Actually, I like plain old yellow mustard on onion rings.
Coleman's English Mustard Powder - make it into a thick paste with soy sauce & fine chopped garlic. Spread it onto lamb chops and leave them for an hour or two before frying.
It tastes great on fish, I think. Especially if you mix sweet and hot mustard with gherkins. I put the mixture on top of my grilled salmon and I think that it compliments the natural sweetness of the salmon. but I'm probably just a little bit weird
Fried bologna! I love to fry bologna so dark that it crunches when you chew it. Then I make a sandwich and add mustard and mayo. MMMMMMMM
