish, they could have come away $50 richer.

    Just some things to keep in mind! I can't wait to read what y'all publish next!
