For this week we are going to jump to a completely different topic: Going back to School.

I don't know about you, but although we are still enjoying the summer school holidays I am already preparing for what we call here "la rentree" meaning going back to school after the holidays.  This is why the HubMob team has decided to dedicate the next 2 weeks to this topic.

Let's help parents around the world to get ready for sending their children back to school.  We will have 2 weeks to prepare our hubs full of useful advice on subtopics such as tips for sending your toddler to nursery school, preparing lunch packs, best books to help children with their homework, extracurricular activities, changing from primary to secondary school, how to help your child make new friends at school, home schooling, tips to organise your day around your child's school day, best places to buy school supplies, etc.

To join this week's HubMob please follow the steps below:

    1. YOU MUST START YOUR HUB CLICKING THIS LINK.  Choose the Answer the Request green button.  Choose the MAKE A HUB ABOUT IT option.

    2. Choose a relevant title for your Hub to get a good ranking in the search engines, AVOID starting your title with "Weekly HubMob"

    3. Select the category on your hub to best suit your topic.

    4. Include the HubMob RSS Feed in your hub: http://hubpages.com/question/65349/hubm … ew&rss
For more information on how to add the RSS feed to your hub you can click here http://hubpages.com/_21xfti5lz5gfl/hub/ … HubMob-Hub

    5. Add the HubMob graphic below to your hub so that everyone who reads it will know that it is part of the official HubMob topic of the week.

    http://i43.tinypic.com/rup3mg.jpg

    6. After you publish your HubMob Hub, come back to the forum and post a link to your hub with a brief description of what you wrote about and why.  Take advantage of the free publicity!

If you are still not sure about what is a HubMob and the benefits of taking part in one I created this guide http://hubpages.com/hub/What-is-a-HubMo … o-join-one please feel free to come up with any questions if you have any doubts left.

Going back to school is a bittersweet experience for me.  Love the quiet house and the fact that it stays the way I left it, but I would give anything to have it messy and full of chaos like the days of summer.

This is a really interesting topic Princessa. My 3 year old daughter, Shronika, has started going to play school from last month and I have many things to share with all of you like choosing a play school for your baby, how to soothe a crying baby, preparing the baby to go to school, and the most important thing, me and my wife's experience of sending our baby to school for the first time.

Sorry but your hub is not a HubMob hub sad

To be a HubMob hub you must start your hub from the Answer the request link at the start of this thread (step number 1)

But do not get discouraged, please try again with another hub, this time make sure that you start your hub clicking the link to answer the request.

can i write a film review on the movie, "waiting for superman", for this topic?  it's basically a documentary about how our educational system is failing to educate our children in america, and how our school system inhibits learning versus encouraging it. would it be okay if i submitted my hub mob topic on that?

      1. Princessa profile image76
Princessaposted 14 years agoin reply to this

Hi, I think that like you say, if you put emphasis on how the educational system is failing to educate children in america, and how the school system inhibits learning versus encouraging it; it should be ok.

Plase just make sure that you categorize it under a relevant category for easy finding.

        1. profile image0
Stevennix2001posted 14 years agoin reply to this

you want me to put an emphasis on "How"?  umm...actually, i was just going to write a film review ON a movie that discusses it.  i wasn't going to be discussing the actual topic itself.  if you remember reading my "babies" film review submission to the hubmob, i was going to do that again with "waiting for superman."  as the film review i wrote, "babies", wasn't actually on babies per say.  it was more of a hub on review of a documentary about babies if anything.  if i can't do that, then i'll just review it without the hubmob, as i was going to see it anyways.
