   This is beyond treason in my opinion... Where is the outrage? Where is the Congress? Our so called Apologizer-in-chief shackles our brave troops in harms way with an absurd ROE list that protects and AIDS the enemy. He Incarcerates our own troops for protecting themselves and their fellow soldiers and children. He fires the experienced leadership in our armed forces who disagree with his inexperienced buffoonery and he honors an obvious deserter praising him for conspicuous service... and Trading him for 4 Taliban Terrorists Commanders. He releases Iran from sanctions, making available 150 billion $ to the most prolific sponsor of terrorism in the world in a secret deal which everyone knows will expedite their nuclear capabilities. Now he seems determined to release as many of the incorrigible terrorist prisoners at Gitmo as he can get away with while leaving our own wrongly incarcerated troops ... and the ranchers in Oregon and Nevada to rot in prison. And on and on and on. God be with and protect our troops and with all Americans who stand up for their God given rights in the Constitution while having to serve under the horrible leadership of this POTUS who respects neither our military our our Constitution! January cannot come too fast!

    The United Nations’ Small Arms Treaty is a threat to the Constitution.
    
    • Article 2 of the treaty defines the scope of the treaty’s prohibitions. The right to own, buy, sell, trade, or transfer all means of armed resistance, including handguns, is denied to civilians by this section of the Arms Trade Treaty.
    • Article 3 places the “ammunition/munitions fired, launched or delivered by the conventional arms covered under Article 2” within the scope of the treaty’s prohibitions, as well.
    • Article 4 rounds out the regulations, also placing all “parts and components” of weapons within the scheme.
    • Perhaps the most immediate threat to the rights of gun owners in the Arms Trade Treaty is found in Article 5. Under the title of “General Implementation,” Article 5 mandates that all countries participating in the treaty “shall establish and maintain a national control system, including a national control list.” This list should “apply the provisions of this Treaty to the broadest range of conventional arms.”
    • Article 12 adds to the record-keeping requirement, mandating that the list include “the quantity, value, model/type, authorized international transfers of conventional arms,” as well as the identity of the “end users” of these items.
    • Finally, the agreement demands that national governments take “appropriate measures” to enforce the terms of the treaty, including civilian disarmament. If these countries can’t get this done on their own, however, Article 16 provides for UN assistance, specifically including help with the enforcement of “stockpile management, disarmament, demobilization and reintegration programmes.” In fact, a “voluntary trust fund” will be established to assist those countries that need help from UN peacekeepers or other regional forces to disarm their citizens.
    
    The treaty was supported in 2010 by then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
    
    Hours after re-election, Barack Obama immediately made a move for gun control…  On November 7th, his administration voted at the UN for a renewed effort to pass the “Small Arms Treaty.”
    
    Vote Trump!  Stand for your Constitutional Rights now, or lose them if Hillary is elected president.

    The shooter, Omar Mateen reportedly called 911 to announce his allegiance to the Islamic State before the shooting.

       Its the month of Ramadan, and we have jihadists in the USA. We can most likely expect more radical Islamic terrorist attacks this month because they have said as much.  They said they were going to attack FL just days before the Orlando shooting.   
       
       An attack on the LA Pride event was prevented.

Mateen pledged allegiance to ISIS two years ago.  People were reporting him because he was talking about killing gays.  He was investigated by the FBI at least three times that I know of, and nothing was done when we know full well radical Muslims want to kill us.  I would blast you with more shattering news, but it doesn't seem to concern you that over 50 Americas were just killed, and many others were injured.  So! I won't waste my time trying to get through to you.  No thanks for taking the time to try to denigrate me at a time of national grief, you did that to yourself.
                
                I knew about a week and half ago that terrorist cells were going to attack during the month of Ramadan from someone in anti-terrorist intelligence.  2 down, 4 to go.  Do you really think Obama doesn't have intelligence, too?

    The first reaction of Pres. Obama in yesterdays ISIS sanctioned terror attack in Florida focused on  Gun Control !     In the mean time  his  FBI has  35,000 employees , Department of Homeland Security  240,000  employees , DID YOU KNOW  THAT THERE ARE  72 DHLS EMPLOYEES ON THE TERROR WATCH LIST ?  The C.IA.  won't even publish how many employees it has .And   Understandably so ! That amounts to something like 5,500  employees PER STATE-- in the US
    
    With that many employees  no one in the world would convince me that  both the FBI and  the DHLS , do not essentially have a stand down order as to law enforcement against terrorism inside of the American borders ..
    Even before the bodies are cleared and the smoke cleared from that night club ,  Pres.     I appreciate President Barack Obama speaking to the nation yesterday in the wake of the Orlando massacre. He was right in saying that this tragic shooting was an act of terror and hate. But why didn’t he say it was an act of radical Islamic terrorism? Mr. President, with all due respect, don't forget Fort Hood; don't forget the Boston Marathon; don't forget San Bernardino; and don’t forget 9/11. What do they all have in common? They were all Islamic terrorists carrying out their treachery in the name of their religion. Mr. President, your administration has cut our military to the bone and some experts say we're the weakest we have been in modern times. It’s time we were rebuilding our military force worldwide to take on this enemy. It’s time we tighten America’s borders until we can clearly vet those we’re letting into the country.     FBI Director  Comey , Is already explaining the contacts with  the Orland Killer . How pathetic  is the excuse making  already ?    Several apparent contacts with this killer should have  caused them to NOT  allow his FBI background checks to be cleared allowing the purchase of firearms . At what point  do you say , No , when everything points to Islamic radicalization ? Deputy U.S.  Attorney Gates  also said our hearts go out to the people of Orlando , wouldn't it be nice if their brains also went out ?
    
    This is a huge lesson to the political left especially  in the event of a major international  terrorist  occurrence  Due Process cannot be  a part of the recipe in dealing with radicalized terrorists HERE ,    There has to be a point where  due process  isn't the "go to excuse" for even admitting terrorism exists inside  America's borders  . If Hillary wins this election ...... I'm moving to Israel , at least they know how to handle an enemy

    In the United States, known and suspected terrorists are allowed to purchase guns under Federal law.  Several bills have been introduced to prevent this, but they rarely make it out of committee due to the opposition of the NRA and gun advocates.
    
    Are you ready to say it's not acceptable for a person on the federal terror watch list to be allowed to purchase guns?  If so, talk to your beloved NRA and the legislators they have purchased to do their bidding.

       Are you familiar with what it takes to get on a Watch List? (here is a Huffington Post primer) Do you know how big the list is? (about 1.1 million with about 40,000 being U.S. citizens or permanent residents.)
       
       Did you know that one audit found problems with over a third of the database records audited?
       "The Justice Department's Office of Inspector General has criticized the list for frequent errors and slow response to complaints. An Office of Inspector General audit found that 38% of a 105 record sample contained inaccuracies. The FBI has said it is redressing errors, and a 2006 review of the no-fly list reduced its size by half, from 71,872 records to 34,230 records"
       
       Did you know it was/is so hard to correct the list that a Federal Judge ordered the department responsible for the TIDE database, (the largest consolidated list), to establish new evaluation, selection, and removal protocols?
       
       My view is that to accept a list that has such documented credibility issues as a valid reason to abridge someone's rights is the same as accepting suspicion as proof of guilt. Of course my position can look pretty silly when considering such examples as this Florida terrorist, but when a tool has a 38% failure rate - it might not be the best tool for the job.
       
       It makes great sound bites, and appears logical on its surface, but below decks there is a lot more to the issue.

                Mr. President, I read in the The New York Times today where you reportedly blasted Donald J. Trump for wanting to tighten the borders and accused him of painting a whole religion as violent.
                
                A Muslim can murder 49 innocent people in a gay club, and you still defend the religion of Islam.
                But a Christian who refuses to bake a homosexual’s wedding cake endures prosecution, financial ruin, and nation-wide shaming because of their faith, and you stay silent!
                
                What Omar Mateen did was following the teachings of the Koran. It is incomprehensible that you will not acknowledge the dangers of Islam’s teachings in order to protect the American people under your watch.

                      The Old Testament and those stories of how it was is a much different culture. We are not under the law now,... because of Jesus' life, death and resurrection...we are now under the Law of the Spirit, the New Testament, its spirituality.
                      
                      However, most religions will try to control societies by laws and rules,  that hasn't changed much.  Good illustration, GA.
                      
                      Islam is an ideology, a government, a religious cult, and Sharia law. It does not agree with the Constitution or the Bill of Rights, or the American culture (edited) as it is today. Its a failure by the administration's PC-BS!

    I wonder why Obama is more angry with Trump, who must be getting under his skin by speaking truth...instead of directing his anger at the Islamic terrorists that have killed several Americans, and wounded many more?  I wonder why Obama has his priorities twisted like that...could it be he is an apologists for Islam and terrorists? Could be, it sure sounds like it.  Imama Obama is acting anti-American by wanting more gun-control, and more gun-free zones so that Americans cannot defend themselves against nut-jobs that need to be shot before they can murder innocent people.

    Senator Jeff Session's sub-committee, the Senate Judiciary Committee’s subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest—uncovered that the Department of Justice has kept a list showing that 580 individuals have been convicted of terrorism-related activities in the United States between Sept. 11, 2001, and Dec. 31, 2014. The list is presumably longer if the past couple years, from Dec. 31, 2014, to present, were included. Of those 580, Sessions’ subcommittee uncovered, at least 380 such individuals were foreign born—meaning they got into the United States either through illegal immigration or via a U.S. government-allowed legal immigration or visa program or refugee program.
    
    “Using this list, the Subcommittee conducted open-source research and determined that at least 380 of the 580 were foreign-born (71 were confirmed natural-born, and the remaining 129 are not known),” Sessions’ committee uncovered. “Of the 380 foreign-born, at least 24 were initially admitted to the United States as refugees, and at least 33 had overstayed their visas.     The United Nations is gaining control over the US/Mexico border, Border Patrol agents warned in 2014 at the same time other agents said the Obama administration was ordering the Border Patrol to release illegals at bus stations to ship them deeper into the US.

    After reading some of the Benghazi Committees' Investigative report, I find Obama and Hillary even more vile.  They had their game plan long before the al-Qaeda planned attack.  They are untrustworthy politicians, they did not send US Military help that was ready to deploy, they left those four men there to fight for 13 Hours, and to die. They were massacred.
    
    They are cold blooded.  That is their legacy.
    
    Added:  the report proves that Hillary lied to cover for Obama about the attack on Benghazi, she knew it was a terrorist attack. The attack that they planned their lies for ahead of time to cover ... for the CIA gun-running operation to the Middle East to ISIS, and that, is the information that has been withheld from the Benghazi investigation.
    
    That doesn't make them any better than the terrorists.

             He is registered to vote in Maryland, though. (He lived there for some years.) Maybe he has dual citizenship, I don't know.

                Yes, I read that in the article link I provided.  So! He is a registered voter, and must have duel citizenship in order to vote. I don't care to waste my time to verify that, we must be right if he can vote.  I do not know of a loophole around that.

    Obama is not and never was a Muslim. He was raised a Christian by his grandmother.
    
    The US law abiding Muslim citizens in the United States are protected by the first amendment of the US Constitution. They have same rights as any law abiding US citizen. This includes the right to build their mosques and to worship and pray inside those mosques.
    
    It is every US citizens right to vote for or against any Presidential candidate regardless of that candidate's religious beliefs. But any law abiding US Citizen regardless of faith has the Constitutional right to run for any public office including the Oval Office.
    
    Every US citizen regardless of faith is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
    
    I disagree with every statement about Obama in this post. Going over them statement by statement would make this comment far too long. So I'll conclude by stating that Obama is a patriot. His strategy in fighting ISIS was to kill ISIS members with minimum innocent life lost. His Iran deal and his strategy in Syria saved us from a third world war in which our cities and our nuclear power plants would be targeted by Russian missiles.
