A federal judge ruled for House Republicans on Thursday in their suit against President Obama and declared his administration is unconstitutionally spending money to reimburse health insurers without obtaining an appropriation from Congress.
The Constitution says “No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law,” said Judge Rosemary Collyer.
The judge’s ruling, though a setback for the administration, was put on hold immediately and stands a good chance of being overturned on appeal.

Pray for servicemen and women, especially those you know the Lord personally. Ask the Lord to give them strength and grace for their assignments, especially those serving in war zones overseas.
Pray for those who are retired military. Ask the Lord to provide everything they need – provision, jobs, medical care and companionship. Pray against all infirmity of body and mind resulting from their service.
Pray for the families of those who serve. They pay a great price also, in relocations and in dealing with any physical, mental and emotional effects their loved ones may experience.
A prayer you can pray:
Father, thank you for all of the men and women who serve our country in the armed forces. Please grant them grace and strength for the assignments they are given, especially those who are in active warfare for freedom. Meet the deepest needs of those who are now retired from military service. Open doors for their futures and heal them, if need be, body, soul and spirit. Draw them to You and help them know how appreciated they are by those of us who understand.
Bless their family members and minister to them, as well. In the Name of Jesus, Amen
Be grateful for the men and women fighting daily for our freedom and pray a blessing over their lives and the lives of their families!
One nation under God, in Whom we trust!
Never forget who let them die. There was a plane full of Special Forces 20 minutes away ready to get the word to go and bury the bad guys but they were told to stand down and never deployed to fight in the attack on Benghazi. --- 13 Hours they fought and help was not sent.
