There's a lot of hubbers that I could add on this list, but i'll be more than happy to name a few of them

Beth100- Although I'm sure a lot of guys look at her avatar, and think about only how beautiful she is.  However, those that know her best know how kind and insightful she is.  Hell, I don't think you can ask to know a better person than her, as she's truly one those rare angels that this world wouldn't be the same without.

Urban Hymms- Well, he's my brother, so enough said.  lol.  Seriously though, he's alright.  A bit of a knucklehead sometimes, but he's basically a good guy.

Camlo, Seanorjohn, mighty mom, ralph deeds-  I think these hubbers are great because they always bring insightful answers to almost any topic, and they're a lot of fun to talk to as well.

Daffy Duck, Optimus Grimlock, Greek- these guys always make me laugh whenever i see them

Lacie-she has probably one of the biggest hearts that I know, and it's a shame that she's hardly on these days.  After all, we can use more kind hearted hubbers like her here. smile

Diane Inside-  Diane has probably one of the biggest hearts than anyone else that I know.  She not only knows how to make you laugh, but she's also very supportive as well.  Even when she doesn't agree with something, she'll always support it anyways, as she's one of those rare people that puts other people's needs over her own.  Truly one of the best people out there in my mind, as I don't think life on hubpages would be the same if she wasn't around.

Cogerson-  For those of you that say critics are full of it when it comes to movie reviews, then this guy has the answer with movie score hubs.  his hubs not only combine the collective percentage reviews of critics, he also factors in the box office totals and fan reactions percentages into his mathematical equation to measure the value of a film.  Sure, some people can rely on critics if they want, or rely on themselves.  however, you can't argue with cogerson, as he has the numbers backing him up, and number never lie.

JBunce, RedElf, Anders Fincher, Carl the critic, satomko, saberblade- I always love reading what these people say in their hubs.

clean life, denise, klara, sahleen- These people are good folks to hang around in forums, and definitely good friends to have if you ever need people to talk to.

Although, I'm sure that I'm missing someone here or two, and I apologize if i did.  however, these are all the people that i can think of for now.  I'll post more later if i can think of more.

  8. profile image0
    Stevennix2001posted 13 years ago

mega1- she's always a class act as far as im concerned.  i don't think you find a girl that's not only full of life, but she's incredibly insightful as well. smile

bailey bear- although i don't always agree with everything she says, you have to admire someone who speaks their minds to ask some tough questions that most people wouldn't dare ask.

      lol !

But, on the other hand, when they do name some new names, instead of the same ones over and over and over (did I say and over and over?), I get to know something about some of the thousands of Hubbers I haven't encountered yet.  I think that's kind of nice.  So far, in this specific thread, I have heard of a whole trove of new names.  big_smile

      1. Sally's Trove profile image79
Sally's Troveposted 13 years agoin reply to this

Aficionada, you are one of the world's most wonderful optimists, and I mean that sincerely. I, on the other hand, often take a sardonic and definitely sarcastic view. I'm not sure if that makes me an optimist or a pessimist. smile

What I am sure of is that a trove of new names is not in my attic box because of this thread. But you are and always have been, even though we don't engage.

        1. Aficionada profile image75
Aficionadaposted 13 years agoin reply to this

That is truly one of the kindest things anyone has ever said about me, and I sincerely appreciate it.  I won't try to correct you, other than to say, Please just keep ignoring whatever posts of mine you've been ignoring so far!  big_smile

Well, I'm not sure it actually relates either way, because I frequently have a rather pessimistic view of things. I don't necessarily give voice to that view as often as I do to what I hope is a word of encouragement.

I honestly think it [a different slant] is just one way we humans have of balancing one another.  I think it's good to hear opposing viewpoints.  But I have found that a lot of times it's best for me not to respond - especially when it comes to religion!

Thank you, Sally's Trove!  That is so kind of you!  I really do love to watch for your posts, whether I comment on them or not.

And don't get too impressed with my attic box of names.  Most of them will just stay there and gather dust.  I'll check out a few of them.  But a lot will stay in the corner marked "Good Intentions."  lol

Yes, I have noticed that. I don't follow anyone I don't read at least some of.
I have a simple method, I look at the profile. No data no follow.
If they only write about their religion? No follow.
If their stuff sucks? no follow.
If I read a hub and like it, I will follow so that I get a reminder by email when they write another hub.
I may love one hub, and not bother with others of the same hubber because I don't want to know about that subject at that time.
