Today I received my newsletter and it said I've reached and crossed the 75,000 pageview mark. A pretty awesome milestone for someone who doesn't promote their hubs, if I do say so myself!
I'm sure you've all noticed how scarce I've been since the Google crap went down. They still haven't answered my appeal - I remain hopeful that they will, but expect that my adsense is officially kaput. Which brings me to my announcement-
I will continue writing for Hubpages - HOWEVER:
My hubs from here on out will not feature any of the following:
***Promotion of clickbank products
***Or any other "money-making" endeavor
I've always said I'm here to write, but then the moment Google borks itself at me, I stopped writing out of frustration and irritation. With NaNoWriMo coming up, I need to focus on writing, and darnit that's what I'm going to do, both on NaNo, and here.
Choo chooooo! ((that one's for you, Ryan!))
Congrats on this awesome milestone. And, for purely selfish reasons (I like having you around), I'm glad you've decided to stick around here, despite the Google debacle.
Congratulation gamergirl for your great achievement.
Congrats Gamergirl, that's impressive! I've been here about the same time as you, but I'm only on around 45,000 views - so I've got some catching up to do!
I'm not surprised the whole Adsense debacle put you off, I would've had the same reaction. I'm glad you 've found a way to get comfortable with Hubbing again.
I like your announcement Charlotte!
And still keep fingers crossed for you on Google matter
Congrats on the page views Charlotte!
I haven't been around hubpages much lately due to the insanity that is my life these days, so I don't know the google story, but I am very happy to know that you will still be here.
Glad to hear you will be sticking around, Gamergirl!!! Would not be the same around here without you!! Congrats on the page views, as well!! I haven't been around all that long, and can't imagine numbers like that!!!
Congratulations, Gamergirl! That is an impressive achievement!
I would have been frustrated too with the google thing and all. Your decision to come back and hub again shows what a positive spirit you have. May this bring you more abundance in many ways. Congratulations for the 75,000 page views! More to come...yipee!
Congrats there Gamer, the hangout would not be the same without you.
It's a good announcement, my best wishes for more page views and your success!

I'm finally soooo close to 5 million views that I can taste it! And it's taking long enough, haha!

I just reached 300,000 views yesterday, May 19th, 2014, on my 101 hubs that are left after I deleted almost half of them a couple of years ago. My decision to remove certain hubs was based on Google's Panda issues back...

There's no badge for it, but I hit 5 million views slightly earlier than anticipated. I edited a ton of hubs a few months ago and it really boosted my traffic (plus the niche sites help!)Now on to 10 million views......

I realize that this number is not considered as particularly high especially after writing here for over a year and having close to 50 hubs. Yet I feel it is an accomplishment, at least for me. We all have...

Well, not just today! I wish. But, today I will pass the 2,000,000 views milestone. It took awhile - helped by some popular hubs and hindered by the one that wants a good kicking as it's only had 34...

Woop, woop . . . I hit another milestone today, 100,000 views to my hubs. Yeaaay! I'm grateful to all of my fellow hubbers who read and share my hubs. But I'm eternally grateful to those who come by way of organic...
