Your title is deceptive. No offense. Not all religions see Jesus as God. In many they are two separate entities.

I am of the understanding- Jesus was a real human male. His entire life is clouded in some sort of mystery or secrecy.

The "GOD" concept, which was accidentially, brought forth, before Jesus' time, perpetuated a hoax, so as to enslave other human beings, for whatever, reason deemed necessary. Later was adopted and became Christianity, the known basis, for the business of religion.

Do I believe in GOD? No!
Do I believe in Jesus, a savior of Humankind, murdered for our sins? No! He was murdered because of greed and control.

Sorry, don't buy into it.

  You seem to be miss reading what I wrote. I never said Jesus was greedy or controlling. He was murdered by those who were greedy and controlling. I hope that's better.
  
  He inspired everyone he met? What did he do that inspired people? Do you know the truth about what he did?
  
  I'm sure he was a loving and merciful human man, who was extremely smart and he saw through the HOAX known as religion. He was against Religion and He defied the religious leaders of his time and was killed for his defiance. He wasn't killed for the sins of Humankind. He was killed because he knew the truth about religion and didn't want his followers to get engulfed in it, because he(Jesus) knew it was a false God.
  
  Again, I don't buy into the "GOD" concept. It's a great story, but in the end. It's not factual truth. Religion was a hoax then and now, AND Jesus knew it.

  Those are not miracles in today's standards and he did say that we would do many more things then he did. It is also said that al the miracles and teachings of him are NOT in such a book because it wouldn't fit. Yet most will go by what is there and make it like it is all there when it clearly states that they aren't.

  Yeshua taught against those who went by the letter of the law, were arrogant, thinking they knew all and were hypocrites.
  On the outside they seemed to be spiritual, but on the inside they really were not. It was a front.

  There are many false religions in the world, Christianity is not a false religion it is real. God is not a after thought God is real and exist, Jesus is fully human and fully God. Jesus/God is not a figment of anyone's imagination Jesus exist and God exist, I can tell you how I know, but I would be wasting my time because you do not believe.   Even though others don't an say I may be silly for believing something I can't prove...to me HE/THEY are real. I have faith and I've seen things especially as I child and I believe.
  
  Believing and having faith is a personal thing and I believe.
  Religion has many issues as it uses elements of control and many of its followers are fanatic or judgemental.
  
  Nonetheless I believe as a personal choice not under a certain religion.

I believe there is an overpresence that is part of everything and everyone. Some call this God but it is not the ones (yes plural) that are portrayed in the Bible. Jesus yes, but same again, not the one the Bible portrays him to be and neither are He's nor She's but no sexual orientation. There is no religion where we go when we are through with these bodies. There is no sin and no Satan. Those ae just used to describe what people don't understand and if they still do not understand they call it evil. They are happy to hear those things because it is much easier to be told something then to go out and find out for themselves. Just my honest opinion and experiences here folks.

Who believes in Gnostic gospels written by people who wanted to distort the Word of God as much as possible and have been widely renounced as gibberish by the scholarly community. I know the Trinity can be complicated but it’s pretty well understood by true Christians God is the Father, God is the Son, God is The Holy Spirit 3 and 1. 1x1x1=1. There is no sin? Wrong! That’s new age junk to erase the line between right and wrong. Where everything becomes subjective. If there is no sin Why do we have punishment for wrongdoing or is that just simple-minded. I do not know that any individual Jesus as in the bible existed. Many Jesuses would have walked the world preaching to people that it may not be best to follow what was written in the OT!
You would not have to be very bright to see that S**t gets you controlled or killed!

I believe in God. But, according to the movie Zeitgeist; Jesus was actually the Egyptian Sun God RA. The story of RA's life and death are copied down thru the centuries and changed to suit the times. The documentary shows Crosses drawn on Egyptian walls. So it is Obvious Jesus did exist. The only question may be when he existed.

Consequently, I DO Believe Jesus is GOD.

Here is as I see it:

I am made of:

1. A spirit
2. A soul
3. A body

God is made of
1. The father
2. The Holy Spirit
3. Jesus, the word made flesh

The difference is God is able to seperate the 3 parts like when Jesus was being baptized...The father talked from the sky, the holy spirit came as a dove and Jesus was there too

There are many referrences that contradict themselves about who Jesus was in that Bible. Jesus called himself The Son of God, Jesus also stated that his Father was God and then some verses say that he siad that he was God incarnate. Then he also says the we are God's and we are the Children of God so that would also make us the same as Jesus in his explanation the he is the Son of God and that God is his father.

People tend to thinks that we would be too proud and it is arrogant to call ourselves Gods, but Jesus stated that we were. He even went to say that we would do bigger and beter things than he did himself while he was on the Earth. If God made everything and we are his children, we are he who made us--so said Jesus. We will do bigger and better things than Jesus....and so we are, but Chrisitanity pushes those concepts away and only wants to teach that bad side of things. Jesus came to teachus the LIGHT of things, and that not one person or group can put God in a Box and then make a password or set of rules so that they are the only ones who can have him. God doesn't work that way--men and selfishness do and Jesus spoke against all that in the Bible...........butwho is listneing to that when they can delight in telling others how bad they are while extolling themselves on that pedestal and keeping God to themselves.............

  It is true that the Bible contradicts itself all of us know that, however it is up to all of us to decide on what is true and what is not and if Nikki believes then that is fine too! She is asking a simple question, " Do you believe in Jesus and God or do you not? Satan to sits in the pews and reads the Bible so your answers are contradictory.   There are many versions of the bible. They are made to make the bible easier to understand so they paraphrase. I'm not new really a fan of it, but it helps teens and pre-teens. If you really want to check the accuracy of the bible the they are sources in libraries and online with the original text and languages. It will help strengthen your faith so you may know you have God's word. I prefer the NASB, NKJV, or the KJV. Some of the newer versions have distorted the Word of God such as NIV, NWT Feminist version etc. Which tries to rob Jesus of His divinity and tries to make baptism a requirement to be saved etc.

  I think that the newer translations such as the ones mentioned above and the living bible are very good for introducing people to the word of God. A very good over view.
  
  But when analytical study is engaged; where we are focusing upon each individual word used, we must resort to the most original version as is possible for our understanding.

  when studying the timeframes as stated in the endtime prophesies.
  For instance, if we are to be studying the history of the United Stated without an accurate understanding of a calandar.
  We would be lost in confusion.
  For me, this is the first thing that we should understand when studying scripture.
  These timelines were included in God's messages to us for a very good reason. They were included because they are "the key" to understanding his message.

  They won't admit it, but all the fields of science who have undertaken the task of dis-proving the Bible, have failed. That is another fact, that many, (especially the scientists and atheists), on hub pages ignore, as if it will just go away.

I believe there is a God. He is very much alive. My Mother passed away three years ago 2006. I was lying in the bed next to her when she left this world. I had a small light on the table next to the bed. I wanted to see everything about her. I knew she would leave and go to heaven that night. At 2 o'clock. She left me. I was praying while waiting on hospice and the Pastor to get to the house. I remember opening my eyes and saw a fiqure or a gray substain. It was moving up the wall. Very slowly at first. It was my Mother's spirit. She was saying goodbye and that she always loved me. But,it was time for her to go to be in a better place. She would not have anymore pain. The cancer that filled her body.
Would be gone. She is an angel,now. I'm in the medical field and seen alot of people expire. But,the look on their face's. Is a look of peace. I could tell you more. But,I wanted to get the message to you that there is a God. Peace, Dreaming Cherry

What did Jesus do when he dressed himself as someone else and went into a house of a friend and they did not know him and treated him badly----What did he say to them? It is in that Bible--so read it.

With a price on his head, he is betrayed by his disciple Judas Iscariot and seized by Roman soldiers, who deliver him to the high priest and the Sanhedrin (great council and tribunal of the Jewish nation). He is condemned as a blasphemer and sent to the Roman procurator Pontius Pilate, whose chief concern is to curb unrest that might create political repercussions back at Rome. Pilate sends Jesus to the ruler of Galilee Herod Antipas, who sends him back to Pilate, who lets the mob decide his fate. The mob condemns Jesus and he is crucified, probably April 30, between two thieves on Golgotha, a knoll near the Damascus Gate. Few people are aware of the crucifixion, such events being commonplace.

Disciples of Jesus will profess to have seen him resurrected after his burial in the tomb of Joseph of Arimathea. They will proclaim him Messiah and Savior, and they will found the Christian faith that will grow in later centuries to dominate much of the world (see Paul, 46).

We have a Creator? Someone created us. No we can not see him simply because He is invisible. There is a good spirit and an evil spirit. God is our Creator and he created mankind, animals and the host of heaven. All things seen and not seen! God is a Spirit. He visits us every morning and gives us the breath of life. If he withdrew his breath from us we would be as a baby doll without breath. To be seen--God being a spirit needed a vessel to get into--therefore he chose Mary's virgin body. The question was,"Who believes in Jesus/God"? I believe, without a doubt! My faith brings me peace and although I do not pretend to have all the answers I can say with certainy that Jesus Christ is a loving all powerful savior and it saddens me when people blow him off. Instead of blaming Jesus for all the horror in this world why not embrace his love, wisdom and kindness and make an attempt to change this world for the better........
