Let's have some fun. Here you can post the link of your favorite hubber's profile page who you think would be the best US President in 2012. Can be for any reason. Political views, humor, peace, love anything. Just Give the name of the hubber and why you elect them and post their link. That's it. You can vote as many times as you like. Each comment counts as a vote. I will get the ball rolling. I vote for Breakfast Pop for his awesome political views. http://breakfastpop.hubpages.com/
Brenda, because post-apocalyptic wastelands look awesome in movies. Just kidding, I'll second a vote for Ralph Deeds. His recent "Gingrich for President" hub was quite entertaining.
I only a few weeks ago realized who your screen name refers to! Saw a documentary about Cooper. Very interesting and curiosity-provoking, as are most stories about criminals. Everyone does wonder where he and the money went.
I'm going to vote for livelonger, because he's my long lost political twin. Generally, I don't even have to post in a thread he's posted in because "Yeah, what he said." gets old.
I don't like your politics, but you need to understand that is because I think Libertarian ideology would be harmful to the weak and the marginal.
If people were not such ugly and mean-spirited louts, I could support your ideals. Let's also note that my thinking those things does NOT make me right. I can be wrong for all the right reasons.
It's very hard to quantify these things anyway. If 99% get a better life from your ideals, is that better than not having any of the 1% suffer but reducing the freedoms of the 99% to some degree? My answer is an absolute "Yes!" without hesitation, but I fully understand why others see that differently.
You aren't a jerk. I don't want you for President, but I'm not sure I can unreservedly endorse anyone for that - nor even understand why anyone would WANT the job!
I have wondered the same as well. It would be like being the principal of a very large elementary school (Congress), wanting to use corporal punishment with a 2x4, but not being allowed to.
Start a data base stating everyone's qualifications. single out the most qualified person who DOESN"T WANT THE JOB. He can't bow to anyone but the American people as a whole. Then draft him .
Hey, that's my super costume..it' supposed to be at the cleaners being stretched out after they shrunk the darn thing, which gave me a new super power, a higher pitched voice..
And older men are cool, Kimberly...one especially whose around the mid fifties...where everything (passionately AND respectfully) comes together...
Of course, now I have nothing to wear but an old broken umbrella, which wouldn't be so bad except there's a piece I can't find that everytime I say something stupid, it makes a horrible twanging sound, which is pretty much all the time..I'm starting to sound like Canada's prime minister guy, dude, guy, whatever he's called........maybe the US should become a province of Canada....
Its not a good idea for Habee to name her team just yet. There are about a dozen serious contenders for each of Treasury Secretary and Education and State. As soon as Hebee says those jobs have gone the 33 disappointed candidates will switch to Ron Paul.
Ive noticed already that the Hubs that I deem most worthy or never the highest ranked or viewed.Which of your Hubs do you wish all would read? With link please. -Josh
