Please remember that this week's topic is about Cooking Ingredients.

DO NOT post any recipes yet, we are having a recipes week later during the month.  This week you supposse to write ONLY about the ingredients: nutritional values, types, storage, tips for buying, selecting ingredients, where to buy them, how to use them, and so on.

Your hub is categorized correctly and published within the time frame for Dairy, so you're in the contest.  Your hub was started from Princessa's link and is in the RSS, so you are in the HubMob.  You have the HubMob graphic, but need to add an RSS capsule for the HubMob feed.

        Welcome to the 'Mob.

You can use the HubMob to post you hubs for the contest.  Just make sure that you publish your hubs the right day under the correct subtopic for that day and in the correct category.

Today's subcategory is Cheese and diary.
