I went and signed up on Facebook and now I don't know who is who. I am sure that there are people who I am a fan of but their real name is not the same as their user name here. So I would just like to know if people who are on Facebook and Hubpages might like to post their names so that your fans can join your Facebook friends.
My name for Facebook is Gwen Schlehofer, I know some people who I joined their Fan club didn't know who I was. So there it is.
You know me, Gwen! But I haven't been on FB in awhile. It's become kind of overwhelming and intimidating. But I do miss chatting and laughing with you!!
Cammi Peterson on there, since I don't have my pic up here I'll just say I'm the one holding the camera. Friend me if you want, put HubPages in the reason tho ok? That way i know.
We are Misha. But there are other people who I'd like to befriend on Facebook.
You're so silly.
I have seen you on there ....by the way...what happened to you? You were on my page one day gone the next....
I kicked myself off. I got scared that everyone from high school was going to follow me there, I was only in there for a day and started getting requests from old friends and I knew it was only a matter of time until some ex psychos find me and terrorize me through and then next thing you know my wife is finding out about me and my past and my hubpage buddies and then chases me over here!
I second that and I am 100% agreement, it isn't my psycho H.S. friends it is the you know what that is following me around now. Limelight not for me currently maybe in about 6 months.
And when you do you can be on my page...... my page is blocked no worries
I wish I too had people following me from HS...(sigh)
Ouch. I was on the wife end of this comment once. Seriously, he could have told me anything, and that would have made it okay. But when he didn't, and I stumbled on stuff...that sucked. Why the secrecy policy that a lot of men seem to have?
I have no trouble hitting the "ignore" button on those folks. I don't friend anyone with whom I have not had some communication on a friendly level. I won't just accept anyone. If I have never had any type of conversation with a person, I won't friend them, no offense... Maybe, later.
gwen - oooops didn't guess it was you!!! I'm growing senile - I was trying to figure out which hubber it could be
oh - and I'm me
Well Shalini, now you know. I decided to write my HP name on my profile so that maybe people would know who I am. Someone told me I don't look like me, said it was the hair. I thought it was my glasses.
Ha-ha Charlie, I mean CC. Your right I probably can't force you. But I can try. Wheres my water gun at?
I'm the elusive Peter Brown on facebook. Don't try to search for my name, you'll get the maximum, "over 500 results found" result.
I just requested to be your friend of facebook. My name is Debbie Lewis Allen
Sirknight Dent is my handle at Facebook. For some reason when I signed up it wouldn't accept Sir Dent.
Aren't you supposed to use your REAL (given) name and not your alias?
I would like to bet they will not accept titles unless you can substantiate the claim.
Famous atheist Sir David Attenborough has a page

You and I are already friends, Gwendy, but I'm glad to hear wedding consultant is on FB!
I'll be sure to add some of y'all. My profile is: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#/prof … ef=profile
My name is as yet to be legally changed. But I've gone by the pseudonym long enough.
To those of you who've already tried to add me, I apologize. To anyone else who tries, I apologize in advance. I have a blanket policy of denying any friend requests from people I do not know in person, even Hubbers, for my own privacy.
I love you all, though!
Didn't want to be your friend on stupid ol' Facebook anyway..stupid,dumb,social website thing.
I'm like that. I don't even ask people if I'm supposed to know them, I hit the reject button. I don't want no friends of friends!
Though I had an interesting situation where I should have rejected someone but I hadn't for a week and they ended up messaging me. It was a cousin of a cousin (Her mothers brother was married to my fathers sister). They were about 16 years old when they met me. Held me actually. I was a newborn baby at the time.
Since then we've swapped photos and stories and I saw photos of relatives from way before I was born for the first time and vice versa.
So I started a more of a social online facebook profile. If you're a hubber and you're friending me let me know you're on HubPages. I tend to be far more friendly and fond of you if you're from here
Gwendy Mom, glad you asked this question.
I'm Michelle Simtoco on facebook.
I am Debbie Williamson on facebook or username -

This is partly a spin off of my previous question: about being addicted to hubpages. But, I am now more curious about how often people go to H.P. during the week. Just wondering if there are more people who check into the hubpages community on a daily basis or on a weekly basis...or...

What reasons can you think of for unfriending somebody on Facebook? If someone unfriends you on Facebook, does it always mean he or she does not like you?

I am currently writing and plan to write on somewhat polarizing topics, so I don't want to tell my Facebook friends when i write an article (I keep my politics closely guarded in this day and age). With that said, I'd really like to drive lots of traffic to my articles. How do I go...

I found a quick way to get a BIG boost in traffic...and it's built right into Hubpages. When you create or edit a hub, you are given the opportunity to share it under the various social networks such as Facebook, and under the Facebook category, there is the option to "share it on a friends...
