My lowest score is a 66. I thought it was a pretty good Hub about cremation being a personal choice.
I'm thinking of unpublishing it and put it somewhere else (maybe on Bubblews)
Don't unpublish it just because it has a low score. Google doesn't care about the Hub Score and visitors to your Hub don't even know what the Hub Score is. At least, consider leaving it on HP long enough to see if you are going to get traffic to it.
mary615, I have a 61 and it still gets readers plus it is on Pinterest and I get pins on there.
Oh, don't do that Mary! My lowest scoring hub gets visitors and makes a little money. It doesn't matter what Hub pages thinks about it. What matters is what the search engines and sites like Pinterest thing about it. If you are getting visitors from search engines and Pinterest, keep your hubs published.
Thanks, guys! I just looked at the stats on my low Cremation Hub. It has very few views from Google. I never put it on Pinterest cause I didn't think that was a proper place to post about cremation. Am I wrong on that?
I have a poetry hub, and actually one of my favourites but a couple of weeks back it dropped to 56 and has remained there, whereas some that had been lower suddenly rose significantly. I have even added extra content but can't get it to rise. It has a maritime theme. I now have three hubs under 60 which I had never had before, but also three in the 90s which is also new..the range seems to have widened.
Does your poetry Hub have a video? How about an Amazon ad - perhaps for poetry book(s)?
Yes Kevin, it has a video and appropriate and relevant Amazon and eBay ads. Check it out and tell me what you think. Storm at Sea.
Any advice appreciated. I have other poetry hubs wit a lot less words and they have higher scores.
I will read it and get back to you John.
Just did some repairs thanks to your advice Kevin, and it's risen to 60 already. See where it ends up.
My lowest is a 60 but it's been dropping so I'll update soon.
My lowest is a 68 and it's on relationships. At one point it was in the 90s and without making any changes, it plummeted, so I don't even give it a second thought.
"Treasures of the Walt Disney Archives" is my lowest scoring featured hub at 67.
I have a 60, but it is a Thanksgiving hub. I also have one in the 60's that has gotten over a thousand views this month. It is #3 on the first page of Google for the keyword. I think the rating system here has gone haywire.
Emman Bagual-Nobel peace Prize Nominee for Children's Rights (Rating.42%) is my lowest scoring hub which is featured, out of 635 hubs. Maybe, the green element is missing here already. I must update it ASAP.
65 --Its about stuff that should be cheaper these days. It is my most recent, and is actually lower down on the page than some hubs that I unpublished ages ago. Its even lower down that one draft that has never been published at all.
Of course, that is just this hour. I could probably refresh and they would be all over the place again. I notice the shoot up and down about seven times a day, with 100 scoring hubs dropping to the 70's, and hubs that haven't seen traffic in months zooming to the top for a few minutes.
Makes me dizzy!
It is 58, about an obsolete script written 6 months ago. Earlier the score was much higher.
My lowest score is still 57. It hasn't moved in three days. Yesterday I received an icon beside the title that tells me "traffic is falling." I kinda figured that out.
Coffee and it is a 63. It needs more content. I plan on adding some recipes for fancy coffee drinks. Just gotta pull out my blender and experiment one day.
Today, my lowest scoring hub is a book review which comes in at 60. I believe my previous post was for one that was at 66.
I had a 59 once. But somehow it bounced up to a... well I don't know what it is now. Yeah, it was too poignant and just A STORY and not a "how to" hub.
I don't stand a chance because most of my hubs are just comedy stories from my youth or true to life stories of veterans and war. The nerve of me, right? Some are stories of my father and the good times we had together. Father - son bonding stories women may not "get" fully.
So I rearranged my titles to include HOW TO in them. BAM!! They bounced right up.
Yup, I don't stand a chance to ever get an Editor's Choice hub when the ones I've seen were about baking cookies and how to knit a cap with cat ears (No, seriously. Those were two of them.)
I'M A GUY and we don't generally bake cookies or knit. Makes me sure of who is reading my hubs of Meet The Real Rocky Balboa and How To Avoid A Bar Fight. You know... GUY THINGS. They're being "graded" by mostly women. oy.
Here (goatfury profile) it's 61. I'm planning to work to improve that one over the next few days (it's really new).
The revolutionbjj profile has a bunch of Squidoo transfers. I have worked to bring those up, but the lowest are still in the 49, 50, 51 range. I'm systematically improving those every day, though. I expect 52 or so to be my lowest by the end of this week, then 55 after the following week.
Last night was a very good time to edit hubs. I edited two that were in the mid-70s, and they are now in the mid-90s. I've just edited another hub, and it's already sinking.
Give it time. Amazing how a winning hub could suck suddenly for really no reason at all. It's the same words, is it not? Yes I know, I know... it's how many reads, hits online, etc., etc. and blah blah blah.
You were right the first time: "... for really no reason at all." If it were "... how many reads, hits online, etc., etc." we'd at least be able to make some sense of it.
My lowest is 68 about my country. First it was my highest, I believe it was then 92. Strange isn't it?
I didn't know it was possible to write hubs below 20

My hubscore is usually from 96 at its lowest to 100 at its best but today it has dropped down to 89 and then to 88 while I have been on the site! This is worrying, especially considering that I posted a new hub last night and thought my score would go up not down!

I recently got my lowest score ever for a book review on Kate Chopin's novel, The Awakening.Anyone want to give me some feedback? Usually my scores start around 50 and go up as I construct the hub.The entire review is my original writing. I didn't copy any text.

For some reason unknown to me both my latest hubs have received the lowest scores I have ever known despite them having gone live yesterday and had many hours in between when I posted them and both hubs - Autumn Foraging and The day I nearly met Jesus - have both atrracted many comments...

I have been writing a series of hubs called Poems From the Porch where I ask for suggestions of topics from my readers to write poems about. In every hub I write four or five poems based on those suggestions. I am not up to the ninth in the series and it is proving very popular. However, I have a...
