   I wrote mine on how to switch from those common high-caloric beverages (namely sports drinks, milkshakes, fancy coffee drinks, sweet tea, juice drinks, and soda pops) to more saner ones. I saved water for last - because it easily replaces them because it has no calories - as my concluding text capsule.

    It is a very personal condition that I suffered with for 20+ years. I am so glad it's name is out there and people are beginning to be more aware and understanding of it. I am no longer the "freak" but the girl who had a disorder.

       Paula you have written a good hub on a topic appropriate for this HubMob.  Uour hub is in the HubMob RSS feed and you have a hubmob graphic. But...
       
       Your RSS capsule is not working.  Go back and "copy hyperlink" or "copy link location" (vs just highlighting and copying) OR actually click on the link and once on the RSS page then copy the link from the navigation bar.
