It's said that you are what you eat.
So - What did YOU eat today?
A healthy mix of good stuff, or a series of calorie laden time bombs.
Well, I had Bacon & Eggs and a cup of caffeine for breakfast, Fish and chips for lunch, (went out with the inlaws) and Home Made meat filled pastry pie and steamed vegetables for evening meal (dinner/tea)
Also a glass of light beer, a glass of wine, and about a litre of water during the day.
I had a toasted sandwich for brekky, three Moreton Bay bugs for lunch and two seafood crepes with salad for dinner mmmmmmmmmmm Also three cups coffee and one energy drink, and a mouthful of dam water, after I fell in while riding my jet ski today, the water was like ice and I went blue, must post some pics soon of the event LMAO
So far - two coffees, two bananas, two slices of bread and about 3/4 of a litre of pineapple juice. Lunchtime here though so no doubt I'm shortly to add to the list.
Probably a sandwich and I'm aiming for pork smothered in garlic with rice for dinner. A few more coffees and more juice will be consumed no doubt.
Looks very exciting huh?
Saving the flies and assorted small insects for tomorrow are we ?
I don't mind insects in general. I'm against spiderhood though. I shouldn't ever be expected to share space with spiders.
And fall apart if I'm forced to.
hmmm some funny chinese bun things that taste like cardboard and look like nipple caps that they put condensed milk in but I just eat the nipple caps au naturelle, a roll with ham on and a small bowl of savoury mince and I'm dying for an icecream as it is so hot, but am now off with my bottle of wine and stolichnaya to a party
Well today, I am oatmeal with bee pollen, flax seed and wheat germ all mixed in togehter! Plus, one cup of coffee... Yesterday, however, I ate 4 donuts, can you believe it? I went to the gym and worked off 1,500 calories, got up this morning and worked off 500 more...in the long run, it was sooo worth it - cause they were good donuts!
The morning has just begun, so I've drank 2 litres of water and haven't had anything solid yet. That'll be at lunch...
A slice of cold pizza and a gallon of coffee.
Healthy...you bet, I picked off the three slices of pepperoni last night so this morning it was considered Vegetarian Pizza.
Now lets see, if I'm what I eat then today that would make me 'Stale Cold and Crusty' yup that sums me up to a tee.
Thanks Eric just what I needed to know!
I need more coffee...
I just got back from Friday night dinner with the girls and we had Korean BBQ (Galbi) followed by ice cream fondu at Baskin Robbins. I'm not sure what that makes me... but I know that it was delicious!
I just had a jacket potato with tuna and salad. I guess that makes me a little starchy, a little fishy, and a wee bit green and fresh on the side!
Well I reckon I'm everything. That's just about what I eat. Today for me has just begun, so haven't yet
I had homemade baked cinnamon and sugar topped doughnuts with dark roast coffee
Blueberry muffin and Mountain Dew so far today. oh, and some salt and vinegar chips.
Panera bread is my lunchtime stop today.
So far I just had hot milk today . I am having cold and a bit under the weather today.
Hmm i am eating some Honey Roasted Nuts. LOL whats that mean?
Oh, my food diary...
Plain Raisin Bran, coffee, coffee, coffee. Good, strong brew sweetened up a bit.
No word on lunch yet.
fresh fruit with plain yogurt, topped with pumpkin seeds and flax for breakfast, along with a couple of cups of real strong coffee.
Just had my mid am snack - Trish's grrrreat bread toasted with jam, and another cup of java.
Lunch: fingers, chicken of course, ring (onion), broccoli and mushrooms, water (another litre)
Breakfast- Eggs and Chocolate Milk
Lunch- Bowl of Trix Cereal
Biscuit and coffee for breakfast. Green salad with a gruyere cheese and tomato sandwich for lunch. Iced tea no sugar all day as needed. Thinking about supper right now.
Don't know. Maybe I'll make a pizza since we're up late on Fridays.
I'm getting an old lady belly. I need to stop eating delicious things and start eating paper and water or something.
I had the 1/2 vegan sandwich 1/2 greek salad from the restaurant near school. Yum!
Breakfast: Scrambled egg with cheese, 1 slice of toast with margarine, and blk coffee (2 cups)
Lunch: Tomato soup, 1/2 PB&J sandwich, milk, low-fat ice cream
Dinner: Yogurt, granola, nuts, fresh fruit
It's almost 8o pm: may have a small snack soon
Nah....it's just the healthy-eating ones that post. The rest of us sit back, read the others, and keep our mouths shut. LOL
Edit...now I read Nanny JOAT......that blew that theory! LOL
Like Mountain Dew, do you?
Someday I will have to find the local chapter of Diet Dew Anonymous..I can hear it now:
Hello my name is Nanny and it's been 1 hour since I had a dew!
I had a bowl of dusty flakes for breakfast, a tin of fruit for a light snack and for dinner I had a pot noodle and then for tea I had spaghetti bolognese....followed by three bottles of cheap red wine about 3 hours ago...am I pissed? Suuure ammm!

In your culture, what’s the difference between breakfast, lunch, supper, and dinner? At what time of the day is each meal taken?
by yolanda yvette 12 years ago
I eat breakfast, but I don't eat it until around noon or 1p.m. since I don't get up until 11:00 most days. But I'll still eat breakfast food for the first meal. Just because I like eggs and cereal and toast and such. So I guess my first meal of the day is, technically,...
