My favorite is "Dominic the Donkey", get a laugh every time, and am constantly humming it to myself. My four year old son, however, loves "Feliz Navidad" and knows all the words to it, which I think is awesome since a lot is said in Spanish!

Here is one to listen to.  "Please come home for Christmas" by
Johnny Winter.  It's kind of a blues song.

I heard a western song long ago titled "Santa's gonna come in a stage coach".  Cute song for the kids in areas that don't get snow in winter.  Don't remember the artist.

Lyrics:  Well, Ive been sort of worried about Santa Claus this year,  cause I live way out west and it didn't snow out here.

Well I'm telling you not to worry, cause I just got the word.
Now everybody listen closely, and I'll tell you what I heard.

Santa's gonna come in a stage coach, instead of his trusted sleigh,  he'll have horses instead of reindeer, to carry him on his way.

The weatherman had some problems, we didn't get snow you see, so
Santa's gonna come in a stage coach, when he visits you and me.
