THE SPARKLE OF LIFE By BERNARD LEVINE

Bring more joy into your life

Take time for yourself to do the things you love

Experience the joy of making something beautiful

    Follow your dreams.

If your heart is longing to live life for what is true and real

If you would like to feel a deep inner fulfillment with absolute truth within

The quality of a richer life is in the stillness of your soul.

Open your heart to the sounds of nature’s music

Be grateful for all the good in life

Make someone feel especially loved today

    Feel the holiness of God.

Connect with what is truly important in this life

Let your heart draw its strength and joy from God

Like a tiny seed it bids the response of your whole heart

to receive you, complete you and give you purpose and meaning.

Create a new life for yourself

    Walk with gratitude

Become a network of love and restore your life wholly

Live in harmony with the universe

With God all things are possible

    Cherish your life.

I always give myself different projects  to do, projects  in which the end results make me and other individuals happy.

I am retired and should be bored or something .No way I have started a new  Health project as a  Health Missionary.:teaching individuals to use natures health laws   to stop, prevent  or reverse lifestyle diseases. I am having a ball .

I learn new things every day ,I start a new website at http:/wwwjicmcenter.com .Here i publish some of the natural ways of looking at and treating  lifestyle diseases. There is so much to learn and to pass on..

I open a little treatment room at my home .I give full body and back massage to relieve stress for individuals  who  need a little pampering.

I also do a little nutritional counseling and may suggest some home remedies  for mild health problems like flu and colds  etc  I sell herbs and a few nutrition products. on a very very small scale nothing to stress me.

Over all  I am busy, I  do not miss my  original job.and I am really happy. From my new project my health has been greatly  improved. Wooh ! wooh !  I am happy

I am happy when I interact with other thinking people.  In my experience, the most thoughtful people are writers.  When my brain is busy chewing on new ideas or new insights into old ideas, I am most content.  Other than that, taking time to enjoy being outdoors, hiking, kayaking and fishing, makes me very content.  Thanks for the thoughtful question.

By working in the job I am still enthusiastic about after twenty years, by studying new skills to use in my new volunteering commitments, by looking after the farm where I live and the wild animals I share the environment with, by raising my family, by sharing my creative skills with fellow readers and viewers....by giving little bit every day you get so much back....

    Busy

I keep myself busy pursuing my interests including science, astronomy, philosophy, history, writing, music, and film.  I’m currently in a position where I am not required to work a daily job and so I have a great deal of time to pursue these interests.  Currently I’m reading about the history of scientific discovery and the links between biology and economy.

    Happy

Excellent question.  I stay as close to happy as possible by maintaining a balance between my intellect, emotions, and intuition.  I strive to prevent any one of these areas from getting an advantage over another.  Maintaining this balance requires an intimate understanding of what these three areas are combined with the application of a sense of responsibility, accountability, and honesty.  If you are honest with yourself you will discover that you are responsible and accountable for your own happiness.   I keep my actions within the boundaries of my moral opinions and sleep peacefully at night because of it.

There are times when I would be sitting around doing next to nothing.  If I am done working and don't have any plans I could sit on the couch and watch TV.  To keep myself busy and happy in those situations I exercise.  I get outside and go for a walk, play games on the Wii or exercise while I watch TV.  On weekends during the day I go for hikes in the woods or long bike rides if I am not busy doing other things.

I am easy giong usually.  I am a happy spirit by nature.  I like to study the fact that we as human beings are so intelligent, yet we cannot live in peace with one another.  I chant, meditate, run, write poetry, practice karate (well not much lately), study scriptures, clean, help in a comercial kitchen, do volunteer work, play around with friends, go to the movies, play musical intstruments, write on hubpages, travel etc.

I am always busy, even when I am sleeping my mind is running here and there.  Overall, I am busy trying to make the world a better place, fix my karma and help my friends to fix their karma as well, then we go back home to the spiritual world, that is my real busiess.

    Best wishes.

I write online, teach part-time at a local college and enjoy my family and home.  Not in that order -- it's the reverse actually.  Also just keeping focused on what really matters in life.

Mostly two ways. One working on my comp cause I enjoy writing and I enjoy surfing and finding out new things. And two by taking the time to go on walks with my camera and seeing what I can capture.
