Hummm... the first thing would be a major grocery shopping trip that could easily top out at 300+, then would pay a bunch of small bills (magazine subscriptions etc) that add up and then finally if there is anything left over maybe dinner and a movie with the spouse. smile

A lesson we learned that no matter how bad things are financially a little treat for yourself doesn't hurt. Admittedly it may be nothing more than a DVD of a movie you want, but it makes it easier to go to work when you know the money you earn isnt just to pay bills. A couple hours watching a movie for pleasure is a great way to destress.

At least that's how I feel about it. smile

Warm, for the winter. I need new jeans. I'm not a dressy kind of girl smile I would like something new and dressy for the Christmas season though. This year I'm saving up to move in the Spring some most of my money is going to that. However, it didn't stop me from buying a pair of Ugg boots. The main thing you need here is winter boots smile

      Hi there, sunforged,

You would use your aircard for your laptop?  What is an aircard?

Is cali standing for California?  And would it take 3-4 days to get across the country?

You can sure get a tan out here in California.

Let's talk about where you would stay when you get here.  For 30 days you could stay for $499, in a great home in a gated community with flowers in bloom year-round, with nice comraderie shared with two high school and college teachers.
